The person who works in the office is VERY rude and unprofessional. When she realized she was wrong and made a mistake she hung up on us. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. When my insurance agent called to question her as well she hung up on them. Very bad experience in an already difficult situation. Service: Car towing

I work for an insurance company and called to get some information on a tow bill that I received from a customer. There was very little info on the bill. I spoke to Carol, who was very rude and explained that they are very vague on their bills because they have been sued in the past. She continued to raise her voice at me when I explained to her that I needed more info in order to pay this bill. Very unprofessional!

Can't say enough about these guys. Our minivan broke down on the interstate in sub-zero weather and the police called Ramer to come tow it. In spite of the late hour, the tow driver was kind and friendly. He even helped us unload our stuff at the hotel before he took the vehicle. Definitely above and beyond. Thank you! Highly recommend! I was an accident in my moving truck, they towed the truck and gave me a ride back to their business. Had a another moving truck for me to rent and even helped me transfer ALL my belongs to the new truck. Under the circumstance, I was blessed they were the nearest towing company and willing to go the extra mile!

A honest family owned company that goes the extra mile. A long story short this last winter these guys saved me from Jonny's towing and getting a $500 tow bill. They did it for alot less and helped me dispute a claim when Jinny's towing charged my card for $490 and didn't provide a service. Thanks again and hopefully I don't heed to use you for another 15years again.
