Eastside Animal Clinic

The staff at Eastside animal clinic are top notch. You don't get any better than this. Dr angstrom, Dr Maik and Dr Johnson are the best in the business. Especially love Dr angstrom, as he cares for my pets as if they were his own. He is so gentle and kind, all the pets love him too. Amanda, Ellie, Celeste and Moirana at the front desk are patient and super friendly, and they take care of business in the most efficient manner.

They remember you, and treat you like family, which is a huge bonus in this world of corporate pet clinics where you're just another number. They also have boarding for your pets, which is always very safe for the animals and they're never left alone. Would (and do!) recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic place to take their furry friends

Last year My vet retired and I explored possibilities of a new veterinary clinic for my pet family. My first initial visit was impressive with Dr Johnson and found the staff very accommodating. Fast forward to a summer mishap accident with my Labrador falling down a flight of step stairs at the beach house. I asked to have him checked due to limping.

No communication & some of the staff lacked empathy or compassion towards the pet owner. Well, the communication still is not there, hard to get appointments and forget about dropping off for a visit. Not professionally handled or full follow up in regards to findings or concerns etc. don't bother trying any communication or expectations of resolutions because some of staff are rude.

Get ready accept that is the way it is. After today's drop off with no communication and when I asked for information about the care, received attitude rather than compassion. It sent me a message saying there are better places to be than at Eastside Veterinary Clinic. Peace, Love & Happiness

We are new to the area and needed a vet for our 2 dogs. I called to schedule an appointment and was informed they charge a $50 non refundable fee at the time of booking. $25 is kept to essentially take your information, the other $25 goes towards your appointment. Since I have 2 dogs, it would be $75 due at booking, of which $50 is to just input our information.

That is ridiculous. I have no problem putting a non refundable deposit down to confirm the appointment or paying up front for the visit entirely provided it is 100% put towards services. I understand deposits are to ensure people show up, but a $50 admin fee essentially is absurd.

This was my that when I was living in Naples. They were always very helpful and I enjoyed going there. The vets are very knowledgeable and the staff is always cheerful and helpful. If you live in the Naples area I highly recommend them.

We have been going to the Clinic for 8 years. Chloe, our six year Havanese has received the best loving care from the entire staff. We highly recommend.

Best Vet in town, always shows compassion, excellent workers there, can't say enough? My dog is almost 14 thanks to Dr Johnson, love everyone

We were new to Eastside Animal Clinic because we are wintering in Naples. We had a 13 year old Labrador that needed care. I can not say enough about how nice and caring the employees and Dr. Maik were. Our Lilly never got better and we felt it was time. We called on Wednesday 1/5/22 and they did a great job to get us in that night. Every step was very caring and compassionate. We want to thank the entire staff and Dr. Maik for making a difficult situation easier to deal with. Thank you, Blake and Sandy

Dr Keith Johnson is a wonderful, caring vet. He's attentive and thorough in his exam of our little girl, our Yorkie, Grace. I'm glad we have pet insurance to off set the charges. We still had to wait for our appt about 20 min. We are happy with Grace's care and recommend you give Dr Johnson a try. He's very personable, knowledgeable and doesn't rush you.

Very pleased! Everybody was extremely nice and professional. My cat was very anxious in the car, this was his first doctors visit in 2 years. He calm down the minute he enter the clinic thanks to the skilled nurse and doctor.
