Lol I'm going to give you 5 stars just for being a good sport about "Ben Adril's" satirical 1-star rating. Also, I have been there to look at puppies a couple of times and they were all really well taken care of and the staff was polite. We plan on buying a puppy (or two) in the coming weeks. I came here now (online) to look into the financing my kids mentioned being available. Nevertheless, we'll be coming in soon to pick out a puppy.or two - up to the wife or I'd be getting 3.

Store has a decent variety. Yes, prices on a bit higher side. but it's a small town an kinda in the middle of nowhere too. but I just mainly stopped to browse an look at all the fish

The staff were very nice and helpful however one of my goldfish died the very next day

Been around since before I was born and grew up around it has always been the go to place for pets in Mitchell and hope it will continue for years to come.

Ed's Pet World is somewhere we always have to try to get to when we go to Mitchell. Stop by and say "Hello" to Boji. It will always put a smile on your face!

Employees were, and have always been friendly and helpful. They have also been fairly knowledgeable about their own products and services, which is always a plus. They may not have the largest selection of fish for a pet store, but in my experience they have always had excellent fish of the type I usually purchase. They normally have fish, reptiles, birds, a few puppies or kittens, chinchillas, or ferrets.

I bought a shih tau from Ed's 2 years ago and its a wonderful pup. She's maintained her color and has the funniest personality. Staff is always helpful with my questions too!

Loved the service I got here from a young lady today. VERY informative to help me get goldfish started for my family. Keeping at 3 stars as the snails we purchased haven't come around yet. I was very careful with their handling the entire commute home, and transferring into our tank. 10/10 would recommend for the great customer service we received today.

A wonderful experience! The staff are very knowledgeable. The owner was there and friendly all of the animals are beautiful, clean and very well taken of.

I've been to Ed's twice now. Being from our state capital, we have no pet store. Ed's is not only the closest but also the best. A quick two hour and 15 minute drive and you'll be there. I've called ahead both times just to make sure the store was open and is always greeted kindly and the store was open per published hours.

Great variety, wonderful knowledgeable owner and staff. All customers seemed happy. High quality fish. These goldfish graduated from a small goldfish bowl to having more friends added to the mix and being in a fun tank. I was educated on how to treat the water they are in because the stuff I bought on Amazon would not have sufficed. Great customer service and we will be back again. Shop local! Fun downtown Mitchell atmosphere.

I love ed's pet world they are so friendly and helpful and answer any questions you have I mainly go there for fish and fish supplies and nicely priced!
