Ellie's Pet Hote

Love this pet hotel! It's like a spa for your cats and dogs. They go above and beyond for the animals. If only I could book a room for myself.

We boarded our puppy with Ellie's for 5 days. We were so impressed with their care and friendly environment. Their facility was spotless and well maintained. We will continue to us Ellie's. We highly recommend Ellie's to anyone boarding their family pet.

This pet hotel was great, we have two small dogs that where very well taken care of. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

My dog LOVES it here always comes back happy and healthy and gets excited when I drop her off, they even gave her cute little treat bag and a frisbee! Would 10/10 recommend! I feel comfortable with my dog here and know she is in such good hands! Great price and great variety of rooms!

This was our first experience boarding our dog. They were FANTASTIC to work with and made everything so smooth. Our dog came home happy and healthy. I was so nervous to leave her, but I will not worry next time. Ellie's Pet Hotel took good care of our Kali and we are so grateful!

Ellie's Pet Hotel has been our Go-To when we have had to go out of town and can't take our dogs with us. It's so hard to leave them. But we know we've made a good choice when they are excited to return.

They made my dogs very comfortable. A little pricey, but everyone I talked to was very nice and made the whole stressful process of leaving my dogs a whole lot easier.

First time boarding here. We have two larger pups. They had such an amazing time and I know they got so much love and attention. When we finally picked them up, they were so happy (and clean!). Every other time we board, they stink and are dirty and unhappy. These girls were clean and happy! So truly happy! Will absolutely use again! 10/10!

This is the very best place for your animals other than at home with you! I've been taking two pets here often for a few years now. The owner loves and cares for all animals and is better at keeping track of my dogs shots than I am or the vet is. She is so easy to work with and very personable. She is a wonderful part of the community and you can't go wrong using her services.

I have taken my dogs here several times. Unless I'm in a serious bind I will never do it again. They are very curt and it's all about the money. I have two dogs and asked if the could just stay in the same kennel and get a discount. No discount given. We had a boarding scheduled and had an emergency and were fifteen minutes late. I called.

She was still there and she said if we still wanted to bring our dogs it's a sixty dollar fee for her to let them in. If we didn't (which I do understand) need to pay the entire scheduled amount. I asked if she had left and she said no she was there. A sixty dollar fee to open the door. I feel it's very poor customer service. It's too bad cause they have made a lot of money from me.
