I've been seeing Dr. Ziegler for the last maybe 8 or 9 years and he has been wonderful for every single vaccine, injury, emergency, referral, and overbearing mom concern. Not to mention incredibly patient and calming with my skittish, fearful dogs. The front desk girl has the sweetest voice and presence and is always happy to see Stan & Lulu, which makes them happy too. Veterinary appointments can be stressful for my pups, but because of the affection of FHAC and Animal Hospital of O'Fallon they have come so far!
They are realistic and provide thoroughly explained options. I think Dr. Ziegler has to catch his breath at the end of our appointments from answering all of my questions. Great, great practice!

This place is amazing. Took my dog here today for an eye ulcer. My dog was traumatized by a previous vet and it was as if he had doggie PTSD. They were so kind and gentle with him the we feel very comfortable coming back for all our pet needs. They are all professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. If I could give them more stars, I would. Kudos to Dr. Zeigler he is an awesome vet. Thank you all for what you do.
