I live in Maine and come to Nashua to play bingo I stopped at this pet store every time and it's just as amazing as the first time

Best place to be today, I don't mind wearing a mask for puppy love!

Came to visit New Hampshire with my boyfriend for the weekend and we decided to stop in to buy some fish. Not even a hello or welcome. The first thing that came out of the lady's mouth was "you need a mask". I politely replied "no problem I have one!" Which I did and had no problem putting it on. As I proceeded to put it on this lady literally told me that I should have put it on outside so I didn't have to come in and breathe out my air in there! Said it extremely rudely.

Wonderful first welcome to New Hampshire! Never will I step foot in there again. Extremely rude. Your better off going down the road to Fish Bowl. Thats where we went after. Muchhh nicer people. Didnt mind wearing my mask. I was treated with respect and a warm welcome. If you want QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, go there instead please. PS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR DOG HERE. I WOULD BE VERY CAUTIOUS! If she treats humans that way, I would not trust her with my dog.

This place is amazing! The dogs are allowed to come out of their cages, and they let the humans hold them! The prices are a bit high, but puppies are usually over the roof of expensive. The staff are amazing, and bend backwards for their customers to have a good time! I highly recommend bringing children here to see the puppies, and adopting from this place. The staff are educated and share information on the animals and knowledge. I'd rate 100 stars if I could.

I loved this store until today. A worker was very rude to me. She thought I was going to touch another puppy before using hand sanitizer. But I dont need a lesson on germs. This was said by the same person pulling up her mask as we were walking in. She was just rude.

Bought a heathy and super energetic puppie/bichon almost a month ago. And I'm in love. Great pet store the owners are great and the animals are well taken care of. If your looking for a puppy or pet give them a visit. I'm very satisfied, price was right, great customer service. Not a puppy mill!

Got him September of 2020, he is the best dog and super intelligent. Was a little costly but understood as it was hard to get puppies during the pandemic. Couldn't love this little boy more. Staff even called multiple time after I picked him up to make sure he was adapting well. Would definitely get another puppy here!

After applying for a puppy at so many local shelters we couldn't get one because we were first time dog owners and we ended up getting out Bichon puppy from them and we believe that was the best decision we made. He has been the best thing that happened to us during the pandemic and he has been a great puppy with very good temperament, gentle natured and we are very happy to have him as part of our family. Our dog is a year old now and so far he is doing great.

We recently adopted a little male yorky/pekingese boy from Family Pet and Aquarium and it was a perfect transaction. The staff is friendly, very thorough, and informative. They called to check in a couple of days after we brought him home. The shop was clean and all of the records were organized. All the puppies are happy and well cared for. Our little guy is well adjusted, smart, and healthy. Can't say enough good things about it.

I love this store so much. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean and organized. Questions answered with tons of educational facts. Its nice to see a pet store actually love its animals and want to engage and play with them. Overall this is one of the nicest pet stores I've been to in years.
