Worst EMS company. Do not join in backend mobile assembly. You cant gain any technical knowledge. No respect for shift IDL employees. They are treated like CL employees. Hr team is recruiting people without any knowledge. Most peoples are join and resign with in one month. Peoples are attracted towards this company for the name FLEX. But nothing is there.

To be honest.i have been working here as a testing engineer and it's a great place to learn more about electronics(core). good atmosphere friendly co workers but salary is less compare to other company and getting promotion is also less food contract(SODEXO) is doing their worst job you can't complete the plate.
