Our airy and spacious suites are heated and air conditioned for your dog's comfort.
With care customized to suit your dog's needs, our Dalton dog boarding facility is perfect for the lovingly cared for pet. We also provide everything your dog will need for a pleasant stay, including bedding, bowls, toys and treats. Individual suites are climate controlled year-round. Our lodging suites are spacious and airy, in a variety of sizes.
During your dog's stay with us he or she has access to an outdoor covered patio most of the day depending on weather. Those guests that are booked for individual playtime are taken out by a staff member per the schedule set by you. During this time, our staff interacts with your dog, giving him or her individualized attention and monitoring for any signs of illness.

I must say I'm very disappointed at how unprofessional and rude, Jennifer the owner was. My wife filled out the application online as they requested, paid the deposit as it requested and once it was done it said there was an error and to do it again. We did it again and it took another 30$ deposit for a total of 60$. We contacted four paws and was told nothing went thru including either of the applications and were instructed to do the same thing again.
After paying 60$ and them having no knowledge of anything I wasnt willing to do that again for another 30$. I was told to contact my bank and handle it myself. I was still willing to give them my business when we called in today but it seems they had no desire for our business. But maybe that was because they already had my 60$? Proceed to give them your hard earned money and business with caution.

Can not say enough about the care that my Alley has received the many times she has stayed at Four Paws Resort. When she is happy and wagging her tail when we arrive that makes me fill great. She has obviously been cared for since we had a bad experience with a ball and she will never go around another ball since. I know she must be at home away from home.

The staff have horrible attitudes. I took my Maltese in one day and ask for her pigtails to be adjusted and they came up with the excuse that they had never worked with that kind of hair before, even though they claim to be groomers. Then proceeded to not put bows in her hair that day and when asked why they said that they were all out. They were cleaning her ears one day and cut them and took her to a vet that I don't go through, without telling me until after I picked her up. She was stained with medicine and dirty, so she didn't really get groomed at all. I would not reccomend this place.

We took our dog there for boarding last weekend, and loved the report card. It was the cutest thing! The only thing is your dog came home smelling like garbage. We bathed him, and nothing helped. Maybe if we pay to have him bathed before he comes home next time it'll be better. Our dog seemed to be very tired which means he had to have played very hard.

I continue to take my dog there while I'm away from home. I've tried other places around town and none of them compare to the work they do. I never have a problem scheduling Cora in. They offer additional services that make Cora feel more at home. Definitely Cora's home away from home. Happy dog, happy owner.

My family and I had to evacuate from Savannah because of Hurricane Irma, and we had our two highly energetic dogs with us. Because of the overwhelming response for hotels to evacuate to we wound up in Dalton, Georgia almost 400 miles away from Savannah, needless to say our first night in the hotel we realized that our dogs needed to be somewhere they could be themselves since we were going to be there for about 3-4 days, so we began to search the area for a pet resort.
We wound up finding Four Paws Pet Resort right there in Dalton.and all we needed to do was fill out an on line application and submit proof of vaccinations( always have them on file electronically) and we were all set. The director of the Resort(Jennifer) was extremely helpful and professional and overall she had a superb personality. Our dogs were treated with love and kindness and through the storm they were able to be themselves at the Four Paws Pet Resort.

Four Paws continually delivers best in class service and treats your pet as family. Upon checkout, our dog gets a full report card with notes and a summary of his energy level, how he ate, played, and slept. They also provide a nice little bag for all his toys with your pet's name. I really love the service and people. Jennifer at the front counter is incredibly organized and Renee, the owner, is someone who not only cares for her staff and clients but loves her job and animals.
