Most importantly, you can meet some of the adoptable dogs and cats in our community who are seeking permanent, loving homes. Friends for Life is a 100 percent volunteer run organization and we are always looking for people to join us in our mission to help animals.

Dogs and cats listed on these pages are NOT FFL animals. These animals await adoption in the homes of their current guardians or in the homes of Good Samaratins who may have taken in a stray dog or cat with the intention to provide temporary shelter and find a home for the animal. We have provided these listings as a service to help the animals find new homes.
Happy Endings Like These Are the Reason We Work So Hard! When we see a dog or cat find a wonderful home at one of our adoption events or via our Matchmaker or Foster Programs, it makes us so happy we can hardly stand it! To watch the animal's journey from being no one's loved boy or girl to a cherished family member inspires us and keeps us doing this good work.
Many times we encounter people in the community who are doing remarkable work for animals in need on their own, or we follow a dog or cat from their abandonment into their forever home and beyond.
