When I talked to you and made appointment. I told you wanted my dog groomed. That means washed, ears cleaned, and cut around private parts. That's what grooming is. I like to talk with groomer to see what they did. He looked just like when he went. Remember these are like our kids. My vet said the most important thing is the cleanliness to keep him healthy. He won't be coming again. No second chance here.

Just this afternoon I made a appointment to have a groomer come and groom my dog at 12 30:pm. No one called or shown up. That is okay because I did not like the last two women who groomed him. I decided to give them one last chance. Why make a appointment with me and then not call or show up. I found another groomer closer to my home. You lost a good customer in me bye, bye fur balls you are history.

I brought in two of my cats for a nail trim. One he got to with no problem, the other is a little aggressive. Though he was not able to get more then one paw done, on the aggressive cat, he gave it a really good try. I really appreciate them getting at least the one cat done and I will happily bring the well behaved cat back to them.

Picked my dog up on June 30, 2020. He walked in to be groomed on all 4 legs. I had to carry him out, unable to walk. He had weakness in back legs, as he is 14 years old, however, I have never seen him drag himself with his back legs in this awkward position. I am shocked. When I said something, groomer immediately started to deny, and tell me how she supported him as she groomed. Something very wrong here, he will go to vet in the morning. I am beyond ipset.

I've been going to Fur Balls for quite a few times. I do find the owner Mitch not that affectionate towards the business nor towards my dog. I think he forgets that my dog is really my family. Getting answers from him is almost to the point that he shames you in why you asked a question. This last time he charged me more than I thought was reasonable and I think I shall choose someone else.

Brought my Maltese there for the first time today after having such a horrible experience at a groomer in toms river (where im from). Mitch was so kind and friendly to my dog as soon as I walked in (opposite of the place I was at prior) which warmed my heart right away. He got a great cut for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.
It was not only reasonable only pricing my dog was very comfortable there and I could tell he was very well taken care of. It was moreee then worth the 15 min drive out of my way. So happy to have found it

When I'm in South Jersey visiting family I take my girl Grace to Fur Balls Pet Grooming. The atmosphere is friendly and clean. The owner Mitch and his wife Katie are very nice and welcoming. I'm glad I found them. They're the BEST and their prices are reasonable. ALWAYS a great experience for my little girl. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
