My elder dog has lost her appetite. I have tried everything with little success. I was driving by and saw this store. I am so thankful for this find! They helped me with a few items to try. My Sami loved the chicken soup and is eating again. Thank you so much for helping me find the right combination of food to get her interested in eating again.

Very helpful and informs staff! I went in looking for puppy food and they had so much knowledge and good advice. They carry lots of toys, treats, some collars and grooming needs. They are more focused on natural products!

Love this place for all your cat and dog needs. The prices are reasonable and the different variety of pet food is great. We will definitely be going back

This store carries a terrific selection of healthy food and treats for my girl, plus adorable dog toys and collars. Everyone who works here is extremely helpful and friendly!

My family has been using this pet store to buy all our dog food for years, but after the horrid customer service I received this evening we will NEVER come here again. They let us know that our business is not important to them in any way. My family and friends love supporting small business, but unfortunately we will all need to find a new small business to support.

A nice little store with a lot of toys to choose from and different food options for your pet. A bit overpriced for me but it's in naples so i guess that's why.

Our first experience there with a new puppy, the young salesgirl was pleasant and helpful. Spent quite a bit of money. A week later I get a call demanding my credit card again. Was told the sale was put through as cash by mistake. I was driving and not about to hand over that information without checking my bank statement. After I got home I checked and didn't see it so I called my cc in. Annoying.

The second time I went there I was given a bag of chicken treats for the trouble. Very nice of them but the puppy's stomach didn't agree and I gave them away. Third time I went there to get a larger vest. They didn't have his size so I bought a different brand; specifically making sure it could be exchanged if it didn't fit. 24 hours later I brought the puppy and vest in to exchange, as it was too big.

The saleswoman took the vest and accused me of trying to return it wet! Excuse me? Perhaps between trying on a too large vest and taking it off, the puppy licked it? Idk. Never worn $30.00 vest. We will never return.

We've always had a pleasant experience especially with the dark haired lady but the TALL lady who works there never seen her until yesterday was the RUDEST person I have ever met. The way she deals with customers is very unprofessional, acts like a 5 year old. She REFUSED to exchange a harness we had bought for our dog because it was too big and really wouldn't help us size him at all, unlike the lady with dark brown hair who helped us on our first visit who was extremely helpful. Never will be returning to your business

Love this place. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and love pets. Clean, accommodating and friendly. Packed full of food including frozen raw, treats, and pet accessories.

Wonderful visit here! The two ladies that helped us were very kind and knowledgeable. They offered us help at every turn and we were able to browse and pick out some treats for our dogs very easily. Great selection and realistic prices here. Love how the store is laid out and easy to navigate.

Excellent pet shop and great service. We are from Montreal and been coming to Naples for years to spend the Winter. Been always getting my dog food from them. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jacques

This store is our "go to" for everything for our lab. It's comforting to know that the staff is knowledgeable and that we can trust we are giving our fur baby the best products. We have given him raw food, primal to be exact since the day he came home. Vet was ecstatic for this choice. And all the chews, toys and treats he gets are amazing quality, meaning we don't have to worry about digestive problems. The one time he got into something at home, they had great pumpkin products that solved it immediately. Grateful for this gem of a store and it's staff/ownership.

This is the best pet store I have found in Naples. I brought my French bulldog here from California where we were used to finding high end foods everywhere. This store is very clean and well organized and has a unique selection of cute and fun high quality toys you will find no where else. When I brought him in they gave him lots of attention and showed me their selection of foods and natural flea prevention.

They brought our food and treats for him to try as well. They sell orijen (the best dry food you can get for your dog) and they also have frozen raw here. This is a great store for those who feed their dog healthy food and like their dog or cat to have cool toys, leashes, clothing, carriers, and beds that you can only buy here.

Four years ago, I walked in this pet store when searching out a raw diet brand for my then 10 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever. Sharon greeted me, was really welcoming and knowledgeable about the different brands of raw dog food she carried. Since then - I am back to the store every weekend with my now 14 year old Chessie for her weekly menu. Customer service is awesome! Sharon can't be any nicer to us.

I always have a great experience every time shopping here and I never miss a chance to recommend Sharon's store to others. UPDATE: Since my initial post, my 14 year old Chesapeake Bay Retreiver, Cocoa, succumbed to cancer. Before she "walked across the bridge" I took her to the place where she showed so much spirit and had the opportunity to spend time with Sharon and team. Sharon always found the time to come from behind the counter to present Cocoa with a small treat.

This visit was no different except that Cocoa had no desire to eat anything but a chicken chip. Despite Cocoa's failing health, she sprung to life when Sharon presented the treat. I'm certainly going to miss my weekend visits but I know Sharon will treat every customer the same as she did Cocoa.

This great little store offers the high quality natural pet foods you want for your little buddies, plus treats and a variety of other pet products. A big plus is the store owner's knowledge and background, so both she and her staff are able to make helpful recommendations. My dog Skipper is the lucky beneficiary!

What a pleasant surprise! A great little store that offers top quality pet food and products coupled with friendly and knowledgeable service! We have a Morkie and we use Orijen pet food and love high quality (grain free) treats/snacks. They also carry a nice selection of quality chews and toys! The store is also immaculately kept, another plus. Overall, we are very happy that we have found our Naples source for all of our pet's needs!

We began shopping here when we rescued our Australian Shepherd "Patriot". He loves to come with me to pick out his favorite toys, food, and of course treats. The owner Sharon and her staff are very knowledgeable about the different breeds of dogs that come through their store and help educate me on what is best for Patriot. They are the only store in Southwest Florida to sell Orijen Dog food and Treats which is what we choose to feed Patriot based on his active lifestyle.

I am a big supporter of small businesses as I own one myself. Goodness for Pets provides a clean, safe and friendly environment for me and my dog. My only suggestion would be some type of customer loyalty program being as the food and treats are generally boutique prices and it would be appreciated to receive some % off after so many purchases.
