They are so gentle with my Bostons. I can't trim their nails. I call on Saturdays when I'm off and they get the VIP (very important puppy-brothers) treatment. nail trim and lots of love and kisses. Also lifelong treatment for chronic skin issue. I love and trust them

We brought our morkie Cupcake for her last round of puppy shots. The nurses were very nice and Dr. Louis N. Gotthelf let us no that it was coming close for here to come in to heat and that it would be a good idea to spayed here. Dr. Maria McCausland did the surgery 1/6/2013 and every thing went well thank you for the information you gave us on how to care for Cupcake. 4/11/2022 brought my dog in to update her vaccine i was in and out in 35 min that a full exam and all her needed vaccine.very good people

Dr Lou helped quite a bit with my dog, but I am not impressed with the current people there. Like, customer service doesn't exist there. Not welcoming, no smiles or good morning. I am going back to Carriage Hills.

I Used To Love This Place, But The Last Few Times Have Been Bad Experiences! They Do Treat The Animals Amazing, But Its Customer Service They Need To Work On!

If your animal is having skin issues, this is the place to visit. Your pet will be individually considered and treated. The vet is a scientific problem solver who seems to loves animals.

They seem more interested in my wallet than my pet. About $400 a pop each time I took my dog in, even for routine services when he wasn't sick. Refuses to approve prescription for online order of prescription. They charged 5x as much for what appeared to be a generic version of the name brand medication the online supplier sold. During the covid pandemic, it was just drop pet off at front door and wait in the parking lot (OK, I understand this), but I rarely got to speak with the vet.

I paid nearly $200 for x-rays I was never shown. Most communications was through some dingbat that didn't seem to know anything other than processing a credit card. My dog's principle vet is apparently semi-retired and isn't available before Thursday each week.

I have always loved this facility. Not just the doctor's but the vet techs are amazing too! They all love animals and it really shows. I rarely see other dogs which helps with my puppers anxiety. We get in & out & the zen/quietness of our time there is very much appreciated. Blood work takes 10 minutes and I am so thankful that each time my boxer had a problem, Dr. G or Dr. M can fix her.
