Grooming Room

If I could give it less than 1 star I would, I don't know how these ppl even say they have a business, after 7 messages left on their voicemail, trying to get my dog in there, I gave up, they might as well say we don't take anymore business, they will never return a call and are very very very unprofessional, could only imagine the care they give your dog if you are able to bring them there! Terrible

Friday was our first visit with our 12 year old dog. From the get-go I was impressed with their organization and professionalism. Everything was top notch. My husband picked up our pal, who was gorgeous, content and ready on time. Have been to a number of grooming places over the years.and the Grooming Room rates at the top! Thank you so much for your fine service!

We take our lab there to get her nails cut and filed. The woman who does this each time always squeezes our dog in with little notice. She is always extremely patient, kind, and attentive other. When our dog kisses her on the lips throughout the entire appointment, she kisses back. Love that! Highly recommend this place

I love taking our dog here mostly for her wonderful reaction. As we get close she starts to cry and make funny noises because she is so excited that she's going to get pampered. When I bring her inside she literally jumps up and down and on me, I swear to thank me. The staff remember her and treat her so nicely, like an old friend. They call my wife when they're done, usually after half a day. When I get home from work she is so proud, she prances around for a few days. I believe, every time she visits they give her a new ball and a bandana. Great place.
