Guyton Pet Lodge

We've taken our dog, Pepper, several times to stay and every visit has been great. Just took her in today and she just helped herself behind the counter like it's her home away from home. I always recommend the pet lodge when someone is looking for boarding!

Great place, very friendly staff and owner. My pup can't speak but I'm pretty sure she'd tell me she loves it here.

I have been taking my dog here for 3 years now and will continue to do so. Absolutely love Russ and the Pet Lodge crew! They take great care of my girl. Even though I live 45 min away, I chose these guys over all of the places in Statesboro. The care is worth it! My dog has separation anxiety and loves to be around people. At the lodge, she always gets lots of attention and I know she's well taken care of.

Mr. Russ the owner and all his outstanding crew are the very BEST in taking care of your pet. I have been taking my dog every time we have to leave on emergencies or for fun and can't take our dog with us. Now it's been four years and our pet just love going there. We know he will be taking care of and never worry. I will recommend Guyton Pet Lodging for your pet vacation while you are in vacation. Never an issue and with Travel ball and vacations we have used Pet Lodge a few times now. Gunnar is a big boy and they always handle him well. He gets super excited when we pull up to drop him off. Would definitely recommend, no issues on our end!

My dog always enjoyed hanging out with her old lady crew during visits to Guyton Pet Lodge. I could always tell that Russ & the team took great care of her based upon how happy she was any time we dropped her off. The moment we brought her inside, she would run up to Russ with such joy it was like I didn't exist in that moment. Take your pets here and they will be well cared for.

We tried Guyton Pet Lodge over the weekend for the first time with our 6 yr old boxer/bulldog mix and were SO pleased! I was worried about separation anxiety since we would be away for 2 nights but the staff gave us information and steps they would take if they noticed anything. This made me feel at ease! I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

When I have to go out of town I always board my 3 dogs here. They love it and get to play with their fur friends. Very nice staff, clean, professional. I recommend them to everyone that is looking for boarding or doggy day care.

I love the folks here! More importantly my dogs love the folks here, and my dogs feel loved by the folks here. My dogs' tails start wagging when we turn onto the property. I always feel fine going on vacation, because the pooches enjoy their own vacation at the Pet Lodge. After days of off-leash supervised running, belly rubs, and, when safe, group play, they enjoy a spa day.

I bring home clean and tired dogs. Despite all that, I decided to board one of my dogs at a place that was more geographically convenient. She obediently followed the stranger inside. 2nd visit, she didn't want to follow the caregivers to kennel. 3rd visit, she put on her brakes in the parking lot, and begged me with her puppy dog eyes not to go inside. At Guyton Pet Lodge she runs from the car and eagerly awaits for the door to be opened. I never again will deprive my dogs of the vacations they need!

They are amazing! Besides the fact they are always friendly with me they are also amazing with my dog. She is very shy and doesn't like most people sadly, but she loves the owner here. He has even been able to get her to come out of her shell and play with other dogs! I'm very thankful for the Guyton Pet Lodge.

My dog goes to daycare here and LOVES it! They have a great outdoor area to play in and get to go out most of the day. Also have an air conditioned indoor area. The prices are phenomenal and the owners Russ and Amanda are awesome people. My dog Asha loves them. I have recommended them to many people.

EXCELLENT place to board your pets. Dropped off my two furry ones for 10 days was a little nervous as I have not left the boys for such a long time. The owners reassured me they would be fine and to email them anytime to check on, which I did and they responded promptly. They even got to have play dates with other boarders. Excellent place to board your pets if the need arrises. We will be returing for another week plus in July! :~

I had them board my two English Bulldogs, and could't been happier. Place was clean, professional, but laid back. Owned by a nice young couple. They have 10 years experince. They knew what my dogs needed. When I picked up my dogs they were happy, and I was happy.
