I have used Bruce's pet care for many years, and wouldn't trust my babies and my home to anyone else. Bruce responds quickly and always makes room in his schedule for us. He sends photos of my girls to me when I'm gone and let's me know how things are going, so I'm never worried about missed visits or sick kitties. Bruce is trustworthy, reliable and professional.

I was very nervous about leaving Sadie with someone since she had never been boarded in her 9 years of life. Bruce was wonderful and took very good care of her. He sent me daily updates with photos of Sadie. She seemed to enjoy her stay so much that she even slept on the bed! I absolutely recommend Bruce and his sister as dog watchers. We boarded our little pug mixes here during a hectic week of wedding planning after getting a recommendation from a friend. Bruce was extremely accommodating, and the pups were very well cared for. They seemed to mesh well with the other dogs that were boarded. The prices are straight forward and fair, and Bruce was always available and very prompt to respond to emails or messages. Bruce and Heather are awesome. I recently ran into Heather and Bruce the other day and realized I never gave them a review on here. I used to use their company when I lived in San Diego to come to our house and walk our dog. It's rare to be able to find someone that is honest, reliable and trustworthy to come to your home, take care of your dog, and even go above and beyond by bringing in your mail, newspaper, and so forth.

I remember Heather used to email me daily with pictures and status reports which really calmed my nerves the very first time we went out of town. These guys were great with my rottie. Sam is amazing! We moved to San Diego from Upstate New York last year. With our Sons wedding coming up we started our search for an in home sitter for our spoiled shepherd/husky and Main coon cat mixes. Sam was recommended to us by a friend and we can not say enough nice things about her and her services. She has been there every time we need and just finished staying with our girls for a week.

We came back and they were both so well loved. We left our dog with some allergy skin issues and when we came back she was even better than we left her :. We were 3000 miles away and not a worry in the world about the care of our pets. Yay Sam!

Bruce and Heather are the best! I can always trust that my Viggo is being well taken care of and loved. When I go to pick him up, he acts like he doesn't want to leave! What I love the most is he is not in a kennel or crate. He gets to play with the other dogs and has free rein of the house. It's like he is at summer camp!

Max LOVES Bruce and Heather and so do I - they provide him with a great home away from home and much love, and me with total peace of mind when I travel! They have been incredibly flexible in helping me out with travel emergencies and I trust them completely. Bruce is amazing! He has taken care of our Abby for the past 6 years every time we go out of town. He just loves his work, and it shows. Bruce now offers boarding in his home a few dogs at a time. What a great alternative to kennel boarding. Bruce always returns emails or calls right away. I wouldn't take Abby anywhere else.

I can't believe I haven't already reviewed Bruce and Heather! Since Nadine N. recommended Bruce's pet-sitting services to me three years ago, he's been our go-to guy every time we have to leave our two cats alone. He's watched Kali and Inez from two days up to three weeks, and is very good with them! He's been great with giving medications, always picks up the mail and rotates the lights, and is generally all-around great.

One time we had an emergency situation (our friend who was supposed to cat-sit lost our house keys and couldn't watch them) and called Bruce around 10PM one night-- he was able to get to our cats right away and make sure they were ok, no problem whatsoever. Now that Heather's part of the team, I feel even more confident our kitties are in good hands!

Bruce Haley runs a great service out of Hillcrest and nearby areas. Bruce comes for a complementary meeting at your home before you leave. He and his niece are the only people that come to your home. He even emailed me pictures the first time I left my cats in his care. He will also bring in your mail while you're gone. I think you can also board animals with him overnight. I use his service every time I go out of town.
