My dog had been acting off and would not walk. I was concerned and called same day to see if they could squeeze him in. I have never been prior and thankfully they said I could come in. My dog had excellent care and the staff was amazing! Heather and Alexa have the wonderful customer service and really took great care of my crazy dog. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely hands down received the best care for my dog. We were worried that he had hurt his leg. We were reassured that everything would be ok. They took the time to explain everything to us about what they were doing and what the next steps were. My dog is on the road to recovery thanks to them. Special shout to Heather and Alexa for taking such great care of us. They truly were compassionate and wonderful to both my dog and I.

I had to put down my 18-year-old iguana this past spring and this was the only veterinarian that would help us. The staff were so caring and kind. They kept us informed, allowed us to perform the procedure outside on a blanket and handled her body with such care and respect. A day or so later we received a sympathy card signed by all the staff members.

It meant so much to me that we brought our 12-year-old Bassett in this fall when his time came to say goodbye. We received the same care and compassion as before. A month later, we adopted a puppy and I knew HRAH was the place to go. The staff really took their time with us, answered our questions, made helpful suggestions and offered a health plan that will affordably cover all his needs for the first year of life. During this difficult year, I was so grateful for the exceptional care and service we received from HRAH.

The staff and vet was Super wonderful and on the ball! Great service from beginning to end. We contacted 8 to 10 other Wilmington veterinarians and not a single one of them was as helpful, direct, on the ball, for our 3 labs. Forget all the rest and go to this group, they deserve all the business in the area.

They are honestly the best Vet in Wilmington. My dog was nervous and very scared of other people as well as going into an unknown building. She was nervous and growling and the staff was INSANELY kind and understanding of her attitude. To spare my doggy any more stress the Vet agreed to do the exam from my car, outside. They were incredibly accommodating and kind to my scaredy pup and even gave her treats after the exam.

I have taken both of my dogs here and had a wonderful experience every time. I won't go to any other vet. The prices are affordable and they're even willing to share information to save costs for owners like me who may be strapped for cash but need help for their pups.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit even in the worse of time. The technician and the vet seemed to care for our little guy as much as we do. The vet thoroughly went over the diagnosis and gave us options. They made us and our little man feel at ease. We will continue to bring our pets to Hanover Regional Animal Hospital.

I just moved down here and didn't have a veterinarian yet so everyone I called had no openings and would not take me. Hangover Regional Animal hospital didn't have any openings either but the still took us right in. The friendly and professional staff were awesome and now I will be using them as my veterinarian for my little peanut. Our DVM, Laura Keener was great. Explained everything from A-Z and actually cared. We look forward to our next visit!

The staff is extremely friendly. The veterinarian was informative and educated about animals. This was my first time visiting. They are excellent at making your pet comfortable. Overall, I was pleased with taking my sons cat for a visit. I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything.

I love this animal hospital more each time i go! that's saying a lot since i've been going for years! Johnny always takes good care of Teddy and i and their new Dr. Crawford was wonderful!
