We take our time in hiring the best experienced and loving groomers. All our groomers have experience in grooming, bathing and being that every dog has it's own distinct personality based on it's particlular breed. Our groomers understand and work with the temperaments of different dog breeds. The caring and wellbeing of our customers is very important therefore we always look for patient, pet loving groomers that love what they do. Once you receive the application, fill it out completely and have it ready for your interview.
Happy Hound Mobile Grooming operates from a self contained, fully equipped van, customized to provide complete grooming service that your pet deserves. We know your pet is an important member of your family, and we promise to make him or her feel safe and comfortable while in our care. Our groomers are skilled in professional grooming techniques for dogs and understand the particular grooming needs of different breeds. We do all sizes of dogs, big or small, and listen carefully to the owners needs in how we should groom their pet.

We have used Happy Hound for years. They are always on time, professional, friendly and attentive to the needs of our dogs. We have one very nervous dog and they always go out of their way to make her feel comfortable. In addition to being so convenient, our dogs look fantastic and smell great when they are done, and we couldn't be happier.

I've used this company as a back up several times for my shih tzu with no issues. Well that changed recently! I got a call regarding my upcoming appointment which is in 2 days. They stated they didn't realize his age. Apparently there's an age limit of 12. Let me add that they've serviced him since then and didn't say a word about a limit. She kept asking about his health.
Even after I told her numerous times, that he has no behavioral or health related issues. She asked multiple times! Every time I stated there were no issues she would say well things can change and that if they come and he gets stressed that they will charge me for the entire service. I replied he's fine and then asked her why I would get him groomed by a stranger if he gets stressed out!
She kept coming up with every excuse of grooming my dog. I finally said "you act like you don't want to service my dog. Just cancel the appointment." I will NEVER use this company again!

Butchered my dogs hair cut and charged me extra to do it! My girl hates to be brushed so I told the mobile groomer she had one mat on one ear and a couple on her tail that I couldn't get out before she arrived. Since I got charged $20 more for it, I would've expected that she would've spent time brushing them out, not shaving my dog head to tail!
My poor dog was terrified of this person and when she came in from the grooming she ran to hide in the house! Been clinging to my husband and I ever since. NOT like her! Called the store to tell them and they couldn't have cared less. Apparently overcharging for a shaving is how they conduct business. Scissor cuts take skill and this groomer had NONE.
Look at how her ears are all different lengths! The one ear didn't have ANY mats and she still couldn't cut it even. I paid $118 to have my dog shaved and tortured by this person and the regular groomer would've at least brushed out her ear mat and asked me first about her tail, NOT JUST SHAVED IT OFF for less money and wouldn't have terrified my poor dog! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!
