Heartland Animal Hospital

Our baby Groot was so important to us. He had bad seizures and Dr. Wallgamot and her staff went out of their way to try and get them under control. Alas after much effort we had to let him cross over the rainbow Bridge, again the staff at heartland animal hospital were compassionate and humble and morned our loss with us. As they did everything they could to help sir grootarious maximus. We will forever be grateful for their humility and kindness. Thank you

Have used this clinic for years. Best small animal clinic in our area. Staff is friendly and courteous and the care given to my dogs is top notch.

My beloved kitty Angel (age 10) passed away and they were available for Crematory Services! They were able to hold her until I could pay in full for services We were even able to get wonderful keepsakes

Wonderful staff, very helpful in finding what I needed. Was in search of a specific prescription food for my cat. They had what I needed and were willing to hold it until I was able to get there. Traveling and ran out. His food is not always easy to find. Many thanks.

We brought our cat that has traveled around the country with us the last 3 years. Our cat was acting weird so we chose this hospital because of the Google reviews. The lady that first saw us outside for the interview was complaining about how cold it was. We couldn't go inside because of covid19.

Dr. Wolgamott takes great care of my pets. I have had pet rats for a few years now, and she treats each one of them with care and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative. Any time there is an emergency or I need urgent care for my pets, they always get in either the same day or the next day! It is very comforting to have a dependable and caring veterinarian here in Weatherford. I love Heartland Animal Hospital!

I cannot say enough good things about Heartland. Dr. Wolgamott and her team has gone above and beyond. I found a freezing and emaciated stray and brought him to Heartland and he has absolutely thrived in their care. They truly care and treated him like their own, and now he gets to start his new life with us healthy and happy. He has been treated like their own and their prices are so affordable. My other 3 will definitely be joining the Heartland patient family. Thank you for everything!

My mother took her poodle to get groomed at the heartland animal hospital. She is close to 80 years old and has early signs of dementia. After she finished picking up her dog, she called me crying. I asked her what was wrong and she said that she didn't know what she did wrong but the groomer name Tracy told her not to bring her dog back anymore because it wasn't worth the money.

If that is how employees at heartland animal hospital treat their customers I am appalled. If employees don't know how to at least respect the elderly then they should be out of business. By the way, it was the worst grooming disaster that I have ever seen and my mother or myself will never go back again. All that we ask for is that my mother's money be refunded but they wouldn't even do that as of yet. I will be a walking billboard for the rest of my life on how Tracy treated my elderly mother and made her cry.
