This place is amazing great staff and great ways too train In going here fkr my puppy his name is Enzo and he's learned a lot I would have to say the best day is graduation all the dogs get to have fun. Enzo has met a lot of new friends and has learned a lot from classes. Training is fun fkr both dogs and owners and there's usually two bathroom breaks and I would bring water for you and your dog because you will get tired. Me and Enzo had lost of fun and hope to have more fun in a couple of weeks!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value Training was haphazard at best. The trainers were "ok". I was in 2 classes, with different dogs. During my second class, after session #1, I developed a medical condition and was not able to continue. I asked for a refund, and received no response.

Some of the trainers are rude, and don't help train the dogs. They made more of attempt to put them down then to build their confidence handling the dogs.

Good staff and pleasant atmosphere. They took control of unruly dogs and pared like personalities for the final exam. Sometimes hard to hear staff over the noise of the barkers and many fans.

It would have been better to just flysh my $100 down the toilet. Took my puppy for training. she's mild-mannered and friendly. These people will apparently take any and all dogs. I signed up after the cut-off date, and they allowed into the class - because apparently there is NO class size limit. They had at least 3 dozen dogs crammed into the small training room.

At least 3 were terrifyingly vicious. The "instructors" had absolutely no qualifications, class plans, or organizational skills. They seemed to just be volunteers who needed to be the center of attention. We spent 3/4 of the class time just STANDING in a line with our restless puppies, listening to this neurotic, witless, disorganized time-wasting braggert talk about herself.

At times there would be 2 or more volunteers playing "instructor", giving conflicting instructions (opinions). Meanwhile the more restless and vocal dogs would be barking or out of control. The entire experience was frustrating and just stupid. Even the handouts made no sense. Most of the "information" was just silly ideas, or veterinarian advice (advice I should get from. oh yeah!. my veterinarian) One witless "instructor actually said to me in front of the class that my dog's breed "had the attention span of a gnat". Ironically I would say the same about her. What this place needs is a real leader who decides which volunteers are actually qualified to instruct. And get rid of the idiots.

They trained me as much as they did my dog. Fantastic trainers. I doubt there are many dogs that they cannot train if you are doing the homework

This place is absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone after the experience I had there. They train through negative reinforcement and scare tactics. One of the trainers broke the choke chain around my dog's neck and then proceeded to tackle my dog. Needless to say that was the last time we went there. and they never gave me a refund.

My dog had recently had bilateral TPLO surgery (a $10k surgery). I made sure they were aware of this and you can see how they reacted. As a dog owner and someone who is committed to dog rescue. please do not take your dog here. There are plenty of other training options (that are more affordable) in the area that provide a positive experience for you and your precious pup. a win-win all-around as long as you avoid this place.

Both of our dogs have trained here, through multiple classes. I enjoyed training here enough that I now volunteer as an assistant trainer in the beginner classes.
