We are insured & bonded members of Pet Sitters International. As a professional service, we are able to offer the best care possible for your pets, whether you need us on a regular schedule or for only an occasional visit.
We do not charge for our initial consultation visit. During this required visit we will spend up to an hour becoming acquainted with you and your pets. We will take notes about your pets feeding and care, along with any other information we may need to be sure your pet and home will be safe and secure while you're away. Each of our standard visits lasts 30 minutes, although shorter or longer visits can be scheduled. This is for our daily walks as well as each vacation visit we make to your home.
Exercise is important to your pet's mental and physical well-being. Unless requested otherwise, we take your dog(s) for a brisk, refreshing walk, varying the route each time. They will look forward to our visits. Your feline companion will also enjoy some individual quiet or playful time at each visit, whichever they prefer.
We are competent dosing any type of medication at no additional charge. Your small caged pets or birds can board with us in our home. Please provide their favorite foods. We are experienced horse owners. Rates on barn visits are dependent on the number of animals and chores requested.
Our vacation visits will also include bringing in your mail and newspapers, putting out garbage for pick-up, watering indoor and outdoor plants, altering lights, adding pool chemicals and other services as requested.

- I would not recommend this business
- Poor communication, unprofessional, use of pinch collars without owner concent.
I would not recommend this dog walker. We recently found out that they use pinch collars with prongs on their client's dogs without the consent of their owner. The collar inflicts pain and was used on our 7month old St Bernard puppy without our knowledge or consent. Hooves Paws Tails & Claws claimed that they had experience with walking large dogs (this was one of our first questions in the interview) and we were told it would not be a problem. There was no communication to us that there was any problem and they unprofessionally took it upon themselves to make a decision to use a "training collar" on our animal. We would have never condoned the use of such a painful (in my opinion and the opinion of a vet and several trainers) contraption. The only way we found out it was being used was because it was left behind by accident in our home. When asked about the use of the collar we were informed that they had difficulty walking the puppy that week and the owner of the company instructed the dog walker to use the painful collar as the solution. We were never told of the difficulty they were having with walking her nor was our permission asked to use such a controversial method on our puppy. Bottom line: it was not your call to make the judgment to use anything on our dog other than what was provided. If you had a problem or difficulty it was to have been communicated to us and we are in charge of making that decision.
