Wonderful store. I have been going to Hounds Around Town since it opened. The staff is great, especially the store manager, Brittany, who always recognizes me and knows what my dogs like. Products are high quality. My dogs usually get American Natural dry (organic, local) but go nuts on "special Sunday" when they get Fromm's pate in lots of different flavors. Convenient parking, usually right in front of the store but otherwise around the corner or in back.

I can't say enough about the amazing people at Hounds Around Town. We began shopping there eight years ago when we have a very sick dog. Brittany had fabulous recommendations for helping us to get our sweet furry girl to eat again. Hounds Around Town was there for us when she eventually passed and was there for us when we got our new puppy. The know our names, exactly what our dog eats, and are our friends. Every town should be so lucky to have a place like this.

Two days after rescuing our (then 12 week old) puppy, I went into Hounds Around Town with many questions and Lisa was incredibly helpful. She walked me through chew toys, training treats, leashes and harnesses. I appreciated her honesty because she didn't oversell me on anything and told me what was worth waiting to purchase until he gets older. We've been back many times since rescuing Remy and the customer service and selection is exceptional! Happy to have them in Whitefish Bay.

Hounds Around Town is an amazing local Whitefish Bay shop that cares about you and your dog! I recently visited the shop with my dog in search of winter booties and the time and effort they took to ensure I got the right brand, size, and style was the best experience. The products they carry fit every need and it's a great feeling to shop local.

The family that owns Hounds Around Town, are not only helpful and informative, making the best recommendations, but they are so lovely and really take an interest in your pet! As a new dog owner, he put me at ease and helped me make the right choices for our golden retriever! They have a great selection and only stock the best products that you can feel good about feeding your pet!
