The staff was very caring and worked with during our time away would definitely recommend using them for pet care. Lots of options for your pups stay.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE! I've used them 3 times and all 3 times one of my dogs have come home injured. My boy is able to escape their kennels. I warned them multiple times he escapes. Finally this last time I asked them what hours they are thae facility. These people are only at the facility for 8 hours of the day! They come in at 7am. Take a 2 hour lunch from 12-2 not at the facility. and then leave at 5pm.

If you need medication administered 12 hours apart, forget about it. If you expect a decent amount of time between breakfast and dinner meal times, no way! They are unethical. Then they have the audacity to call me and tell me my dogs are no longer welcome there because they "fear the safety of their staff". How about the safety of my dog?!?! My dogs never hurt a person but has come home hurt from them.

The are angels here. My dog with me every day n even goes work with me. I had 10 day trip and have not been away from my dog for that long. He hasn't done good at previous daycare. He absolutely loves it here and did so well. They really care about your fur babies. Worth every pennie.

We boarded our heeler mix and German Shepherd here for several days over the New Year holiday weekend. I am admittedly pretty particular when it comes to leaving our dogs with someone else, especially our German Shepherd. Let's just say he can be a nervous wreck and is a piece of work! Inglis took great care of our dogs for a very reasonable price, and were able to get their stay scheduled on short notice on a busy holiday weekend.

I was initially hesitant when my fiance scheduled the double standard room for our dogs -- our usual boarding spot was all booked up and we had never used Inglis before. I decided to call and request a tour to check it out. I was super impressed with how prompt and transparent they were with touring the facility! Everything was very clean and all of the dogs were happy to see the kennel attendant who showed us around.

I appreciated that there were several nice stay options too. Something I really like about Inglis is that they clearly know dogs and are very professional. This isn't the kind of place where your pet will be grouped into "play groups" with dogs you don't know. I prefer my dogs to just hang out with each other, and I appreciate that they are with really responsible attendants here. Circling back to our nervous wreck German Shepherd.in the past, we've boarded him at a "luxury" place that charged AT LEAST double what Inglis does per night and had him returned with marks on his gums and nose from him trying to get out of the kennels.

When he came back from Inglis, he didn't show any signs of trying to get out of their kennels at all. Seems like this boarding experience was better for him (and our wallet too!). Our heeler mix, who generally is excellent about being boarded, also clearly trusted the handlers at Inglis when they were bringing her into the lobby for check out. Both dogs were returned in great health and we could tell they were well taken care of. We'll definitely be using Inglis again!

Affordable and online reservation process was easy but would not recommend. Booked my elderly dog for a "cozy cabin" and appears she was largely outside sitting in dirt and her own waste. Perhaps the apartment would have been better. Regardless we won't be back.

They treated my dog wonderfully! She had a great time and was totally tuckered out by the time we got home. Will definitely be using inglis pet hotel in the future

My puppy came back with severe diarrhea. No issues before going in to the dog hotel. I am unsure of what happened however, I am concerned and disappointed

We boarded our Blue Heeler puppy Koda there twice and had our Shih Tzu, Gucci, with a neighbor to pet sit. Yesterday was our wedding day and boarded both of them. The staff are caring people and our puppy's always excited to return there.

Friendly staff and easy to deal with. Asked the pertinent questions and took care of my dogs.

I have not taken my dogs here and never would based on what I hear coming out of this place at night. I live close, but not THAT close and I constantly hear dogs howling and crying ALLLLLLLLLL night long. Do they have attendants on staff overnight? Well, if they don't then that's the first clue to go somewhere that does. And if they do? Well then what the hell are they doing at night?

Certainly not soothing the dogs that are clearly having a very bad experience. I am irritated that I have to listen to this but horrified for the poor dogs who are struggling.

Always loving and caring towards both of my pups. I have also had one receive training from Bailee and she was phenomenal!

It's very hard for me to leave my 3rd child Kylo when we travel (German shepherd/ Husky) but since we found these amazing people at Inglis pet hotel I no longer worry. They love they're guests which put my mind at ease. Very friendly and accommodating to my needs. They send pictures upon request, and are available whenever I needed to talk to someone. Thank you for making it just a little bit easier for us when we travel!

Best place to train your dog the staff is so friendly and really did a good job training cleopatra I highly recommend this place and also to have your dog enjoy the hotel if you need to leave it for couple days

I have to give a big shout out for the dog trainer Bailee at Inglis Pet Hotel. I have a 3 yr. old husky that has a difficult time interacting with other dogs. She was awesome evaluating him and his behavior. He is very excitable around other dogs upon meeting and I have always feared he was dog aggressive. She was able to look beyond the excitable nonsense and we are working on introducing him to other dogs.

Today being our second session he actually met her beautiful Queensland heeler face to face without a fence between them. He did great! Actually much better then I as I need to build my confidence in him. She helped me tremendously in that area! We still have a ways to go but today was a huge break thru and I now know it is possible. Bailee trains police dogs so she is very well versed in positive and negative reinforcement.

Her prices are great and I will continue to refer her to as many people as I can that need a good dog trainer in their life. Thank you Bailee we need more dog trainers like you!

We have boarded our dog here a couple times. We found the staff friendly. The price is fair and the conditions are excellent! They have tons of different options depending on price and pets needs. I highly recommend them to anyone with dogs.

This pet hotel is one of the best I have ever tried. My dogs are always happy and well-cared for upon pick up. At one point, I had a very old dog who needed meds and MUCH extra care. Bea and Nick were over-the-top caring and generous with their time and attention for her.

I have boarded my two shih tzus at Inglis several times. They are put in the same enclosure with access to their own fenced area outside. I also add on for them to go into the larger enclosure. The place is clean and the staff is super. One of my dogs does not willingly leave me easily, but when I drop him off, he's eager to enter his "vacation" spot. I highly recommend Inglis Pet Hotel!

My dogs (GSP and GSP/Brittany mix) both get excited when we pull up to Inglis. They love the staff and attention. They have been left there during at least 3 vacations. They always get the indoor suite since one of them is an escape artist and has separation anxiety and needs to be close to people. I've never been as satisfied with any other boarding places for prior dogs. Not even close.

It's nice to know that I have a great place to watch my six month old puppy for those long days that I have to work. They take such good care of her! While she's there, not only is she playing with other dogs but being trained. It's been only a few weeks and I can see the difference already. The staff is very nice and extremely professional. Very well run, my dogs always come home clean and happy. The staff are happy and helpful. You can tell they enjoy working with dogs. I've had my 2 beagle boys here three times since 5/2019 and definitely will continue to use and recommend this kennel. This morning they washed my dogs' blankets before I picked up my dogs so I didn't have to do that when I got home.

My Shiba Inu loved staying here! Was a slow time of year and she was upgraded to a beautiful room! Wonderful staff even sent me photos of my dog enjoying her stay! Would recommend to any person who loves their dogs but must leave them in someone else's care!

This place was perfect for our dog Nas. He would get anxious at other places around town but at Inglis he is always excited to go. They take great care of our pup there!

Such an amazing place to care for your dogs. We are crazy enough to have 4 dogs and the team at Ingles Pet Hotel treat out pups like royalty.trust me they don't deserve such kindness! Don't get me wrong my dogs are sweet and wonderful but they are a handful and the team at Inglis take it in stride. I feel blessed to have found them! A super special team!

This place is awesome. Great service and friendly people! They took great care of my rescue dog. My dog loves people but is afraid of animals. They went out of their way to make sure my dog felt comfortable!

Bea and her team are friendly and accommodating. My two boxers are a handful but they are treated respectfully. The crew of handlers are professional and take care of your pets as if they were your own.

Best place to leave your doggies. a bit pricey but nothing but the best for my babies. this is the 2nd time using this place. My dogs stayed 5 days this time. they were healthy and happy when we picked them up.

Inglis Pet Hotel took gr8 care of my Frenchie. He was happy to see me but I could tell he enjoyed himself. Customer service was great! They have friendly staff.

I leave my dogs here WHENEVER I go out of town. I have an intact 1 year old 115 lb Great Dane and a 6 year old Pomeranian with epilepsy. Needless to say, its quite an ordeal finding quality care for them when I'm not around. Bea and her staff are absolutely amazing and have become like family. They are not intimidated by Zeus' size at all.

One day I brought him and he had injured his tail, they had no problem wrapping it everyday and didn't even complain when he reinjured it and the whole front office was covered in his blood (YIKES) Bea stayed calm and kept me informed while I was in the Bay Area and Charlie had a seizure while in their care. I have the upmost confidence leaving my boys at Inglis pet hotel and you should too! They are experienced, professional and the most kind people you will ever meet!

Can't say enough about the staff at Inglis PH! I have housed my dogs there on several occasions from 1-6 days. They are always obliging and welcoming to me and my rambunctious lab (RED)! The prices are very affordable. The site is secured (alarms, video, fences). Dogs are not locked up inside all day either. As every experienced pet owner should know.

You should always plan on grooming your dog after a kennel stay. Inglis has great grooming prices as well! I have recommended many family members and friends who have also had great experiences! Top knotch all the way around!

We left our beloved English Bulldog for 9 days and he seemed to be well taken care of at Inglis. He was calm when we picked him up and they even washed his bed for us. The staff seemed to really like him. We would recommend the place and we are glad we found a place to leave Spike in the near future.

Hands down safest most dependable pet boarding around. Not only do they have a onsite trainer who deals with any problem you may want corrected or just advice onto what to do, and a wonderful woman who worked at a vet and is knowledgeable about any dog problems if they where to happen. On top of that they have staff available after closing to be there in case of a last minute emergency they will be there for you.

The owners train police dogs. It's nice knowing that the police are often there and that makes me feel safe. They even have a retired k9 car that they will drive to pick up or drop off your dog and they get to ride in a k9 car super cool for my pup gets to feel like a police dog haha. I feel safe trust them and know my dog is in the best hands around
