This place is awesome! My dog loves it! They take such good care of my dog is always happy there! It's always very clean! There's a video cam, too so that you can watch your dog there as well! Such a great place! I can't say enough good things about it

Have been trying to arrange a get to know you date for my friendly Rottweiler, emailed me back twice saying dates had gone, then asked for my phone number to call me today which I thought great, then get another email asking if my dog is under 6 months, so told them he was older & needs medication once a day. Woke up this morning to an email saying we can't help you? No explanation. Found that very unprofessional & a bit rude. But after reading some of the other feedback looks like we had a lucky escape.

My dog has stated here and loved it. The dogs have a doggo buddy that sends you photos all day so you can see what your dog is enjoying. It's 5 star luxury for your pet. Lovely staff

In the doghouse are excellent, They offer grooming/daycare and even overnight stays. When my dogs do stay here it is affordable and I know they are cared for and looked after. They even have better rooms than when I go on holiday. The pictures they provide during their stay gives you a peace of mind and the updates let you know your dog is happy. Would recommend this establishment to anyone

We made an error booking our girl in too soon after being spaded. In the doghouse were super helpful in changing the date for her get to know us day (which we were very grateful for!) Today, Matilda went for the first time and had the best time ever. We were greeted by a lovely doggo buddy, Phoebe who put our minds at ease. We really loved seeing the various photos and videos of our girl throughout the day! We will definitely be booking Matilda in, in the near future! Thank you to in the doghouse!

Our little dog had a wonderful holiday at ITDH and we received daily photos and voice messages to reassure us she was okay. Would recommend without hesitation. Huge thanks to all at ITDH.

I paid $30 to get my dogs nails trimmed. When I came out, most of my boys nails were hardly cut, if at all. When I asked them to cut more, she rudely said, I won't do it and neither will anyone else. I asked if she wanted me to hold my dog so they could do it better, and she huffed and said no. I paid for a service that wasn't even done. I couldn't believe how rude she was. When I left, she didn't even say thank you, good bye or anything. Worst job and customer service I've experienced.

Really friendly staff, as soon as my dog hears the other dogs he can not wait to get out of the car. He us always happy to see the staff and wants to great them, I would truly recommend this lovely place.

Sincerely disappointed and saddened. After 5+ years of loyal patronage, I am incredibly crestfallen. My precious Shepherd, Lady, was permanently excluded, after having a brief skirmish with another dog. Had such an incident ever happened before? Nope. Was this an established pattern of behavior? Nope. Was I given a phone call or a warning? Nope. Did the staff share any insight why Lady had shown this uncharacteristic behavior? Nope. Was Lady shown an ounce of empathy, or a shred of leniency? Nope.

After a relationship spanning more than half of a decade, Lady was unceremoniously shown the door. For many years, I had felt a connection to this business and it's people. I had enjoyed patronizing a local business in my own community. However, clearly, the feelings were not mutual. Do not expect this business to treat you or your pet with any level of dignity, loyalty, or respect. The extremely low-level of customer service is appalling. This is a business I would sincerely recommend everyone avoid.

What a fantastic sleepover our precious dog Monty had at ITDH. From the moment I enquired about him staying the staff were friendly, professional and thorough. He had a settling in session where I was updated how he was getting on and sent photos throughout the day for peace of mind. Monty looked so content and happy and the surroundings were perfect for him to be cosy and comfortable like a home from home.

He had a doggo buddy who met all his needs and we know he received so much love and fuss while there. I couldn't have asked for a better place for him to stay and will definitely be a returning customer.

Today was my pup's first day at their doggy daycare. Let me say, I am so impressed by their services. When we first arrived this morning, we were seated with the manager. He asked questions about her health, temperament, training, etc. He then introduced her to the other dogs and gave me a tour of the facility. I also was provided with information regarding the various programs (I.e. enrichment, trick of the month).

Everything is structured and the dogs are continually monitored. Additionally, you can also check on your pup by going to the website and viewing their webcams. My family in California even went online to see how much fun my pup was having. The staff were so sweet when I called to check on her and informed me that she was having nap time. She is mellow and her behavior is better. I'm amazed. We will definitely become regulars. I am so appreciative of the care that she received!

Genuinely the best dog groomers around! And day care, and overnight care! Their processes are so good and they really do care about your pups! They will always offer the best advice! Thanks for all you do for our boys and the girl! X We ITDH! X x x

Rio absolutely loves going to ITDH. he's a pup so it's been a really positive and great experience for him to socialise with the other dogs and makes lots of new friends. The staff are so amazing with our boy and I feel reassured that he is in the best hands whilst he is there. I would definitely recommend!

I love how my pomeranian looks, after picking her up from the groomers. Annie is very good and caring person. I was so impressed with the friendly and profesional staff. I have been looking for a good clean and caring place to take my dog. I will for sure take her back. When I picked her up she was calm and very happy, not nervous at all, that tells me she was treated good and with care. I explained to Annie what I wanted and she realy listen and did exactly what I asked. Lady looks beautiful and very happy!

Love this place! It's hard to find a good groomer who knows how to clean all those bulldog wrinkles. You can also tell they truly care about your pet. Happy I found this place.

We have used ITDH for almost 3 years for both daycare and holiday boarding. Dexter loves it - it's his second home. They love your dogs like they love their own, and it really is a home from home when you're away. You get updates and photos throughout the day. We both work in the NHS and couldn't have survived this last year without their support. Couldn't recommend enough.

I have been taking my standard poodle in for grooming for a few months now and she always comes out looking great! I am really happy with their services and plan to put my dog in day care there too when I am back to work.

We take our golden doodle there a few times a week for socialization and he loves it! They know all the dogs by name and you can tell all the people working there truly care about all the fur babies. Great prices as well for both full and half days!

Our golden retriever has been going to Inn the Doghouse, Mentor for a few months now. During our last trip, unfortunately, he got sick and needed to be seen by a vet. Jacey was quick to get in contact with us, and stay in touch via text to ease my mind. Inn the Doghouse took care of him like he was their own. They made sure he got his medicine and he was in a room where he could be monitored overnight, just in case. I can't express how appreciative I am of Jacey and Inn the Doghouse

We have been sending our ShihTzu to Inn the Doghouse's daycare weekly for the past two years. The staff has exceeded our expectations in every way; it's obvious that the people who work here genuinely love spending time with and taking care of animals. Somehow our dog has a sixth sense of when we are going to take him to daycare and his excitement tells us that he loves his time here as well.

The best part is that he comes home and sleeps for about 20 hours straight after playing all his energy out. One big perk of the establishment is the web cameras that you can use to watch your dog having a great time. Another advantage for peace of mind is that there is a small vs large dog area. In addition, there is an indoor and outdoor space for both small and large dogs.

We had to go out of town on a very long 13+ day trip and boarded/doggie daycare our two dogs at this awesome place. We had never trusted anybody to take care of them for such a long time before, plus our little one was a rescue and wasn't never properly socialized or boarded before he never liked strangers, new things or surroundings, but William took his time with the little one and trust was built!

Our babies seem to love everything and everyone there at ITD! They have been taken care of so wonderfully and I was able to watch them day & night on camera. William and his whole crew were awesome with our babies! I can wholeheartedly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

We take our dogs to get their nails clipped at Inn the Doghouse, so that is the largest extent to which I can offer feedback. For this accomplishment though - with our scared, diva of a chihuahua thrashing about - they deserve some serious kudos. They are very patient with her and I love that they have chihuahuas of their own hanging out at the front.

They are great about getting you in same day. We usually just call ahead to make sure someone will be there although once we were told someone would be there, show up within the window they were supposed to be there and they had gone home. But that was probably a one-time thing. Parking is ample just to the west of the building.

Just took my pup there to get her nails done for the first time. We just moved to the area and I see this place all the time so I decided to give it a chance. When I called they said I could just walk in for nails. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Every person that I came across in my time there was incredibly nice and greeted my pup gently as she was a bit anxious.

They took her back immediately and I heard them calming her. William did her nails and was incredibly sweet with her. Everything was smooth and quick through the entire process. Some places cut them too short or are aggressive in order to get them done but not here at all. Luna will absolutely be back to get her nails done again.

Went for grooming for my scruffy terrier mix for the first time, and am so pleased with the results. The staff were friendly and sweet to my dog, the facility is nice, and the prices are fair. Tina was the groomer, and she did such a great job with my admittedly picky requests! We will definitely be back.

We love everything about Inn The Doghouse. The staff has been taking care of our four year old dog since he was just a little pup of five months. You can definitely tell how devoted the owner and staff are. We always recommend this outstanding "Doggie Day Camp" to our friends and family members along with people weI meet at the dog runs in the area.

The employees are so nice, love animals, and always take great care of my dog. If you're doing day care, you can check up and watch your pet via their webcam on the website when they are playing. Prices are very reasonable, too. Grooming has been hit or miss, but only because of different groomers with different styles. like getting your own haircut, it takes a while to get exactly what you are looking for, but the last few times have been fabulous. Definitely recommend Inn the Doghouse.

Hands down the best doggie daycare, groomers and boarding on the west side - awesome, conscientious owner, management and staff. 2 paws up!

If youre looking for a place to drop the pooch for a few hours or a weekend, you could do far worse than Inn The Doghouse. When I first dropped by to take a tour sans the little ankle-biter (well, she doesnt really bite ankles more like try to lick them) on a Saturday, the staff member who toured me around was friendly, informative and welcoming. I like the varied levels of accomodation that are offered at different price points.

Three points that I dont exactly dislike, but that cause me pause, are: 1 - the size of the small dog area. Not quite large enough to get a good scamper in, it pales compared to the large dog area which is very spacious. 2- you can also view your pooch's day via webcam (a great service IMO). It allowed me to observe, on the particular day that I tried it out, that the staff are only in the actual pen with the small dogs infrequently.

At other doggie daycare locations, Ive observed attendants in with the dogs 100 % of the time. 3. During our initial "interview", I was sternly told by the owner that my choice of flea/tick preventative medication (which was highly suggested by my vet) was inadequate and that I should consider another option. Opinions are great, like.well, you know.

Everyone has one, but, frankly, Im going to follow my vets advice vs. someone I met 3 minutes prior. Still a nice location that I wouldnt hesitate to use as a back up for a day or so to my preferred doggie daycare provider.

We live just down the street so we thought we'd try their grooming services. Great value! $25 to groom, bathe, and trim nails on a shy neurotic daschund. We will definitely be back and are curious to try their hotel services

We did our research before bringing our pets with us to Cleveland. Our loved one was having heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Nov. 20, so we came up and brought our dogs Little Man and Bob too. They stayed at Inn the Dog House, and had a great time. I know this because I would check in on them with the cameras while we were at the hospital. It was very entertaining to watch them as we sat in the hospital waiting room days on end.

We alerted Inn the Doghouse the day before THANKSGIVING that there had been a complication, and we needed the dogs to stay a few more days. Long story short.despite being totally booked they went the extra mile due to our emergency and kept our dogs. We were so stressed out after 9 days at the hospital, and the staff was so good to us and our dogs.

I can't say enough. When we returned home to Louisville KY, I also noticed that my dogs seemed more Toned and limber. They are both 10, but they were like puppies when we came home. Thank you Inn the Doghouse! Valerie
