Heartfelt thank you! Dean, the kindness you have shown to me, Sargie, and now Chey is truly overwhelming. I've boarded several dogs here. I boarded my mom's mini schnauzer when she had a heart attack and was in the hospital. I've also boarded foster dogs here when I had to go out of town. I really like it. They follow my directions for feeding very closely which is good because I have high standards and provide a high quality food.

Bam Bam just realized that the basket is not only the perfect place to nap, but also a back scratcher! Let your loved one relish in all the amenities of a spa for the day, so you can both rest at night. Kick back in their own private suite to nap or watch the "live reality show" going on around them.
After every visit we send our customers a comment card to rate us in quality of pet's care, friendless of service, convenience and value. Staff was courteous & accommodating. Front desk attendant even opened the door 10 minutes prior to your opening hour when she saw me waiting. This small gesture helped me catch my flight at Cleve-Hopkins! :.

We used to love this place but recently when we left our dogs there for a little over a week, we found out dog had lost significant weight, had severe diarrhea, swollen infected rectum and testicles. When we called on our way back from our trip the day prior to pickup, no one mentioned any issues. In fact, they said it would be more cost effective for us to pick the dogs up in the morning rather than that evening. It was very upsetting. I will not take my dogs there ever again.

We have been boarding our 2 dogs with inn to pets for about 4 years now. They return happy and clean. Excellent place.

Great experience taking my dog for day visits and overnight stays! The staff really cares about your animal while they are there. Staff is also friendly to the humans too : Glad we found a reliable doggy daycare!

Picked up my dogs and all 3 of their beds were soiled and saturated in urine as if it had been like that for days. They were supposed to send picture updates and never got them. Not sure that they got their play time either since they don't do day camp and only take each dog out to play for a little.

Left our Doberman eight year old dobie there for 7 days. After day 4 they texted while We were out of the country and stated his stool was loose and wanted to give him rice. He normally has anxiety when not home and loose stool isn't anything out of the ordinary. My wife picked him up when we returned home. He was disgusting, stunk something horrid and had feces stuck all over his back side.

He lost so much weight he looked starved! We have had him home for two days and he's still not himself. Very lethargic but eating well and hoping the weight comes back or we will be visiting the vet with our old boy. Not going back!

I went on a 4 week vacation and had to board my 12 yr old cat Stormy. She has always been skittish and that got much worse after our other cat passed away last April. I knew Stormy couldn't be left alone in our house for that long without daily human attention even though I knew she would be very scared being boarded. When I picked her up I could tell she was treated gently and with care.

They described how she slowly began to explore and began eating as the food was given to her. She adjusted very well coming home. Clingy of course but showed no signs of serious anxiety. I'm very grateful to have found this place.

Such a wonderful facility. Our big kahuna loved it so much, when we picked him up he had to do his rounds and say goodbye to his buddies. He lived in the lap of luxury in the Luxury Suite, watched the NBA on his TV, and had his own big boy bed with a glass door so he could be nosy. We signed up for text photos and boy did the staff deliver! Friendly. Professional.

Very clean environment. Excellent program they're running. Old Yeller can't wait until we take another trip so he can have little getaway of his own! Thank you for giving us the peace of mind of knowing he was in such great hands. It truly was priceless!

They told us our dog would be bathed in the afternoon before we pick him up around 5pm & when we get there at 5pm they give the excuse "we were about to bathe your dog". Very frustrating that they were lazy & lied to us that our dog would be bathed after he stayed with them for a week. They then clumsily brought our big container of dog food out while holding the leash of my 100 lb lab & unsurprisingly dropped & broke our container.

This could have easily been avoided again if they weren't lazy & brought both items out separately. Instead our container broke, we lost a quarter of the food in the container & they were unreliable & lied that our dog would be bathed before 5pm. I've used them many times when we are out of town & will look elsewhere going forward.

Vaccine records from your Vet apparently are not sufficient to show vaccines are up to date. Who knew! We were asked for proof of next scheduled appointment once we arrived. I did not have it as I had no idea it was required. As such, we were turned away. Our weekend trip had to be cancelled last minite as a result. There also does not seem to be much outdoor space for pets to get excercise. Overall, not impressed with our experience. We will not be back.

I was looking for a new place to board my dog, I saw decent reviews and decided to keep my dog here for 5 days. I gave instructions to feed my dog 1/4 cup of food twice a day, and if he doesn't seem interested in it try adding water. I supplied them with a bag of food for two weeks, I like to be over prepared. When I picked him up all his food was gone, he smelled like urine, his blanket and toy smelled like urine, he was panting and coughing like crazy. Turns out he got kennel cough but when I took him to the vet, they told me he was close to getting over it basically meaning he contracted kennel cough the day he got there. I'm not sure if they fed him the entire two weeks worth of food but he barely ate for the couple days and he had hardcore diarrhea so maybe they didn't even feed him his own food. I'm extremely disappointed because not a single employee mentioned that he had a cough or wheeze.

They didn't talk to me about his behavior at all or even said anything to me about him. They told me how much it cost and handed him to me and went on with there day. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Left 7 month old puppy for first time over the weekend. He seemed happy but smelled like urine and had feces on his feet. I had wash him before I brought him into the house. The staff was friendly.

We have used Inn To Pets for many, many years and highly recommend them. Our Shitz Shu can be a bit anxious and quirky and was always in good hands with the staff there. They are cheerful and organized and good at what they do!

We left our dog here for I think the fourth time, for four nights, and when we came to pick her up, her pillow appeared to have been washed (the entire pillow, stuffing and all), and the stuffing was all lumpy and bunched up. We obviously had to replace it. When we got home, I sent them an email through their website, inquiring as to why the pillow had been washed. Well, apparently our dog had been having "pee accidents" in her cage throughout the day, and no one had bothered to tell us about it. Did you know that it is very common for this to happen when dogs are boarded?

Neither did I! Since then, we discovered that our dog has hormone-induced urinary incontinence, and it makes me really mad that they weren't even going to give us a head's up that this was happening. We really need to look into other options, because that is so unacceptable. I also think that they must be cleaning up with their drop-off and pick-up times.

You can't drop off until 2:00 p.m., and if you pick up after 2:00 p.m., you have to pay a half day fee. I'm not sure if all kennels are like that, but we have yet to get back early enough from any of our trips, and have gotten socked with a half-day charge every flippin' time. Anyway, not feeling so warm and fuzzy about this place anymore.

Inn to Pets is incredible and the staff is amazing. I have an 80lb Rottweiler that goes there a minimum of 3 days a week for day care and probably another 2 nights a week due to my work schedule. The staff is incredible, the place is clean and Sara loves going. More importantly, they understand big dogs and they have experience with breeds that people give a bad name to. We pull into the parking lot and she runs right to the door. There is no option place I trust than Inn to Pets. Seriously, we love Inn to Pets.

We couldn't be more pleased. We have been in the process of moving to Ohio and needed a place for our rescue Golden that gets very upset at any change in his schedule. Inn to Pets is a very welcome place for us to leave our dog and not worry about him. He has done really well there and we are thrilled with that! We have been very happy and love that we have a place that we can leave him and not worry at all about him and know he is safe and happy.
