Pickups can most often be made on the same day as your order. If your desired time is not available please reach out to me and I will do my best to accommodate you. I understand our lives get busy, so if a last minute order is needed for immediate pickup, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am always happy to work with you.
We ship all of our products via UPS Ground to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. All Shipping orders will go out either Monday or Tuesday. All items are shipped frozen and include our insulated boxes with dry ice to preserve freshness. Items are NOT guaranteed to arrive frozen. There is a 10 LB minimum for shipping frozen goods via GROUND SHIPPING. This is to ensure you do not receive a shipment with spoiled products due to the heat outside.
