I really appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of JCC. They hold a high standard of professionalism and always treat my property and pets with respect. I take vacations anxiety free because I know my pets are in thier home, not some kennel. Worth every penny!

First time using this service. Spent an hour with the owner going over rules, policies and pet needs. We traveled during the holidays and bad weather. Had multiple flight cancellations and stress trying to get to my daughter's wedding. Ended up on the original flight home which was earlier than second rescheduled flight, but owner unwilling to refund 2 visits for "early return".

One of the dogs was given wrong food the entire time even though we discussed the location of the food in our interview. The owner blamed me for not labeling things better. She tried to minimize my frustration by saying how hard it was taking care of the pets during the bad weather. Well, that's what your business does. I felt she was condescending and inflexible with adjusting the cost even though I had no control of the logistics of the travel. She offered to refund my payment and then cashed the check. Won't be using this service again.

We started to use Janice's Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. Her communication, responsive, and loving care she provides is beyond amazing. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat.

Even when the road wasn't plowed and had to walk to get down to her house, she still made our cat and his health a priority. We are beyond grateful for her dedicated care and services. I highly recommend Janice's service!

Thank goodness for Janice's Critter Care! This family business has been part of our family for the past few years taking care of our Goldadore Lucky. This team is trustworthy. They have excellent knowledge about animals and they are genuinely good people. We would not trust our dog with anyone else. Our dog loves Janice's Critter Care and she is very happy whenever she sees them.

We have been using Janice's Critter Care since we moved to Federal Way earlier this year. Janice is very responsive and flexible with our changing schedules. Christine always takes excellent care of our pup and makes sure he gets long walks while we are at work. We have had poor experiences with Rover in the past so we were thrilled to find this company. This company is very personal and professional when it comes to onboarding and caring for furry loved ones. My pupper loved his carer and I'm so happy we went with them! They left notes after their visits, and were very thorough when taking care of my old boy. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them at every turn.

Janice and Tim are top notch! We have trusted them with our 2 dogs and entry into our private home for years. They are also great communicators with respect to anything they see during their visit. Always dependable service. Low turnover of sitters and walkers. The same person has served us for many years, at least 7. Couldn't be more confident in a pet service. And always a quick response to inquiries.

Janice is extremely reliable, always willing to work with my requests.we had to be gone for a week, I had 4 cats, (one diabetic requiring shots in am/pm) and an aquatic turtle. I had notes on everyday, they were willing to continue services if needed. The cost of the service very reasonable. I would highly recommend Janice's Critter Care! I love Janice and Christine! I have been a regular user of their services, but now need them more sporadically. But they have been amazingly accommodating at the last minute, are completely trustworthy and reliable. I am happy to recommend them - they are the best!

Tim & Janice have been watching our pets for 10 years now. They not only take care of feeding & exercising our dogs (mostly Newfoundlands, but we got a Rottie mix last year to add something new!), they bring in the mail and check the houseplants to see if they need water. Even better, they are able to look after our chickens when we are gone; managing their food, water and treats and giving them a little time and human conversation while gathering eggs.

Our four hens are my "Birds with Benefits" and I would not trust them alone or with someone who would scare them and cause them to stop laying those delicious eggs. No one else has come close to the excellent services provided by Janice's Critter Care! Doug & Cathy
