I would give them a 0! Don't take your fur babies to these monsters of people! The owner and his wife are complete jerks and don't care about anyone's fur baby! I know personally about these people. If you love your babies don't bring them here!

Best Groomers especially Sasha! My Shih Tzu Pepper has been going there for 10 years, the best grooming service anywhere. Wouldn't even consider taking my precious fur baby anywhere else! Ten gold stars all the way around!

So. when you call this place, they seem put off. I didnt even get a chance to see how good their services were before I just decided to call someone else.

We have been taking our senior Yorkie and 6 yr. Morkie here for 6 years. They do a great job, are very sweet and loving to my girls.

I've been using beach grove pet grooming since before they had the actual building. I have took several dogs here over the years with no complaints. I called earlier in the week to try to get a Saturday appointment, and was told Saturday appts. were booked until the end of the year. Thats impossible! They asked if I had been before, and started questioning me as to when, like I was lying! If you're only going to take your favorite clients, that's not very good business practice! Guess its time to find a different place to go! bye bye!

Where do I start? I've been taking my dogs there for 17 years. I've never had a problem getting them in for grooming - until now! I tried last summer and was told they were booked up through October and they would let me know if they had an opening. I've taken my 100lb dog there 3 times for toenail trims in the last 6 months but can never get a date and time for grooming!

Last time I was there was in early December the girl said she would definitely call me the next day to schedule appt. I AM STILL WAITING! I guess they don't want my business anymore and that's sad because of how long I've been a customer there. I probably won't return there to give them any of my business and I would suggest that whoever reads this does the same.

The girls here are always a delight to come see. They loved my boy Blu from the first time we walked in the door. Over the years I had been bringing him to them they treated us like family and loves him like he was theirs.

Love. love. love this place! They are super friendly, professional and thorough. they treat your little loved ones as if they were their own. Look at her! They don't clip her lashes to give her a feminine look. to cute

My Jester LOVES to go there-he trots in happily, head and tail high, excited to see the ladies who treat him so well! They do an incredibly good job on him. Well groomed, nails short, , lots of attention, they make him think he's a king! I'm sure glad we found them (so is Jester!) & will continue to go there until the day they shut their doors! I highly recommend them. Prices are great, as is staff. Parking isn't a problem.
