Joni and the other groomers are super friendly. They do a great job taking care of my pup Goose. He enjoys going there to say hello to the groomers, and I do as well! We love Joni's Pet Salon!

Best groomer in the area. My dog loves her and I have peace of mind that he is safe and cared for. You can just tell everyone there loves what they do and loves the animals like their own. I initially took my dog elsewhere and he was there all day and stuffed in a cage and I can tell hadn't gone to bathroom. Joni has an area they can go out if they need to. I can't recommend her and her team enough. I will never go anywhere else.

Joni was recommended by a good friend and she has always provided top notch service! We'll be going to her for years to come!

Joni and her staff are absolutely amazing from the service when you walk in to when you pick up your fur baby (babies)! She is attentive to each animal, knows their personalities, overall amazing as well as her staff! My Titan is very skiddish and requires a lot of patience when being groomed and she does just that! We love Ms. Joni and Her staff!

This place is only good if you're an existing customer. They do not accept new clients and haven't for some time. Every time I call to get in they keep pushing the date out.

Ive taken my kitten here a few times to get her nails trimmed, something my cat ABSOLUTELY despises but Joni and everyone that works there does such a great job at catering to the animals and making it as painless as possible! the professionalism is exceptional and the quality of care and the type of people they all are make it so welcoming and worry-free. cannot recommend this place enough!

I can't say enough good things about Joni and her staff. You can tell the second you walk in that all the animals are well cared for. Besides their professionalism, they have excellent bed side manner. Her prices are also extremely reasonable. Finally, the haircuts are absolutely adorable. I plan on using Joni and her staff for all my pet grooming in the future.

I took my two long haired Himalayan cats here for bath and cuts and everyone was so kind. The prices are really competitive to everyone else in the Tampa Bay Area and the shop is very clean! My cats were treated well and came out looking so cute! I will definitely be going back to this shop for their next grooming appointment.

Joni is the best! I've been taking my babies here for at least the last 4 years, and I'm never disappointed. She really takes her time with the pups.

Joni is the best groomer in town! She really loves her job and you can tell. She makes everyone feel at home especially your pups! It always takes some time finding a great groomer, but look no further. Joni is the best in town. I have 2 poodles and nobody grooms them better. We've been going for a year now and will never go elsewhere.

Joni and her staff are the absolute best. I moved over to St. Petersburg and will travel over the bridge to ensure that my fur baby is so well taken care of. My fur baby comes back not only beautiful and smelling superb, but happy and socialized as well. I can't give this business enough stars, since only 5 are available.

A decent spot for walk in nail trims/ear cleanings. The lady on the phone was nice and told us we could just walk in. The price is really cheap for a nail trim. When my husband came home with our frenchie, I noticed they didn't trim his dew claw. Look how long it is in the pic! How does one miss this?!

I absolutely love this team! They are so compassionate, hardworking, and honest. They truly love your pets like their own, and it shows. I have a Persian cat whom I groom once every 3-4 months depending on her desire to play in the dirt. I have struggled in the past to find a groomer who is gentle, yet gets the job done correctly and well until now. I don't care what happen, I will always come back to Joni's, and I recommend you give them a call.

I seriously doubt these negative reviews. Our experience has been great, everyone there is so professional and courteous, and they do a great job of grooming our pups. They always look perfect when we get them back, AND they let us keep our collie mix crated there while our sheltie is there being groomed to keep her company and keep her calm. They DONT need to do this. Thanks Joni - we love you guys!

My father left his cat with me for few weeks. I decided to give him a "treat". Haircut to a percian cat is a nightmare! But Joni's salon made it smooth and affordable. Cat was slightly scared as we were leaving a place but was fine as soon as we got home. I will definitely use her services again for my own Persians lol

The review was so good i thought i was excited i found great place to get my golden doodle cut properly. They charged me $75 for this horrible cut. She has crooked beard and her fur is uneven has pieces as long as an inch longer in several areas. The shaven cut was NOT what asked for. I will never go back

I highly recommend Joni's! I was greeted by Joni who was so friendly and took a lot of interest in my dog. The front of the salon is very welcoming and open. Stylists had already started a couple pups and I liked that I could see how the dogs are handled. The dogs seemed comfortable which was very reassuring. The stylist did an amazing job on my dog and let me know Isabella did well. I will definitely go back!

I've been taking my pup to Joni's for a couple years. A friend gave her a great recommendation. Everyone is so sweet, welcoming and helpful. My dog always comes back smelling and looking great. They take care of any special requests w a smile. Love Joni's and it's great to support a local small business.

Really fantastic! We've searched high and low for someone that could groom our toy Maltese. 3 groomers and multiple hacked haircuts we found our new home! Joni and team are wonderful, highly recommend. Coconut approves!

I took my dog who was an 8-month old puppy, weighed 80 lbs. and was rambunctious. This was his first time to be groomed. She was exhausted with him. The groomer nicked his butt with a razor and didn't bother telling us. He was constantly licking the nick to where it was red and swollen. When he bent down to eat his food he has to stretch down to eat his food, which stretched the nick on his butt, associating eating with pain.

We had to hand feed him for a couple of weeks. I brought him back to the groomer. She claims his 'glands' were swollen. She gave me some ointment to treat the wound and reduce the swelling. We won't be a return customer.

Gigi loves Joni's! She is always taken care of and looks adorable every time she leaves. The ladies at Joni's listen to any requests I have, are attentive and are so sweet (to me and my dog)!

Finding a groomer that works on the weekends and does cats is pretty hard to find in south Tampa. After multiple calls to various groomers I came upon this salon. Joni answered the phone and after being on the phone with her for no more than I minute I was captivated by her kindness and could instantly tell she was kindhearted, loves animals and would be the perfect person for the job.

My cat by no means is a pleasure to bathe. I can't do it. It's pretty dangerous and should only be handled by a professional. His spastic actions at even a thought of being submerged In water are extremely dramatic. There's been times where I have dropped him off at petsmart and they've called me within minutes to pick him up that it's impossible.

I think my cat could sense Joni's compassion and she was able to trim, wash and dry my beautiful prince. She really took her time to make sure he was in the least amount as distress as possible and I really appreciate that. When I picked him up 4 hours later he was still raising hell with her, screaming and scratching and she was just sweet as pie in return. Thank you Joni I hope Molls is welcomed back after his erratic behavior!

My dog looks so beautiful after leaving Joni's Pet Salon. I was recommended this place by my vet, so I figured it would be a pretty good choice. Backstory: I grew up with Bichons so I know lots of good/bad grooming jobs when I see them. I've seen some REALLY bad cuts that are way too close or honestly just look sloppy and left my dogs looking pretty sad.

The way Truman was groomed at Joni's was a GREAT cut. Not too short, not too long, and he looks wonderful. Very fluffy, so he definitely received the "groomer's blowout" treatment, but I'm sure it will deflate after a while. The groomers at the salon were all very friendly and you can tell they really, truly love animals and care about the pets that come in to get groomed.

There were lots of cats and dogs around and they all looked happy! I will definitely keep taking my dog here. They cut Truman exactly the way I wanted to and did not shave his hair off which is what I was really worried about. He looks amazing!
