This vet is absolutely amazing! I've never once been disappointed with the care that my cat has received here, and will continue to keep at as my normal vet as long as I am here. On top of just great normal care, they were so accommodating when I needed to take my baby in for an emergency - as a cat, him not eating is something to be taken seriously.

I called on a whim thinking they may be too busy, but they ended up getting me set up for an appointment not even an hour later. While they do charge a little bit extra on the examination fee for a same-day appointment like this, the $72 is way cheaper than any emergency vet department, so I do not mind paying it. The staff is all so wonderful, and my vet is just amazing. Clearly knows her stuff, and is very caring and gentle. Love this vet! I'm sad I can't take them with me if I ever leave.

Conveniently located. Clean and professional staff, Vet techs and Vets. Friendly too. Was able to go back with my dog during exam. Asked plenty questions and they were more than happy to answer them all and offer advice on which meds are better for my dog. We will definitely be back!

I had to bring our cat Molly here for some acute issues. They treated her and myself with the utmost care and respect. They offered an outside viewing window for the initial assessment. I highly recommend King Street Pet Hospital. We'll continue to be regular clients. Mahalo

My pets have been coming here for about 15 years now. I trust the care they are given. I do hope, though, that they will allow owners in with their pets again rather than have us wait in the car. COVID is here to stay so we might as well adjust to it

Dr. Ganzer has been our family vet for 7+ years, and even after we moved across the island, it's worth the drive to see him. He is caring, honest, and trustworthy. He performed successful cancer removal surgery on one of our dogs, diagnosed a rare autoimmune disorder in another dog, and I can't say enough good things about the service. They don't try to sell you things you don't need, and are worth every penny. The front desk staff are also amazing. Best veterinarian practice on the island of Oahu, hands down!

Always friendly, even in these hard times. And you can tell they really care. From the available window rooms where you can chat and view your pets while they examine them. To the thoughtful condolence letter they sent when we had to put our baby boy down. You cannot go wrong with any of their Vets or staff here.

I called to make an appointment and was told that I could possibly be squeezed in and that I would get a call back. I got the call back the same day & was told another customer canceled and that I could bring in my cat.after driving for 30 minutes and filling out all the required paperwork, I was told there was an additional fee of nearly $60 for squeezing me in.

If there's a cancellation, how am I being squeezed in & more importantly if there's an additional fee why not tell me before I come to the appointment. Poor & crooked mode of operation.
