I boarding my Yorkiepoo for the first time. They said she did great and was full of love and kisses. I didn't like that they didn't have camera where the boarding dogs played. Yes, I would take her there again.

We've only used LaDeDa boarding but they are great! The suites are so nice & clean and the staff has been so nice! I left my Cooper there for as long as 4 nights & as short as over night. He has always come home without any issues & very happy.

Thank you Holly and all your staff and particularly those who took great care and attention to our Matilda "Tilly". You gave her large balls to play with, water hoses to chase and so much love and attention. Our hearts are in pieces, but, If it wasn't for you and knowing she was not "being herself", we would not have been with her in her last hours. I love La De Da. They are wonderful with my dog Fritter (who hates being groomed and getting his nails cut) but they do it quick and easy! I love that they remember who we are and are always friendly and willing to fit us in at last minute for pesky nail trims!

You can sense that the staff are not true pet lovers. There is something special pet/animal lovers exhibit when handling an animal of any kind. They should understand just how the animals feel when in their care. They need to help make their experience as comfortable as possible. The staff here, take/drag animal back to have nails clipped, and clip unevenly, ragged, and tatter the nails, leaving them ragged.

And I paid for filing/grinding also. Am I expecting a nice dog pedicure for $15/min charged? Absolutely! Not a loving place for your terrified dog. (last visit, the quick was cut, they tried to stop bleeding, didn't tell me, and my pup bled all over my tan leather car seats by the time I reached home)
