Dental care is vital to the overall health of any pet. Dental disease can lead to health issues with the heart, liver, and kidneys, and can affect the entire body through the bloodstream. In fact, 80 percent of dogs and 70 percent of cats over three years of age suffer from some form of dental disease, making it the most common pet health issue among our pet population.

They have new staff who don't know what they are doing. I dropped my cat off for a glucose test at 8:30, I called at 11 to check on him and was told because I didn't give him his shot they couldn't do the test. I was not told prior to the appointment we had to give him his shot. Nor was I told when I dropped him off that they couldn't do it. So he sat at the vet who didn't feed him either for 3 hours, without them even trying to call to tell me the situation. I was referred by another veterinarian to this clinic. So sad poor training and miscommunication has effected good businesses.we won't be going back we will find a new vet.

The vet was very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a lot of questions and she was patient and gave us great peace of mind.

The vet cut my dog in the wrong place with a sharp edge when we took him into get a neuter procedure. They offered no compensation or refunds on the procedure due to the accident. Don't come here if you want your dog to come back home hurt and in serious pain. Horrible customer service.

AMAZING! Super fast and helpful. Already booked a future appointment with them to do a teeth cleaning, claw trimming, and shots. They were so helpful and caring and my husband went on and on about how wonderful they were to him and our pup. Glad we found our new vet office here in Waco!

Took my Baby here for a nail trim and flea treatment. The staff and the service were amazing, the veterinarian thanked her for coming in. Baby, she doesn't think she is a dog, acted like she was " at home " here. Definitely will be back in the future. Thank you very much for your care and service for Baby.

Love this vet! We bring our dog Harley here and they have always taken great care of her. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable & have always been great when Harley was really really sick. We were in a panic & scared bc she was so sick. They we're able to figure out what was wrong & get her back to feeling better after just 1 visit. I would recommend them if you are looking for a great vet to care for your furbaby.

I just wish they would see exotic pets as well, so we wouldn't have to take our guinea pigs to another vet, even though they are great too. I hate having to go to 2 different places to have all my babies seen.

There are many veterinarians close to my home, but I will prefer to make the drive. I discovered this clinic 8 years ago when I took my dog to 2 other animal clinics told me that my red heeler, Ginger, had an untreatable condition and should be euthanized. I called this clinic for another opinion and was told to bring her in right away. Although I got there as the lunch hour began, Dr. Walthall performed emergency surgery immediately.

My ginger passed recently, but I got 8 bonus years with her. The office staff is so compassionate and have a genuine love for animals. They all seem like they love what they do and are so patient with my 3 year old blue heeler mix, Beamer, who is such a sweet boy.until he gets to the veterinary clinic, where he loses his mind and acts a fool. Every single time. I will be a customer as long as I have pets, hands down.

They were kind and very gentle with our dog. It was here 1st time going to a veterinary clinic, and they had us all feeling very at ease. We got her shots, got her chipped, and a lot of information on heart worms (which was disgusting to look at in the jar, but very necessary to know about!).
