She began her career here as a veterinary assistant and quickly expanded her skills to include grooming as well. The demand for Andi's grooming services quickly outgrew our available space, which prompted us to remodel our basement into a grooming salon. Andi has a boundless love of all animals, and has been called our 'petfinder' because she is always adopting out animals in need.

Very caring and knowledgeable staff. The waiting area remains closed. The office responded quickly when we called to tell them we had arrived. You can now accompany your pets into the office.

To say I am disgusted is an understatement. This clinic was recommended by a dear friend. At our 1st appointment, more time was spent parading my kitten around the office to show everyone rather than focusing on her care. I get it, she's tiny and adorable but that can be done AFTER the evaluation, not before. The women behind the desk seemed too distracted by a side conversation to pay attention to the updated contact info we were giving them.

Everything was in my mom's name when it needed to be in mine. No big deal, we got it changed (at least we thought we did), I was given an appointment card by the vet herself and was on my way. Fast forward to today. My cat has had some diarrhea the past few days and had an accident right as we were leaving. I called the office to let them know what had happened and that we would be a few minutes late but would still be there.

I repeated my name four times over the phone but the appointment could not be found so I was put on hold. When the vet herself picked up, we made an effort to retrace our steps. Not only did she continuously speak over me when I was trying to answer her questions, but she kept repeating information that she already said. I asked her to please let me finish what I was saying, but I doubt she heard me because she continued on as if it wasn't a two person conversation.

Then we were told that we would have to be squeezed in because the schedule was already full (understandable I suppose, but I thought this was all situated at the last appointment). Once we got to the clinic we were told that the appointment was found under my mom's name and that it was at 6. I mentioned again, that was why I called in the first place because my cat had diarrhea and had an accident right before we left (I wasn't about to leave that on my carpet!).

She then seemed surprised and stated that she didn't know my cat had diarrhea. I said "No, I told you over the phone that she did but you repeatedly spoke over me." My mom then stated how she needed to listen to me because she had heard her interrupt me over the phone and in person multiple times. We received a flippant, "oh, I need to pay attention to you when you're talking?" Followed by the excuse that she had had a rough day and that we could probably find better service elsewhere!

So now I have been interrupted, flippantly spoken to, AND my cat is not getting the care she needs at the appointment we set up 3 weeks ago that YOUR EMPLOYEES failed to record properly. I am as understanding and respectful as it gets, especially to those who work with the public. I've been there and believe me, I understand. However, when I am constantly interrupted and spoken over, I do not respond so kindly.

If you cannot follow basic human decency and you get irritated when someone asks you politely to not interrupt them, you do not deserve to work with patients period. We were not asking for the moon. We simply wanted to situate the scheduling issue and not be spoken over, but I suppose that was too much to ask. Oh well, I will gladly take my cat to a more professional vet who can and will do their job by listening to know my cat's needs. This place is unbelievable.

I called to make an appointment for my three and a half year old Pomeranian Sam. I was told that I had to pay for the complete bill when I made the appointment in order to be seen as a new patient. This money was to be made on the date that I scheduled the appointment, even though the appointment was over weeks away I was supposed to pay for it now. Does that make sense? Not to me. Never heard of any business demanding full payment at the time you speak to them on the phones and make the appointment. Really disappointing.

I have been a client here for almost 20 years. They have always been so good with my pup's. When my last dog (Ringo) passed away, they were so great with the whole process of having him cremated. They are so good with all the animals and fall in love with them. I can't imagine taking my dogs anyway else. My new puppy Ryder is being treated for Lyme disease. So thankful they caught it and have him on the road to recovery.

Love this practice and the doctors/staff. We drive an hour from New Albany to see Dr. Morrow. All of my pets, including my reptiles, receive top care, and I can't imagine taking them anywhere else. Dr. Morrow has even called me on her day off to check on my senior dog who was recently dx with pancreatitis. Her genuine love for animals definitely shows through her practice.

Called in because my pet needed put down and they typed my phone number down wrong to tell us that the appt they made was wrong because the doctor wouldn't be there. they messed up so bad it was! two completely different numbers and impossible to fat finger it. My pet had to suffer another hour and a half for us to get into an emergency clinic.

Lancaster Animal Clinic is an excellent veterinary resource. For many years we have taken our pets to Dr. Neil Bonham because we know we can always depend on him to provide exceptional above-and-beyond quality care. The attentive and gentle way he handles his animal patients makes It obvious that he loves being able to help our little furry companions to be well. 5+ Stars
