Lucy's Doggy Day Care & Spa

Lucy's (2604) is great. I am comfortable leaving my best friend with them for long stays for just a day of fun. Now I make a point of at least one day a month scheduling a play date and bath. It's good for my baby and good for me too! Highly recommend.

The staff at Lucy's are fantastic, they're almost as excited to see my dog at drop off at he is to see them. We use Lucy's for daycare twice a week and have boarded a number of times. Daycare is extremely affordable is you buy the prepaid packages. Lucy's never crates and has time out pens for sick or misbehaving dogs. Their grooming services are also great. The attached vet office is also a wonderful feature. Highly recommended

Best doggy daycare we have even been to. Our pup is extremely excited excited and can't wait to get inside. She comes home exhausted and sleeps the rest of the day after a long day at daycare. The web cameras are awesome to check in on the dogs throughout the day. We also use Lucys for boarding anytime we are out of town.

I only like to take my dog to the 1604 location. The one on Thousand Oaks, lost her medication. The one downtown is where my dog got the Kennel cough and she smelled terrible when I picked her up after I requested a bath. However, I will say when I spoke with the manager, after I had to take my dog to the emergency clinic, she game me my money back, along with a free Grooming to make up for my experience at their location. Plus, she called me back a few days later to check in on my dog, so I forgave them for that one.

The 1604 location, I have been taking my dog since she was a puppy, 3 years ago. At first, I used to book the suites to constantly check on my dog, but I trust them so much and I don't worry about her safety anymore. Lucy's on 1604 is my go to for doggy daycare. And their groomers are so amazing. Shiloh, always looks sooo adorable when they groom her and she's so soft afterwards. Also, my dog expresses herself very well, everytime I'm parked waiting for her to be picked up, she's so excited to go and play. So if she's happy, I'm happy.

I have taken my puppy here several times now and I waited before making this review. But, we have had the very best experience with Lucy, staff is friendly and has taken care if my Mika every time she visited and loves to go and play. Because of that will also look to them for possible boarding in the future. Great place highly recommended.

Our dog Molly had the best time here! We ended up getting one day of doggy daycare as we were in the area for my citizenship ceremony and wanted to explore San Antonio without having the stress of bringing doggo with us. We were reluctant to leave her in a daycare place as she is very anxious and wary of new people and places but we heard Molly did great!

She was like a different dog when we picked her up that evening! Highly recommend Lucy's! We wish we lived in the area so Molly could come regularly. Please open one in College Station!

It is unfortunate to leave this review as I have been bringing my pups to Lucys for a very long time. But it seems as the 1604 location has slowly been dropping the ball. I'm sure the dogs are well taken care of but management and staff training seems to be lacking. Have picked my dogs up smelling like urine after baths and making a pickup adjustment has resulted in miscommunication between the staff resulting in the wrong pick up date being scheduled. Extremely unfortunate but may just be a result of this place being too popular

I was so so nervous leaving my fur babies here for the first time ever especially since my kiddos have anxiety and have never been active with other animals before. Lucy's was great! I showed much concern the first couple days and emailed them with updates and they responded with either a call or email in a short amount of time. I also really like the idea of having access to the cameras they have outside and the indoor play area to check on your babies whenever you may feel the need too. Already book another reservation with Lucy's. Thank y'all so much!

I've taken my pet to Lucy's on 1604 several times in the past few months. We are very satisfied with both the grooming and boarding services. Being able to monitor my pet while she was being boarded and seeing the care she received made being a repeat customer an easy decision.

We traveled to San Antonio over the Thanksgiving holiday to visit grandparents. We didn't want to have our super energetic Aussie running them around crazy so we searched for a good doggie daycare for her to be during the day! Lucy's was perfect! Bonnie was a little nervous at first but the staff texted us shortly after we dropped her off to tell us that all was well!

I also loved watching her on though the love cams play in their huge field! The staff was super nice too and made sure that Bonnie was comfortable and not comfortable on anxious before putting her in with the other pups! 100% would recommend and will definitely be using again for hen in San Antonio!

I loved bringing my puppy here! She has a lot of separation anxiety so I was honestly scared to leave her here for the night. But I was watching the webcams for a big part of her stay and it made me so happy to see the caretakers going up to her constantly to pet her and make sure she was fine when they were playing outside. I also got her the pamper add on and she came back to me SOOO clean and smelling like she came out of a candy shop! The workers were so kind and helpful and so reassuring that my puppy would be just fine away from me, I will definitely bring my puppy more for all the services!

Great place for boarding and daycare. Our dog enjoys going here and always has fun playing with the other dogs. She's kind of timid so they put her with the smaller dogs where she will play. Definitely recommend the boarding and daycare! The grooming not so much. We've had her cut here multiple times and they don't do very well nor do they even bother to touch her face/neck area even after addressing this with the team. I will continue to board & daycare here but I've found much better grooming elsewhere.

This place is really nice. They offer a lot of spa services as add-ons but it is all very expensive compared to other grooming/boarding facilities. It's also very popular, so good luck getting a reservation there unless you make it months in advance.

My dogs love it here! I have one less than friendly dog and even he wags his tail when we get there. I always get them groomed the day I pick them up. They are happy and looking good. The staff has all been awesome and great with the dogs. Won't go anywhere else.

I've enjoyed taking my pups here since July 2019! Making reservations are easy and drop off/pickup processes are convenient.

This place is awesome! My pup goes for daycare all the time. Comes back tired and loved after a hard day of playing! I also had an emergency that they were able to accommodate for even though it was last minute. They truest care about the well being of my baby and I'm sure they do it for every doggo that is sent their way.

We have taken our dog to daycare several times prior to boarding her. They were great. Being able to watch her on the Webcams was a plus so we could watch her. She was so happy and exciting to go back. Feel comfortable leaving her when we travel. As am anxious mother of a fur baby they answer all of my questions with understanding. I highly recommend them

The dogs came out soaked and wet as you can see from the wet spot on my seat. They use to dry them off before just bring them out but not these last few times. Also I was over charged again for daycare. It was suppose to be half price for each dog because it was the 1st Wednesday of the month but they charged full price and I had to get a credit put on my account once I asked to speak with someone about this.

It seems to be happening all the time now, either my price is charged wrong or they forget to give my Military discount which they say they honor and they said it's high lighted on our account. I use to love Lucy but the service has definitely changed.
