K9 Nose Work, a sport that was inspired by the model of working detection dogs, provides companion and sport dogs a joyful outlet for their innate hunting and scenting abilities. Our goal is for you and your dog to have fun, as we work together to build your dog's confidence, independence, and problem-solving skills.
Agility is a dog sport which may be done for both fun and competition. Agility provides both physical and mental stimulation for you and your dog, along with the opportunity to build an incredible connection between the two of you. This is a team sport where handlers direct their dogs through a series of obstacles: jumps, tunnels, dog-walks, A-frames, weave poles, etc., racing against the clock. Regardless of whether you are looking to compete, or just want to have fun with your dog, the benefits of this sport are endless!
This class will help your dog learn self-control and become the focused, confident dog who can work around lots of distractions, especially other dogs. The class is based on the book Control Unleashed by Leslie McDevitt. Games and exercises take place during class to help your dog practice attention.

Positive reinforcement based training. Some of the best people I've met. We have an incredible dog because of it and we hear it all the time.

Customer service 0. No one picks up. I left messages an email and was just told they were too busy. In order to sign up for class you have to talk to someone too. I guess they don't new clients.

Been coming to Masterpeace for almost 3 years. First for obedience and then for Nose work. My dog loves it there, she looks forward to coming every week. Fran was a wonderful obedience instructor and helped my very shy, scared rescue come out of her shell. Patty is a wonderful Nose work instructor who really knows her stuff! My dog has gained confidence from her training. Highly recommend Masterpeace!

I thought the woman who taught the puppy kindergarten class was abrasive and ineffective. I don't think my dog learned much and I felt like the woman running it got joy out of embarrassing the dog owners. It was an uncomfortable experience and I wouldn't recommend it.

We had our first in-home training session with Ronni and she is amazing! She went above and beyond! We learned so much just from that one session. She took the time and even went on a walk with us. Ronni knows exactly what she's doing. We will be signing up our boy, Red, for nosework classes too. I highly recommend MasterPeace!

This place is fantastic. We have a reactive 2 yo pup that has benefited 10 fold from their reactive dog courses. It's helped our dog become more confident with seeing other dogs and people he doesn't know. I'd highly recommend this place for any training need but specifically the reactive dog training has been a huge help in easing everyone's anxiety including the pups.

This facility is the real deal! We live 40 minutes away and are on our second round of obedience classes. Our energetic puppy loves to learn, so I think we have more classes here in our future. It's worth the trip! Here's what I love about MasterPeace: - Professionally certified trainers (CPDT) who are passionate and knowledgeable - Positive reinforcement methods that reflect the current best practices in dog training - Website that is regularly updated - Good variety and availability of courses year-round - Opportunity to work toward and test for titles from CGC to nosework to agility Here's what you should be ready for: - Honest and straightforward feedback on your handling - Clicker training.

It may take a little effort, but your dog can learn SO much faster - Classes of 5-10 dogs. Larger classes have 2 staff members - Participants ranging from newbie dog owners to serious show people

MasterPeace is filled with incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, capable instructors who are eager to help. I'm so thankful to them for helping me and my dog make progress. We've taken several reactive dog classes and intend to do more. If/when my dog is ready I'd love to do noswork, agility, and fitness with them too! I'm especially appreciative of the time and effort Heather, Trish, Audrey, and Kelly have put into helping us.

They've guided us to success that I wasn't sure was possible. Now I'm far more confident in both my abilities and in my dogs! If you need help with your dog, MasterPeace is the place for you!

I like this place it a good place don't get me wrong the owner very nice very polite the groomer is very sweet she's a new girl that replaced the old one that I didn't like not because he wasn't good at is job but because he was a little too friendly with my dog I mean to much kisses lol literally I want them to be nice a friendly to my dog but their is a limit my friends well the new girl is very nice and pretty good at her job.

Now why did I took two stars? Five start it's very hard to get from me and if you did well you're probably pretty awesome at what ever you do. The fourth star was taken because they don't answer the phone and it's very hard to get them on the phone and another reason is because although they do a good job after every time I took him there when I got home I saw more than a few grooming mistakes that if me or you guys would get from our barber we'll be upset. Saying that I still think they're one of the best from my experiences and I would recommend to go there.

Love this place. I have been going here for almost 3 years now and all of my dogs and including myself luv it. We have taken puppy kindergarden, puppy graduate, introduction to agility, agility & nose work. My 9yo beagle Sassy just loves Patty and the nosework class she teaches. My 4yo beagle Dora has been doing agility for almost 2 1/2 yrs and she was given the nickname "social butterfly" by her first instructor.

He was the owner of the business, Mike Masters and Dora just loved him and so did everyone else. He :: ss since psssed away and Dora's new instructor Trish is also great with agility and mskes fun and challenging courses. Dora loves these classes and her new puppy friend DD who is 9mo just started introduction to agility and she loves Trish along with all of the other instructors she has had in her short and fun loving life. This is a fun enviornment for you & your

A warm and friendly place to learn with your dog. We rented a ring for a few hours of dog agility. Great floor and top notch equipment. We stayed for the Rally and Obedience run through and got good experience with pointers from a few top trainers.

Great facility and amazing trainers. I've been training my dogs in Agility since about 2012/2013. The instructors have always been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and fun. Erin is a fantastic Agility instructor and has quite the background in training! If you're looking for a great place, MasterPeace is it!

I just completed the 7 week beginner obedience course with my adopted Australian Cattle Dog, Finn. I am very happy with how the class went and the instructors that taught the course. My Dog can be nervous around overly affectionate strangers who bend down to pet him, which can lead him to bark and snap at the them. Fran and the instructors were very understanding of my situation with my newly adopted dog and gave me tips on how to manage the situation when it arises.

I found all the instructors there to be slightly different from each other in there own way but at the same time they were all very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and wanted to put the dogs' needs first. They all set you up to succeed with your dog. I found the other dogs in the group and in the adjacent agility ring helpful in training my dog to pay attention to me while there are distraction present.

The trainers do a great job of keeping the environment structured i.e. they do not let the dogs interact or have other people petting other people's dogs during the class. The three star review on this facility does not do it justice. I read through some of the other reviews and many just did not like clicker training/positive reinforcement training techniques.

If you don't like or believe in clicker training/positive reinforcement than this won't be the training place for you. They do a drop in class on Saturday mornings that accept all levels of dogs so if you are unsure it is a good option to try out their training methods with committing to a full 6 or 7 week class. I plan on continuing classes at MasterPeace.

The people who work here lack social skills, which consistently made for a negative experience when we took our dog there. They berated this poor old man in front of me once, which made the decision for me- I was never going back. I've also been scolded there, but not as bad as how this man was treated. When Fran uses her spider analogy in a previous retort, imagine her screaming that at you in a condescending manner in front of 30 people. I've heard the whole spider thing; that is her usual spiel!

The whole clicker thing is stupid, but really, the biggest problem is that all the employees are so rude, it's just uncomfortable. I randomly ran into a girl I met at the puppy class at MP, and we shared stories of how the people there are so belittling and impossible to work with. I told her we switched to TBU In wrentham where the staff are amazing. We've experienced nothing but patience, kindness, and compassion for us and our pup. MP should maybe invest in some social skills training for the humans.

Masterpeace dog training has an incredible staff. I have been bringing my golden retriever here for about one year. I am taking classes in agility training. When I first started I had no idea even what agility training entailed. A year later I am successfully competing in both nadac and AKC trials. I take classes with mike and Erin. Both instructors have been phenomenal in helping me understand and train my dog in the most efficient way.

They love dogs, understand their breed specific temperament and help their owners with encouragement and advice. Anytime I am having behavioral issues with my very active 2 year old golden, they are incredibly helpful. I would recommend their training facility to anyone.

Over my lifetime I've owned eight dogs before I purchased my current young dog. I used five different trainers to teach each of these dogs basic commands and manners. when searching for a new dog training faciliy, I chose MasterPeace dog training because: They have AKC certified dog trainers; many of whom are former classroom (human) teachers who can educate owners how to do their dogs on their own.

Each trainer owns accomplished dogs of their own. The cleanliness of the facilities, human restrooms, and non- dog smell. Quality, quanity and upkeep of the training and agility equipment. The ample size of the air conditioned, climate comfortable training rings. The number and variety of classes and seminars that are offered. The fact that they offer show and goes as well as AKC sanctioned trials.

My dog and I are now on our fifth class as well as many hours of puppy playgroup. We have worked with four different trainers in this organization. I have found this training facility to be everything that I've asked for and as good or better than any other trainer I have used in the past. My dog and I have enjoyed our time there and expect to continue on it our training there. I highly recommend masterpiece dog training.

We took our puppy here based on the recommendation from our veterinarian. It was the worst mistake ever! The class consisted of 10+ puppies and we accomplished absolutely nothing during our hour spent there. Our puppy was labeled as "aggressive" and they stated it was probably because she is a "shelter dog." The staff has absolutely no people skills whatsoever.

The chaos of the class was extremely overwhelming. There was no structure or guidance. Most of the class was watching the trainers do their thing and then you could bring your puppy home to do your homework. Why even bring the puppy to class if the puppy is not participating in the class. The only positive experience we had was with the girl who was observing the class to continue her dog training education.

She was trying to give us advice on basic commands and she was told to stop speaking to us. It tells you something when your very happy, non aggressive puppy just lays on the floor during class and gives you sad eyes because she does not want to be there. Also, you spend quite a bit of money on puppy training that you would expect semi decent customer service.

No one has bothered to followed up with us regarding our absence from class. We only attended 2 out of the 6 classes and that was 2 too many! I have also made my vet aware of our experience. The only good thing that came of our experience here was it caused me to do research about other facilities. We found an amazing training facility in the same town. Our puppy barrels up the stairs to go to her new class! She is so happy and so are we that we made the decision to find training elsewhere.

While I don't doubt the Master Peace staff knows what they are doing in terms of dog training, unfortunately, their puppy kindergarten class just didn't work for us. We put our puppy into their class and it was completely overwhelming with about 12 other dogs there - with really just one instructor and 13 dogs and one hour - nothing got accomplished.

I certainly understand that as a dog owner, puppy kindergarten is to give you the basics to go home and do 95% of the training work yourself, but if we couldn't get the hang of it during classtime there was no way "homework" was going to be successful. We switched right away to another dog training facility in Franklin that has rolling admissions and have had much better luck and success training our dog.

I found the environment distracting too - too much noise with their HVAC system, an agility class going on in the shared space next to the kindergarten folks and too much open space - all in all just didn't work for us. Sorry!
