Lester Sanchez started grooming dogs since the age of 16 while working for his uncle's grooming store. After he quickly developed his own grooming techniques, he realized that he wanted to open up his own grooming store. In 1998 we opened our first doors at the Country Walk location and soon after our second location on Bird Road.

I have used Miami's Pet Grooming for a few years now and never really had a complaint, until today. When service was completed I placed my dog inside the house and went back out to the van to make payment. The haircut looked great (no complaints there) but not even 5 minutes later when I walked back inside my home did I find blood spots all over the floor.

I grabbed my dog and looked at all his paws. One or his front left nails had been cut so short it was bleeding. Luckily I was able to get the bleeding to stop but I now had floors I needed to clean and a dog who had a bloody paw and some blood spots on his fur. I reached out via text immediately with pictures and requested someone to contact me. They said they needed to come to my home to "validate" what I was saying (As if I left my floors a mess and my dog bleeding).

There was a few back and forth texts but then nothing. I called twice asking to speak with the person on chat or a manager. I'm still waiting for a call back. Guess it's time to look for a new groomer! Wish I would have read all these "my dog was bleeding" reviews before todays appointment.

They were amazing a few years ago but now the customer service is horrible. I called and it took over 45 minutes to schedule an appointment. Finally got an appointment but the groomer never showed up. I scheduled again and the groomer didn't show up again! I will have to take my business elsewhere. Update! Owner called and apologized for the inconvenience.

He found a groomer nearby and said he will be there in 45 minutes. I asked for a discount for all the trouble and said I can get $5 off and free teeth brushing. I said okay because my dog really needs to be groomed. Guess what? Third time the groomer never showed! My rating of two stars has now gone down to one. I didn't think this situation could have gone worse.

I've had jose as my groomer multiple times and he is amazing. He listens to what you want, he's very sweet and my pups really likes him. Recommend JOSE 1000%

I could tell that they are dog loving people very friendly. When I picked up my dog she didn't seem nervous at all and she looks super cute in her little pigtails that they did. Recommend this place there fast and very nice.

If I could put zero stars I would. My mom left work early to wait for the groomer to get here and he never showed. He was supposed to get here between 4-6pm. When she called they said they weren't able to get ahold of the groomer. Afterwards they called back saying he has called numerous times and showed up to the house which was FALSE! We have cameras and he never showed or called.

They refused to believe my mom and took his word over hers. Ridiculous. If you have an appointment and can't go to the house, it is common curtsy to at least notify the customer? Not lie to your employer Will never be using them again

This grooming company is not experienced with huskies. I asked for a de shedding treatment and grooming ( just like before ) and after taking my dog to the van they call me to say he has too many nots and they need to shave him completely because it " will take long to comb out the nots". It was literally just a few near his rear. Anyone experienced with a husky knows they shouldn't be shaved. The owner did reach out to me or anything after I complained. Never using them again. I called another groomer who did the job perfectly! No shaving my poor huskie

This place should be closed down. They send you to a fake vet They literally hurt your pets. How can they do an oral procedure with no anesthesia? Breaking a dog's jaw, hip.

After a mobile grooming for our Pomeranian by Luz, our poor dog's jaw was broken on the left side where she couldn't close it shut. We would try to close her mouth and it would just drop down. Her left eye was also blood shot red. We had to end up putting her down after the grooming. When we called to put a complaint there was no sympathy or concern whatsoever.

They even charged us full price for the grooming and said that the excessive blood coming out of her mouth was a bad tooth. Her mouth was hanging open! I do not recommend at all. Stay away if you truly care for your fur babies.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I've used the for a long time and their current service is terrible. They cut one of my dogs on his tail, had to take him back twice to fix haircut and changed the price upon arrival for a dramatic increase in price. When I called the office they were also rude and dismissive. I DO NOT recommend them and will not call them again.

This company has a groomer that hurt my dog extremely bad. His name is Luis M. When I was finally able to get ahold of the manager 48 hours later because no one ever returned my call or text or email. She told us she couldn't believe it took us all that time to let them know something was wrong. She also said it's impossible that our dog was bleeding.

She said that we had to wait until Saturday for the same groomer to come out to fix the problem. I told her no way in hell is that groomer touching my dog again, I don't need an apology what I want was my money back. Mind you we have been using the same company for the past 3 years every 3-4 months spending $200 plus every time. She never apologized she never asked for photos she never attempted to make it right.

She said she would return our money proceeded to fight with us over the phone again and lecture us on how next time we need to complain to the groomer on site and then hung up on us without confirming how she was going to refund me. The last customer representative we were talking to Juan actually called us back and apologized on her behalf. It's extremely sad that an employee needs to apologize on their managers or the owners behalf.

My dog is still bleeding and it's going to take time for him to heal. He is taking medication and drowsy. In the mean time we are still dealing with the smell and the blood trail my dog leaves behind. I have submitted a complaint to BBB as I still have not received my money back and it's been more than the 7 days that this manager stated.

Reason why I'm writing this long horrible review is because my dogs are my family and that groomer does not know how to properly groom dogs his name is Luis M. The manager which I was not able to get her name as she never provided it to me and when I asked she just kept speaking over me. Extremely rude, unprofessional and the worst thing is she made it sound like we were trying to get our money back just because. The resolution I need is for you to return our money. Please don't take your dogs here. My photos should be proof enough.

Absolutely horrible experience. You will get a different groomer every time. Unfortunately most of not all the pet groomers only speak Spanish, so if you only speak a English. They will not understand you. My daughter was explaining to the new groomer (they always send whom ever they have available) what she wanted done to our dog Roxy, who is a Maltese, she actually shaved her off completely and left her looking like a poodle.

She then took a picture of the credit card (which I believe is illegal) in order to charge us because she was new and did not know how to work the credit card machine. This company does not properly train their employees. When I asked for a refund, the owner said they would honor it, snd never did. Very sad after we had been using them for years. Please do your research and read all the the reviews on this website, before you even consider using them.

I can see why there's so many negative comments lately. Today, I got hung up on twice by both ladies that work there. Neither of the conversations lasted more than 30 seconds. They'll only repeat themselves once before they'll hang up on you. WOW. They have a very thick Hispanic accent and there's dogs barking in the background so I had to ask them to repeat what they were saying at one point and they would say even faster the second time and that's your only chance to answer cause they'll hang up if you still can't understand what they're asking of you.

There's obviously has been no training in customer service by the management. I thought to myself there's no way I would want inpatient people like that handling my dog. In a way, I'm relieved to know that my pup won't be under their care. Do better Miami's Pet Grooming.

This is the second time I have used Miami's Pet Grooming and they are great. My dog (a 5 month old mini goldendoodle) always comes out looking like an absolute floof (which is a good thing). Very happy with them and would recommend. Plus, I love that they come to you!

I have been using Miami's pet grooming mobile for over 2 years now for my dog. I don't know if they are under new management, but the customer service is certified garbage now! 2 times my groomer has never showed up. The first time I let it go cause things happen. I had an appointment for today. Today I call to see what's going on, they say the groomers truck broke down?!

Ok was anyone gonna call and say anything? We proceed to reschedule for 2 with someone named Edgar, no one shows up again. I call and they say they don't see anything on schedule. This is very dissapointting and unprofessional. My advice is find another reliable groomer.

The waiting time was approximately 7 hours, apparently there is not enough staff, which is unacceptable because the client pays to receive a good quality service and in an acceptable time. However, the local employee was not very happy with my comments.

I was upset but far from calming down I feel confrontation and only. I never heard an apology, and only replying that there were many dogs but that the job was good. Customer expects from a service which pays and always leave good tips good job and service. In the curse of conversation the employee told me that I was bad educated something unacceptable, customer is a customer, today was the last time I visited the place after a long time as a client.

My dog has been a client of there's for the last 2-3 years. The customer service as of lately has been certified trash. On 2 occasions no groomer has showed up to my house. I tried to give them a try again today and no one showed up. I was told vehicle issues. Well someone could of called and said something so I would not have been waiting. They rescheduled and guess what no show!

I call and get put on hold and hung up on! Don't waste your time, unless you live in a certain area. VERY DISSAPOINTTED. Their service at one time was impeccable. NOW.straight caca!

Not sure what happened to this grooming company. They were really good and did an amazing job with my 4 dogs. I've tried to be patient and understanding due to Covid but I can't anymore. They show up 3 to 4 hrs late, waste of an entire day for me. "If" they show up at all. I've had to cancel appts too because I couldn't wait anymore. I'm a healthcare worker and work 7 days a week.

I only get a two hr break during the week with Sunday off to do everything I can. I really hope they get better because Lester and Omar are the only groomers that can get my Pomeranians cut just right. For now, I am desperately searching for a new groomer.

I saw looking for a trim for our new puppy. Jose was great with our schnauzer "blue" she came out supper adorbs. If we lived here he would be my #1 go to person to care for her. Truly he was so gentle with her. Thank you Jose. vanessa

My neighbor did the kind favor of booking an appointment with them to wash both of our dogs and they did a horrible job. My dogs ears were extremely black and so was my neighbors and she said she couldn't clean them because she ran out of the liquid she uses yet she stole $180 from my neighbor and refused to give the money back for having done nothing. DONT BOOK THEM!

I scheduled an appointment for my Dog Snow to be groomed, no one showed up. No phone call to me about it, nothing. I call to complain and see what's going on, they claim they don't know what's going on, and all they can do is reschedule. I waited home all.day and they couldn't even accommodate or give a reason for anything. I've been a customer for a few years now, but over the last couple of months they have been unreliable and inconsistent. Time to find a new groomer

By far this company as of late has had the absolute WORST customer service. When most companies have stepped up their customer service to fill in the gap for all the changes that covid-19 has caused this company has done the complete opposite, their service is absolute trash now! My appointment was on Monday 9am the groomer was a no show / no call.

When I called the company to inquire Andres assures me the groomer is coming just running behind, mind you at this point the groomer was 8hrs late! and ofcourse never showed up. The company has not contacted me to rectify this in any way, which is a disgusting way for leadership to run a business! I am completely reasonable and I understand that things happen logistically, what I don't understand is your NON response to it, that is what I'm in judgment of. You never put forth the effort for one of your long-time customers to offer a remedy!

I adopted a golden doodle and have been grooming her weekly\biweekly for the past 2 months. I specifically asked for a groomer who I liked. They told me ok. A completely diff one shows up. Not only that but they suddenly want to charge me 20$ more without telling me prior. I call them because I am at work and the guy tells me prices went up. I said ok I wasn't informed.

Mind you I was already so upset another groomer showed up. They kept calling me while I was working! I am a professional who sees patients all day. Although they sent the wrong groomers and didn't advise me about the price they were extremely aggressive. They didn't have any customer service at all. Will NOT recommend. Before this incident I also recommend them to my neighbor and he wasn't happy.

These people are murderers. George, the groomer, was given a healthy cat and returned the cat in such awful conditions that the cat died once he got off the grooming truck. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. READ THE REST OF THEIR REVIEWS! They are neglecting your animals. Pictures are too gruesome to post but you have all been warned. George is a murderer.

This groomer has cut my dogs several times. I've tried several of thier staff but it's a hit or miss situation. The latest was not returning her collar with her tags. I tried to get it back bit they claim it's not in the van yet I gave them my pet with a collar. I would not recommend using them. Now the expense is on is. Not honorable at all.

I paid almost 80 dollars and my pets nails were not cut at all! On top of that I had to take him to the vet because after a few hours I notice all these red spots on his belly area. Which my vet concluded was most likely due to the use of unsanitary conditions or tools that were not properly cleaned by the groomer. I attempted to post my concerns and the images of my complaints on Instagram and they have disabled the ability to tag them or mention their business on any comments. Truly DISGUSTING!

The first time I called them, I requested someone that was good and they sent a guy that definitely didn't know what he was doing. When I called to complain, they apologized and said they would send someone to fix what had been done. She was good and I gave them a second chance. This month, I made 2 appointments and they did not show up for the first one and sent someone that butchered my dog! They will not get my future business or any recommendation!

Horrible service! I was very happy with the groom until I realized my yorkie was bleeding and stressed. When I turned her over I saw a horrible wound on her stomach. Im upset first because the groomer didn't notify me so I could take care of it So she was stressed and in pain and secondly because its 5:30 And the promised vet has not arrived and everyone went home without following up.

These people are very unprofessional Follow up: vet finally showed up and prescribed medication. I received a follow up call from Miami groomers to see how my yorkie was doing and to tell me to call them if I needed anything further. They were very apologetic and truly wanted to make things right.

Total transformation on my pochiikins She's so clean. They got to my house so fast and on the same day I called. Definitely calling again, for her next groom. The groomer took all nots out and gave her a little cute bow. We really are supper impressed. Was so scared but they did such a good job.

Update: No one has even tried to reach out to me about the situation. Shows how much they value their customers, what a shame. I should've read the reviews before taking my two mini schnauzers there today. I love my dogs like they're my kids so when I choose a place to groom them I'm looking for the best. I thought I was satisfied with their service till I arrived home and saw blood on my mini schnauzer's bed.

When I went to go investigate their paws I came across one of their nails was cut half off. not even just a little but completely half off. She was bleeding so much she had clumps of dry blood all over her little nail. I understand that dogs can move around when being groomed but at least have the decency to inform the owner of the incident so they can properly take care of it. I'm very disappointed and will never go back again. Do not recommend!
