At Mis Amigos we look forward to coming to work each day to care for your pets. Meet our team that goes the extra mile to make sure your pet's stay is safe and enjoyable. Gail is the General Manager. Mis Amigos Pet Care Center has been open since 2005 and has been a steadily growing business. She has always shared her life with animals, and today lives with three Arabian horses, two dogs, and three cats. The Mis Amigos philosophy is simple to state: We treat your pets just as we would treat our own (who, of course, also board here). We have constructed an environment to make your pet as comfortable as possible while they stay with us. This includes creature comforts such as heated floors in the winter and cooling in the summer.

They are great. Always an attendant outside with the dogs. Over night is nice as well they have heat for them too. Also have dog grooming and I saw dog training! Very clean very friendly and large spaces! These are my boys and I trust this facility to take good care of them. Grateful to them.

I loved that fact I could call every day to check on my cat. I was nervous to leave my cat at a new place. So that made me less nervous.

My dog seems to be happy to have a new haircut. I can tell when she has had a bad experience. So will will be back!

We're from out of town and came here to get 2 of our 3 dog's nails trimmed. We'd do it ourselves but they're totally stressed to have it done. I took Gigi in first and should have followed my instincts when she wouldn't approach the guy who was there to take her back, and was acting scared. But I put it off to her knowing what was coming-wrong! I waited over 10 minutes, heard her squealing that's usual, but no return.

I asked the receptionist to see what was taking so long, she returned to say that he needed her help to hold Gigi. She returned a few minutes later and asked if she'd be more comfortable if I was there with her. Now I'm really getting concerned. Gigi was sooooooo stressed! So I held her while the grooming tech tried to trim the nails he'd not been able to do.

It was a fiasco. He trimmed a few as I tried holding her, getting clawed in the process. I finally called a halt to it 1, 2 or 3 nails from being done because she was panting frantically and so upset. Besides, my arm couldn't take any more scratching. I took her out and refused to bring our other dog in and put her through similar treatment. As I waited for my refund (I'd paid before realizing the terrible scenario) I inquired if this young man was the only groomer they had.

She said no, that the lady who also works there had just gone on vacation. Too bad for our little Gigi to have to be subjected to that because the expert was on vacation. Before you take your pet who's scared about being groomed or having their nails trimmed, make sure the expert isn't off that day! We won't be back, regardless even though we'll be in the area for several months.

My Shih Tzu, milo does not like to many people but he loves his groomer. I highly recommend this place. They are very friendly and really good at what they do. Thank you for keeping my charlie and milo always looking good :

I am always weary about leaving my cat at new places, as she gets a bit stressed easily and she's my little girl (cat lady). But I am so happy with Mis Amigos and how they treated my sweet kitty. I liked being able to call and check on her and she even got much needed brushing (which I've never felt her as soft as she is now!). Thank you for taking great care of my Lilo

I have boarded several animals at Mis Amigos over the years and they have always been wonderfully cared for. I am now taking my dog there for day care for a couple of hours at a time, which gives him great play time and me time to do things for me. I highly recommend them!

Brought Louie and Dottie (basset hounds) in for bath. Hilary does a fantastic job every time, they come home so beautiful! I heard Louie almost fell asleep during his bath so it must be very relaxing!

I'm so glad for having Mis Amigos near enough to bring Bodhi for a few hours. We will try to give him half-days two or three days a week. It is good for him to interact safely with other dogs and develop canine social skills--lucky dogs don't have to practice social distancing from one another. When I arrived to pick him up, he seemed to prefer staying at Mis Amigos than to go home! That is really telling!
