Nana's has been caring for our very sweet, but skittish cat for several years. They always do a wonderful job and go the extra mile to make sure that she is well fed, entertained and cared for. Can't say enough about the comfort we feel when leaving our beloved kitty in their hands!

Nana's, owned by Linda Edwards is our "go-to" for all things pets. We first met when I was seeking specialized pet sitting for my elderly, aging pet. Linda's team administered medicine, cared for special needs and provided regular updates so that we could get a way "worry free." She has since passed and now that we have a new rescue pup with special needs, Jenna with the Nana's team does everything; feeds, walk and visit with Winston to keep him happy and settled while we are away.

I'd give Nana's 10 stars if we could. Wonderful, professional, and kind folks. More than pet sitters, we consider the Nana's team to be family! Tim, Melissa, Griffin, Winston and Sully

We were so fortunate to have a local veterinarian refer us to Nana's Pet Sitting Service. We have used them each time we travel and have been extremely satisfied with their care for our beloved cats. They spend a half hour with them daily and let them out on the porch for awhile as well. They leave daily detailed notes on the time spent with our cats.

We feel very secure leaving our feline furry family members in their care. We trust them completely and will always use only Nana's Pet Sitting Service to watch our cats in our absence. They bring us great peace of mind while giving us the freedom to travel.

Linda and her team are extremely meticulous and reliable. They always show up on time and go above and beyond in the care of our animals. There is never a worry as to the quality of their care. They even brought in our groceries the other day and put perishables in the fridge. Absolutely amazing service, highly recommend!

We receive such great care from Nana's Pet Sitting crew for our dog, Gracie. It's comforting to know she's in good hands when we leave town and we love returning home to her smile and waggity tail! Thanks Nana!

Nana Linda has taken care of our pets for 13 years. She is wonderful, 100% reliable, and gives personal service. When we had emergencies with elderly parents (and we have had a few) and had to dash out of town, she just told us to go and she would take are of everything else. And she is tops with the most important things, I am comfortable with her caring for our beloved pets and they love her and her staff.

We have been so fortunate to have had Nana's Pet Sitting for about 7 years now. She and her team have taken the best care of our sweet kitty and were so good about communicating with us and making sure every detail was attended to. I would recommend to anyone looking for top-notch care for their sweet animals while they are away.

I've been a fan of Nana's Pet Sitting and Dog Walking for years now and I can say without a doubt that they are one of the best pet sitting companies in Charlotte! Nana's team of amazing pet sitters go above and beyond to take care of my animals whenever I got out of town. I never have to worry about the safety and well-being of my home and pets. The sitters leave the sweetest notes detailing what they did at each visit for my pets, they bring in mail, and make sure my home is safe and secure. Nana offers a lot of flexibility based on my pet's specific needs and they are willing to come by any time of the day to take care of them.

I always come home to happy and healthy pets! If you're looking for a team of great pet sitters, who are dedicated to keeping your pets safe and happy, I highly recommend going with Nana's Pet Sitting and Dog Walking!

I have been using Nana's Pet Sitting for many years. (10+) When my fur baby Dixie was diagnosed with diabetes Linda began taking care of her monitoring, food and shots on a two time per day basis. She even made arrangements for them to come to my office when Dixie came to work with me. I feel that the quality care Dixie received added a couple of years to her life.

Last year (2019) I have the sad news my young poodle Lulu has the same disease. I immediately called Linda and care began the next morning. Linda is a true animal lover, very detail oriented and has the best staff ever. There just is not enough praise for the present sitter Linda assigned for Lulu. Lulu loves Shelly just as Dixie loved the sitters she had. For a worry free pet sitting organization I wholeheartedly recommend Nana's Pet Sitting. Cindy Dula

Far too much personal (TMI) drama and excuses on Linda's (the owner) part. She tells far too much! Plus she messed up the amount of what my animals were to eat each day (she even admitted they were very hungry) and left them with empty water bowls.because she chose to fill the extra water bowl with excess food. To top it off, she tried to blame my husband for giving her the wrong instructions, when in fact I had given her instructions before she ever met my husband.

I wouldn't leave a dead hamster for her team to take care of! Oh, I forgot to mention the mailed package she opened. She could've placed in a closet if she felt an animal would eat it. This all happened on her watch. Her regular pet sitter was unable to make it

We have been a customer with Nana's Pet Sitting since 2008 and would not use anybody else. The service has been excellent and the sitters are awesome. Our primary sitter is Liddy and our 2 dogs love her. Before the first visit ever the owner Linda came to our house and met the dogs while we where there and quickly formed a bond with them. Especially the very hard to get to know dog.

Then when Liddy came aboard and became our primary sitter she met the dogs with us and again a quick bond was created between her and the dogs. I really like that they leave notes after each visit and always always leave the house spotless. Our dogs tend to be heavy shedders and Liddy will vacuum even though we have said she does not need to. I highly recommend Nana's Pet Sitting to anyone out there looking for a pet sitter.

I have been working for Nana's Pet Sitting for 3 years now and have enjoyed every minute. Linda is very conscientious and thorough about how we care for our customers pets from leaving a hand written note after each visit to requiring her employees to be up to date on pet first aid and CPR. Did I say I LOVE MY JOB! Thx Linda for giving me this opportunity!

The bad reviews for this owner are spot on. I filled out a new customer request on the web she called me right away and we had a great conversation about who would watch them, where I lived, how my dogs temperament is, etc. She then said she would call me back that evening or email me to set something up that weekend to get things on the books as she was currently driving. Sounded great.

Then I never heard from her that evening and never got an email over the weekend. So I email her the following week asking her when she had a moment if we could set up a time to get the reservations in place. She emails me back saying she will call me after 9am when she is in office. I receive a call back at 7:30pm that night and I was so appalled I could not believe I was speaking with the same Linda as the week before.

She starts the conversation off with an attitude saying First of all, I haven't even had breakfast today its been that kinda day at 7:30pm at night (not how you impress new customers that you can handle time management and stress) then she says since your event is in May and it is only January you know. I have more pressing concerns to attend to right now so I will take your address and have to see where you live first and if we can do it.

Then she continues to try to speak over me and interrupt everything I was saying. Mind you, I gave the lady this information both on the form I filled out and in phone conversation the week before and it was no problem. To make a new customer feel like they are an inconvenience because they want to make a reservation with plenty of time to spare and to tell them your dog sitting request isn't a great concern when this is your business is horrible customer service.

I figured this place is very busy and that is why I wanted to give them notice before things were booked up and it ended up being last minute. If you have too much on your plate maybe you should hire an office assistant. To tell someone their babies are the least on her concern is a definite NO.

Called for a last minute service for my four month old puppy. I knew it was a long shot to have anyone come out but I had work emergency. If I had just been told "sorry, it's too short of notice, " that would be totally understandable. But the owner, Linda, was so rude and unprofessional about it. I was appalled. Completely unprofessional and frankly extremely unnerving for a new dog owner. Won't even attempt to use their service again.

We have been very happy clients of Nana's Pet Sitting for over 4 years. Linda's team of sitters have always been carrying, thorough and very professional in our home in regards to the care of our two older cats. Having returned home today from a trip we notice that the sitter had observed that it was garbage pick up in our neighborhood. She placed the garbage with recycle out, that we had not requested but, was very much appreciated. The teams attention too all details is exceptional in every way. Thank you, Nana's Team of pet care givers.

I called Nana's Pet sitting and talked with the owner Linda. I told her I would like to use her service to walk my two Boxers twice a day when I go out of town. She wanted me to sign up to use her service three times a day and I told her that I didn't need her service that many times per day plus it would be more expensive than boarding.

She than told me she would think about it and I haven't heard back from her since. I would have thought she would have jumped at a chance to have a customer like me but I guess I was wrong.

I have no idea of the quality of Nana's Pet Sitting, because after desperately trying to engage her services to help manage dog care for my seriously ill father-in-law, the owner, Linda, told me she would get back to me. I didn't have time to track her down again and instead found an amazing, responsive pet sitter (Creature Comforts) who answered the phone right away and understood the dire nature of the situation.

The owner of that service was willing to do anything to help. More than a week later, Linda finally wrote back and told me very nonchalantly that she wouldn't be able to help and asked if she had told me this already. I informed her that she, in fact, hadn't and that I had engaged another, more responsive pet sitter and that my father-in-law had passed away while I was waiting for a response from her.

Her answer was completely inappropriate to the situation. A service business survives on the quality of that service. This was one of the worst examples of customer service I've seen.

I recently attended a pet first aid seminar presented by Linda Edwards of Nana's Pet Sitting/Pet First Aid and it was a complete waste of time. It was $40 for a two hour class that taught me nothing of value. For instance, one of the topics was what to do if your dog is bitten by a snake. Linda's Answer: Take them to the Emergency Vet. It doesn't take a genius to figure that one out.

I also found Linda to be downright rude as well as a poor public speaker. She had no time management and completely lost control of the group on several occasions. At one point another guest asked a question and I gave my input and mentioned that I was a groomer. The guest thanked me for my input and Linda told me that she "lost all respect for me" because I was a groomer and then laughed it off.

I realize that groomers do not always have the best reputations however; if I am paying you to attend a class the least you can do is not insult me in front of a room full of people. I will never use her petsitting business or take another one of her classes again.

Called Nana's Pet Sitting in mid July to book a pet sitter for Labor Day weekend; no answer, so I left a voice mail. 5 days later, no callback. I called again, this time owner Linda answered. She sounded flustered and tired, and said that she had just hired three new sitters, but was still understaffed, and that she had been working 12-15 hours a day to keep business afloat.

She said she would get back to me to set up a consult within one or two days, but if I had not heard from her within 3 more days, to call her again. If you cannot even find time to call back a potential customer, and make said customer chase you down for the business, I will go elsewhere. We ended up going with another company, called Pampered Paws.who were cheaper, nicer, more professional, and sounded happy to talk to us. I would not recommend this company.

We've used Nana's service a few times. The actual dog sitters seem to do a great job, the owner (Linda) however, is very unprofessional. For that reason, we will NOT be using Nana's service again!
