Came here looking for canned dog food for my senior chi who has chicken allergies, after failing with prescription dog food, I came here and the sales person Bri was both helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect food. My little chi loves her food. Thank you so much

We attended puppy training with Sanford. He is amazing! Sanford is knowledgeable and truly passionate about this work. Cadence (our Goldendoodle) is well behaved and has a solid foundation to learn new things. We learned just as much as Cadence did during training on how to have a healthy positive relationship with our pup.

Stopped by and the sales person offered samples after I told her about my picky dog. This was awesome! Such a great little pet store, they also have a groomer on site. Large selection of premium kibble, canned food and refrigerated. Toys, leashes, treats. Decent selection. I've visited their other location in the Tanglewood area, they are great.

Everyone at this store is very friendly and helpful. I take my fur baby to get groomed with Sally and she is the ABSOLUTE BEST! My dog is a little guy but he would be away for hours at other places. Sally is quick and efficient and I'm notified as soon as my boy is ready to be picked up. She's also very good about remembering what cut we like for him, so we don't have to explain it every time. Please go see Sally for your fur baby! You won't regret it!

Clean store, courteous staff, good selection. We started going to this location because our groomer, Sally, transferred here from the Heights location. Sally does an amazing job with our medium F1B Goldendoodle. She's talented, experienced, and our dog loves her!

Brad was great. Helped answer questions when my dog was having issues with his diet. Would definitely refer this store. They have everything you need.

I highly recommend to ask for Brad he recommended me an oil for my dog and it really helped her and he knows his stuff

Ever since we moved to Austin, I have been coming into this store even though it's a little out of the way. I love coming here specifically because they always remember my dogs. Christina and Emily are always willing to give me the best information if I have a question. Every staff member is helpful and friendly.

While the product line and selection of products are varied, the main reason for my continuing to visit Natural Pawz is the staff. Back in mid-March, I was a little stressed about the whole Covid-19 issue and about my cat's needs being met. Chris was able to help talk me off the ledge. She reassured me that Natural Pawz was doing everything to ensure that the supply chain was working to keep their shelves stocked.

This helped ease an already stressful situation. I also love that I am never rushed, even though I ask a MILLION questions. I am one of those annoying, overprotective cat parents, and the staff totally gets me. Mostly, I'm amazed as to how well they know their products. Chris and Justin made recommendations that have helped my cat, who is allergic to everything, enjoy foods that are filling and don't cause him to have breakouts.

The single ingredient cat food they recommended beat the expensive, less-than-filling, prescription stuff the vet recommended. Thanks, Chris and Justine! You gave my Sheldon back a quality of life that he was missing! I recommend Natural Pawz in Cedar Park to all my friends.

We absolutely love Natural Pawz Montrose! The staff is super friendly, welcoming and always willing to assist. Sally has groomed our kiddos, Madison and Mason, 2 times now. Both times she has done an incredible job on them both. Not to mention, she is super quick. We will definitely continue to support this store and their amazing employees! Seven Flores is the head trainer at Natural Paws. She is extremely competent & has made training our 15 week old English Sheepdog seamless. Our puppy has learned sit, down, wait & is potty trained more or less. The whole family is always welcome to join in on her lessons. Another dog in our class has severe anxiety & started the class with rabid-like behavior & is now able to calmly sit through most of class.

She will help you learn how to understand your dog better no matter their personality. I highly recommend Seven! She is extremely knowledgeable! You will not be disappointed.

I love natural paws and their friendly staff who provides great customer service. I have been taking my Goldendoodle (Louie) to Sally for a few years now. She always makes him look cute and is very good with his long and shaggy coat (she is the only person I trust with him). She is the best groomer and always remembers the look/cut I like. Louie also gets very excited to see her as well! I highly recommend Sally!

Sally at Natural Pawz is the best doodle groomer in Houston! Tried and failed with several other groomers before luckily finding her. She is awesome with my two non-shedders and is especially fantastic with my doodle with super tight curls! I like to keep him short to avoid mats, and she still makes him look cute and fluffy when short! HIGHLY recommend Miss Sally!

I love having this store so close by! The staff at this location is so knowledgeable and friendly! They seem like they truly care about my pets and readily answer all of my questions. I never feel pressured or pushed into buying products I don't need--like I have felt at other pet stores in the past. I recommend this store to all my friends and family that need quality pet products or just have questions about their pets and need some advice!

The people who work here are absolutely amazing! I brought a dog in today that I rescued who was running down the streets and they gave me all kinds of tips and helped me with food choices until I find her parents. We also temporarily named her Beef! Justin, Christina and Emily helped me, if you ever need something for your pet, this is the place to go! You guys rock!

After a bad experience at a different local independent store, I came here. I went in and explained that I needed something for my dog with a sensitive stomach, and I wasn't going to feed raw. Instead of being judged and told that my vet was killing my dog, the manager spent over thirty minutes walking me through three different options that would work and why they would be beneficial.

Even explained which one would keep me from buying an ADDITIONAL probiotic that I was prepared to buy (I went in and said, I didn't care about the cost) and pointed me towards a sale for bone broth. I couldn't be more impressed wth this store and their customer service. I will be a loyal customer now for years. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby, and when I got home my dog who wouldn't eat for days GOBBLED down the food I bought. :) we had success.

This is a nice little place to buy items. I enjoyed window shopping today and I bought a gift card for a silent auction where the proceeds went to a great rescue in the area "Safe in Austin". I will be back. Nice folks here.

Since it's located right next to Sprouts we decided to check it out. Extremely nice staff and some great cat food samples. We'll be returning there soon!

Went in today to see if they had the dog food I feed my dog. They do not. I expressed my lack of enthusiasm for my current dog's food and that I hate buying puppy food for one and adult food for the other. Long story short, I came home with about 10 sample bags for my dogs and even the cat. I am so thrilled that they genuinely care about my pets' nutritional needs. I'll definitely be back when I figure out which samples work for my girls.

I just moved into the neighborhood and wanted to find a local place to get my cat food. They did not have my brand, but they were very helpful and pointed me to a number of options that had the characteristics I was looking for. They offered to give me samples of a few, but I dove in and got a game-bird blend which my cat ate up so fast! No vomiting either, so I'm happy to go back whenever we're in need of food.

I came in Monday and had lots of questions in regards to both of my dogs. Christina was VERY patient, kind, and helpful. She answered all of my questions and then some about food, allergies, and treats for my two dogs. She was even nice enough to give me some samples of various types of food since I told her that I have purchased bags that my dog refused to eat. Thank you Christina for all of your help. We will absolutely be stopping back in for more doggy items!

I really love this place. The staff really made me feel very welcome and my cat very safe. You can tell the difference btwn this store and the rest because the women that work here really know their stuff on the products and made excellent recommendations. The store was very neat and one of the ladies even gave us some free samples of healthy all natural cat treats. Needless to say, I will return.
