Always pay the driver when he delivers. Nelson Wholesale has our account on hold because their bookkeeping has not processed our payment. WOW! I feel no one at Nelson knows what is going on. always different people

Got unloaded in about an hour. No overnight parking unloading is in the back on brady st.

Worst place in the world to work, they steal from their employees after they put in a 2 week notice when all I ever did was do a good job for them. I never called in or missed a day of work and they they kept my last paycheck because I had to get towed one time. No wonder employees never put in a 2 week notice anymore. They don't offer raises, benefits, or any incentive to work for them hence the reason I put in my notice.

The most ridiculous and absurd business practices. Justin --the person who sets up new accounts -- and the "buyer" seem to be a disorganized, unmotivated group of liars. There is no set policy regarding anything; they make things up as they go. I'll take my money elsewhere and grow my business without them. Major time-waster.

Waited 7 hours in the yard behind five other trucks, to get unloaded. They only use one (1) dock door. No signs that say "receiving" or "drivers check in". So I called their office to check in and let them know I arrived. All the girl says is it's first come first serve. So I waited for them to unload dog food all day off those other trucks. Then Tex the warehouse mgr with his goofy mustache comes out and tries to tell me I could used the LTL door because I had merchandise not dog food. Because he's lying, trying to get out of paying detention. They are slow, disorganized, unmotivated.

Tried to sign in to view pricing. Apparently you have to wait for some kind of approval per their email. Have waited 5 business days with NO FURTHER RESPONSE. I guess they don't want my business and I don't want theirs.
