I originally brought my dog Mango here for an emergency. After racking up approximately a $ 700.00 bill and contacting the Arizona Humane Society where Mango adopted me, she was treated and released back to me. Because of being homeless and just starting a new job they worked with me on a payment plan. After being fired from my job over Mango and some other non controllable issues I had to call the police to get my dog back from my supervisor.

I then brought Mango back to be treated because of neglect by my supervisor not following the vets orders. They couldn't treat her unless they received $122.00 to knock the dog out, which didn't need to be done. I returned today to ask them if they could give me the stuff to properly treat Mango and after changing my shorts that another customer made me aware of a problem, I was asked to leave.

Now I don't know what the problem is or was but I personally don't believe that anyone should be treated like this. I have been working my tail off to get the money to pay on the bill. Being thrown out like a piece of garbage with no reasonable explanation was wrong and uncalled for.

The best veterinarian clinic in the valley. The veterinarian's here really do care about animals. I would never go anywhere else and I've been to many veterinarian clinics down here. This place is the best. Dr. Elliot and her staff, Andi, Morgan, and everybody else are really wonderful and all the staff at the front desk are so very helpful too, Margie, Paige, and Anahi. I'm so happy to have found this clinic many years ago. I love this place. Thank you for being so great with my animals.

Such compassionate and caring staff! Have not ever had to complain about them not once. I've been to several and by far this one is one of my favorites! I know my babies are safe and definitely cared for at this location! Would highly recommend for any and all furbabies.

We had to have our 15 year old terrier put to sleep. I was so amazed at how compassionate the staff was. Brooke took her time to explain everything and was very gentle and understanding with our baby. The actual vet ( I'm sorry forgot her name) was even more amazing. Being so gentle with our baby yet explaining the process. They let us spend as much time with her as we wanted. There was no rush. Absolute best staff. Couldn't have asked for her to cross that rainbow any other way. Thank you all for everything!

Our dog of 14 years passed away. They are the closest place to my home. I called and they had me bring him right down. I had not been to this vet before. They brought out a gurney and took him into the back. They allowed me to make a partial payment and pay the remainder later. They were so kind. We received a call in a few days to come get his ashes.

They are in a wooden box. I just received a card in the mail. They have made me feel blessed how they took care of my dog. He was treated like the treasured family member he was.

Used to be great - however with the growth in Buckeye I feel their services have declined tremendously. They prefer to except new clients but not able to keep up with their existing clients. We have been going there for 5 years and as established clients we can't get in for 3-4 weeks for pups ulcerated eye and now for my other dog limping heavily. I also asked for the lab results and only got the email stating labs are normal not listing all the lab values. We are just So DISAPPOINTED

The office staff was super friendly! Dr W was very sensitive and explained everything so well. Her assistant Sally was very kind and explained cost in detail and was so sweet when I started to cry. We feel that out baby was very well taken care of.

This vet was amazing when we sadly had to put our cat to sleep. She was 15 and started having seizures. We called this animal hospital and asked if they had an opening as soon as possible. They were able to squeeze us in because of the situation and told us there might be a slight wait. They took us to a room right away and they went above and beyond showing their compassion during a difficult time.

They wrote sweet pipee on the board in the room they took us to, which we thought was so nice. The woman that gave the medicine to our cat let my 18 yr old hold her while she put her to sleep. We didn't want to lay her down and the vet understood and offered for us to keep holding her. That really meant a lot to us. I asked her if she could cut a little of her hair off for us and she said of course and she would be right back.

She also brought us her foot prints with ink and foot prints in clay and even her hair in a little glass jar. We were so touched. She said she they give the ink print in case people want to get a tattoo. I couldn't believe the extra care they give. As I walked out the door I noticed a candle and a note at the front desk, and I again couldn't believe their compassion when I read it.

It was our first time at this vet and we will definitely be back for care for our other animals. I unfortunately have had a couple animals I've had to say goodbye to the same way and I've never experienced anything like this at a vet.

Our dog got hurt while we were in from out of town and Dr. Elliott made time to see our dog same day and took such great care of her! Very efficient, professional, and caring. The vet tech Mel took such exceptional care of our pup and the front desk staff was great also. Great people and great care!

For routine stuff, they're fine. They give you a number of options and pricing to help you make a decision about your pets care. They are terrible with surgeries though. I allowed them to spay/neuter my two dogs. The first pup had some extra issues so when he recovered poorly and battled infection, we assumed it was because of the challenging surgery.

Our second dog's spay should have been routine but its been weeks and she's still recovering. She developed an infection right after surgery which split her incision back open. We brought her back in and they poorly stapled her. They placed staples into her incision (instead of on either side) and she ended up with random holes above her incision for reasons no one knows.

After one round on antibiotics, she needed another round and a seroma had to be poked and drained. She's not a super active dog so this definitely wasn't caused by her being too active. They're basically abusing my dog at this point and I regret trusting them.
