I can't yet rate them higher as we have only had the opportunity to visit one time for our puppy's initial checkup. However, we'll be going back soon to attend to some baby teeth that just didn't want to come out on their own. I was immediately aware that the front desk and provider had delt with anxious puppies before and were very accommodating of the stress that our puppy was exhibiting.

Subsequent visit was even better than our initial appointment. If they keep up the great work, they'll easily make five stars on our next visit. Very patient staff with my anxious puppy made the entire experience much less stressful.

The woman at the front desk was very snarky and the passive aggressive tone was uncalled for. my dad has hearing loss and i was greatful he could not hear her tone. this place was recommended by someone but i will insist on not bringing any pets back here. after paying as much as we did for the proceedure to then give us an attitude about a cone. she could of just told us we could purchase one. never had an animal sent home with no cone and then told make sure he doesn't pull his stitches. seriously this woman attitude was so off putting. i waited two weeks to write this and i am still upset about it when i think about it. people s pets are family and it can be traumatic taking them in. if you don't like your job don't do it! don't work in a medical if you don't care about people or pets!

Efficient and on time. Appointments are often far out. yet when you get to the office, everything is in order and moves quickly. They use PetDesk for simplicity and accept CareCredit for pets.

My 14 year old cat suddenly came down with a very bad upper respiratory infection. My regular vet knew I was bringing him in yet decided they weren't seeing anymore animals that day (three hours to closing) and told me to bring him in the next morning. I explained I wasn't sure he could make it until the next morning because he was struggling to breathe to no avail.

I rushed to Pacific and ran inside telling them what was happening and they told me to bring him in. They immediately took him to the back and his temp was 105! They gave him something to bring the fever down and within minutes I heard him stop crying. They constantly came out and updated me while another staff member was on the phone obtaining his records.

They put him on an antibiotic and now my cat is right back to being the same loving, meowing and happy cat he always was. I cannot thank Dr. Sid and his staff for what they did for us and now we are switching our dog and other two cats to Pacific.

Took my 4 month old rabbit to see if I had a boy or girl bunny! It's a boy and Dr. Sid was so great with him! Taking him back to get him neutered. Highly recommend going to see Dr. Sid.

I've been a customer of Dr Sid's since early 2007. He is the most awesome vet! I dread the day he retires! If you live in the Forest Grove, Cornelius, Gaston, or Banks areas, hes the vet to see.

I've been bringing my fur babies to Dr. Sid and his staff since 1998. Dr. Sid is the kindest and gentlest doctor who always goes above and beyond. I could never Thank him enough for all the years of professional and heartfelt care.

Dr. Sid is the absolute best. He is so kind and caring to my pups and his staff is also wonderful. They are always friendly and accommodating and that is very much appreciated.

They were not only the only vet to talk to a new patient/resident of Oregon- they made me and my dog Storm feel welcome. We moved to Forest Grove from Arizona a month ago and we had a fantastic vet in Arizona so I was not optimistic we would luck out twice- we did! COVID-19 standards followed, friendly staff and very kind receptionistour fur babies will be well taken care of here- thank you so much for making us feel so welcome!
