I want to thank Jose C for the excellent service offered. He was kind, helpful, and, most notably, a good driver; my family and I felt very safe during the ride to the airport. I recommend Park Bank & Fly; they have excellent customer service.

Rene V is a wonderful shuttle driver. He is always pleasant and helpful and that is appreciated in airport transportation

I park here regularly and love it! All of the drivers are extremely kind and helpful, the service is always good and prompt and my favorite part is if for some reason (traffic, etc) it will take a while for the shuttle to come they will call and give you a heads up to keep you informed. We have been using park bark and fly for two years now and have not been disappointed! Staff and drivers are usually helpful and friendly. We never have to wait long for a driver to pick us up from the airport. Tonight, after a long day of traveling, I experienced a flat tire ( not parking lot I fault). Keith, one of their drivers saw us waiting for an Uber, and offered us a ride home.

We were so grateful that he would go out of his way to do this for us! He went above beyond! Please Park Bark and FLY, give this gentleman recognition! Thank you once again Keith! You truly made our night!

I've had a great experience each time I use Park Bark and Fly services. I always feel safe! Rene Vargas was recently my shuttle driver. He was kind, helpful with luggage, and drove safely. Thank you, Rene!

Rene is always so helpful and friendly to me. Going on a trip and coming back from one, he always greets me with a big smile and a "have a good trip!" or "welcome back!" And Jodine is so awesome! She always calls me with an update about the shuttle so I'm not worrying. Overall great place to park when going on trips.

Always use Park Bark and Fly. We hadn't traveled for some time and we're apprehensive about checking out without a "ticket". Tracey at the checkout kiosk was awesome! Friendly, funny, and most of all very efficient! She gets your company 5 stars! Also, the shuttle service was so quick - perfect!

Rene and Tracey were just wonderful and put a smile on our faces! Friendliest staff and very easy to get in and out of the facility. Reasonable pricing and we felt very secure leaving our vehicle there for 7 days. We will be using Park Bark and Fly again, and we recommend you do too!

I have been a customer since August 2020. The employees at the booth especially Jodine has always been extremely helpful and always with a smile. You can hear it on the phone. The drivers Rene, Joe, Vern, Keith, Rick, Rodger, Jose, Cornell and a few others whom I can't remember their names(sorry) have all been exceptional. There's been a few times where I had to wait 35-40 minutes for pick up in the lot and kept calling the booth to let them know I've been waiting for a long time.

After the second call they stopped picking up the phone. Once I was waiting for about a half an hour and the cashier kept paging the driver, he wouldn't answer but I could see the shuttle parked way in the back off to the side. He finally came by like nothing happened with his coffee and phone. I won't mention his name. All in all for the length of time I've been parking there multiple times per week and month. A few mishaps are expected but should be addressed. Thank you for all you do.

Excellent service from booking, checkin to checkout. No issues and no confusion. Tracey was awesome and very helpful and so were the other staff with booking, drop-off and pickup to and from the airport. After we returned from our trip late at night, we realized that car was out of gas. We called all frantic and Tracey answered and was doing her best to help us.

She finally managed to chase one of the drivers (Steve I believe) to give me a ride to nearby gas station. Even though Steve was done with his shift, can came prepared with a jump cable etc just in case and patiently helped me find a gas can and get gas. This was godsend and great example of caring and customer service. I give 200% to the people there.

You can find the fanciest of parking but if the are not good and honest and defeats everything and this place have the best service in my book. Thank you and god bless you Tracey and Steve (hope I got his name right)!

We've been waiting over 15 minutes for pick up from the airport on arrival. All other park and ride services have come and gone. Can't get ahold of a human using number they provided.

The worse! It's only 10 mins away yet we waited over 30 mins till the next shuttle arrived only for it to fill up before we even got close to boarding. They need to have more shuttles available. While we waited the other companies had multiple shuttles come and go. This is very disappointing. Never again will I use this company. We ended up grabbing an Uber to get to the parking lot.

I fly almost weekly. Constantly see competitors multiple times at pick up before a shuttle arrives. Recently, I had to call 3 times for pick up and waitEd 45 min. for shuttle.

I have been parking here a short time but so far I'm really impressed. They are really nice to me every time I'm picked up. Today was the best day because the Driver Joe turned around when he realized I forgot my phone even though I told him to come back for me! I will always remember him for that!

Thank you for a great experience from start to finish. My main concern was how responsive and available shuttles would be at awkward times during midnight and 5am. Just as advertised, the shuttles operate 24/7. I was also concerned on how tight parking would be but there is enough space between each car and plenty of room to park. The shuttle also picks you up and drops you off at your vehicle.

The two women at the entrance were very kind and helpful when I arrived. The shuttle was already waiting when I got there. Both drivers Jose and Rene were professional and kind. When my flight arrived I had no issues calling the line and being picked up timely. I greatly appreciate the smooth experience, hope, and look forward to consistent exceptional service in the future! And lastly, reasonably priced. I recommend! P.S keep your receipt and the card they give you until the very end

Terrible. When we arrived at the airport after our trip, we called the number we were given (which ended up being a fully automated system) to let them know we needed a ride back. We watched 6 competitor shuttles come and go before ours arrived 35 minutes later. Bad enough. Then we had to drive to the other terminal to pick up more people, wasting another 20 minutes.

Not to mention, they have no social distancing standards. We finally get into our vehicle and try to leave, handing the receipt we were told to show upon departure to the gate agent, only for her to ask if we had a reservation! We pre-paid two weeks prior! She told us she needed our reservation number. I asked why the receipt didn't show that, but she didn't have an answer.

So my husband went back through his emails and showed her his confirmation, and she tried to take his phone to look at it! Then she asks "well how much disk you pay?" What? You have the confirmation number! Open the gate! --Just stay away from this place. Their untrained staff will try to hold you hostage AND it's twice the price of the lot next door to them. Never again. Seriously. Never.

I lost my keys at the airport and thought I may have left them in the shuttle bus or at the security check in. Noemi at Park Bark n Fly helped me my having your staff do a thorough check of the area around my vehicle, inside my vehicle by looking through the window, and by having the shuttle driver check their vehicles. I ultimately found the keys at the airport but Noemi put my mind at rest by helping me narrow down the places I lost them. Thanks Noemi!

I love Rene! He always goes out of his way to make my experience a great one! He is so friendly and will even stay late to make sure that I am picked up from the airport!

I have been a flight attendant in Orlando for many years. As you can imagine I have parked everywhere offsite MCO that there is to park. Anywhere you park can get you from point A to point B in a timely fashion. What sets this place apart is Jojo. Jojo is a cashier that works nights at Park Bark and Fly. When I first started parking, she was the first to recognize me and make me feel at home.

As time went on, my old car started to break down while I was in the lot and (especially at night) I always felt safe. Jojo always made conversation and offered advice. Jojo who was a complete stranger when I started parking there is like my second mother. In fact, I have directed most of my airline friends including my father who is a pilot to park at PBF just so they could have the pleasure of meeting Jojo.

I have never seen this woman without a smile on her face. I am just one person, but I wish I could write her a million compliments. Hopefully someone will see this and give her a raise, and thank her for always making my long sometimes not so good days and turning them around!

Want to give a big shoot out to one of Park Bark & Fly shuttle bus driver Francisco. He was extremely kind, courteous and provided outstanding customer service. He really made the last leg of my long trip the most pleasant. Thank you!

This place is huge and not even necessary to make a reservation. We booked Lyft to catch the early morning flight on busy holiday season and it didn't show up on time. Waited about 15 min and still didn't show up, so we decided to drive by ourselves and use Park Bark & Fly. We could park without any problem and shuttle was right there waiting for us, it took only 5-6 min to the airport.

We are very pleased for their service! When we came back, to find a shuttle was easy and almost no waiting time and they brought us right back to our car. We definitely use them again whenever we fly!

I've parked at Park Bark at least 2 dozen times in the last decade and each time it seems to get more expensive, more time consuming, and the parking spaces less desirable. My most recent experience took place holiday season so some leeway there. When I arrived I was shown to a grass lot outside of the normal parking to park. A handful of young people didn't know where to place people, kept standing in front of where we were asked to park.

I told them if you want us to park you have to move out of the way. They finally loaded my bag into a shuttle and handed me my location ticket. Note: You can leave the ticket you receive at the gate in your car, you have to have your location ticket on your person for them to find your car when you return. Except. I received a location ticket but it didn't have any information on it except the day I arrived.

No row or mark of any sort to indicate where I was parked. I knew I was in the cow pasture but not much more. So we circled that, dropped off some folks, went back out into the paved area to drop off everyone but me. Looped back in to the pasture, me frantically hitting my key fob waiting for my car lights to light the way. The guy kept asking me where I parked and I'm like, I rely on you guys to remind me where I park!

We finally sherlocked out that I was one of the first ones to park in that area so I must be in one certain place. Finally we found my car and got me loaded up. This guy was nice in helping me but he seemed frustrated too by the lack of info on my location ticket. It must have rained because the ground was muddy and smelled like manure, hence me referring to it as a cow pasture, that isn't a euphemism.

My grand total seemed like a lot at checkout so I asked for a receipt. As you can see there's a parking fee (8.99 x 7 = 62.93), airport access fee (1.00), florida sales tax (4.16), and an airport privilege fee (6.39) for a grand total of $74.48. Next time I'll Uber for cheaper and save myself time and money.

We looked online and found uncovered parking here for 7.99 a day with a reservation. You pay upon returning to your vehicle. Upon arriving, we parked towards the back of the lot under a tree and immediately we were picked up by a bus. The man was helpful loading our stuff onto the bus. Upon picking up our vehicle, we called a few minutes after landing and the bus pulled up as soon as we got to the spot.

The lady driver did not help with loading or unloading of our items. We left the lot and before paying we mentioned that we had a reservation and reserved the 7.99 spot. (I didn't realize until we left that Yelp had the same deal). The lady that was helping us was the same lady that drove the bus. She acted as if she had never heard of that deal before then said something about needing our reservation number.

For 10 days at 7.99 a day the total came to 94 dollars and change. We asked why it was so expensive and the lady said there were 14$ in taxes. Upon reviewing the receipt, there were 3 miscellaneous fees not just taxes. It would have been better if the fees were up front and included in the price. The rate is very competitive but if we would have known about all the fees a different parking place may have had better pricing.

We park here each and every time we fly MCO and it's always been a very positive experience. The prices are competitive, the staff is friendly and courteous and our cars have always been in the same condition we left them in. The shuttles are extraordinarily timely and we have never had to wait a significant amount of time either coming or going.

Like the name suggest! What did I get Parking.? I have parked her a number of times both uncovered and covered. I like the covered area, it is close to the front. The covered area just has a shelter over the car, it is no garage. But the uncovered area is very big and they have cameras all over and will be able to send someone to pick you up right at your car.

They pick you up and they write your spot for you, make sure you take a picture or keep a record of it! The lot is fairly near the airport. Takes about 15-20 mins to get there once you are on the bus. There are busses often, I never had to wait more than 5 mins to get on a bus. Environment Most of the time I went at night, it was quite safe. I can't imagine how big the parking lot is, I have never experienced a shortage of parking space and you should be worried about being far because they do pick you up. Niceness of Staff The gate staff is relatively nice.

The drivers are nice, they write down the spot you parked at and also take your luggage if needed. Dollar It wad 10.99 for covered and 8.99 for uncovered parking. They also give student discount! There is also employee and military discounts. My student discount was 10% Yes? Definitely my preferred place of parking if not at the airport. Once I go one place that is it! I don't really try other places cause this one has worked for me so far. No issues.

I found this on a last minute before we headed out to the airport because our usual airport parking has been booked for days (crazy). No reservation necessary according to the woman on the phone, but we still reserved on line (just to make sure). The parking was way beyond but still almost full of vehicles. They have shuttle service like their competitors.

However when you arrive at the airport you'll have to call them. You won't speak to anybody but it's like to let them know that there are people waiting. Overall experience was good! Plus when you check-in at Yelp. You'll get the 5.99 rate per day instead of 8.99(uncovered parking). My husband and I agreed we'll park here next time we fly.

Awesome customer service, fast pick-up, and very economical. I don't trust many offsite parking locations because they seem dark and off of a beaten path. Park Bark & Fly is 3 minutes north of the airport on Semoran. Their shuttles make frequent runs to the airport and there's always a bus going through their own parking lot picking up travelers heading to the airport.

Sign up for their frequent travel club and get the advertised discounted rates (and gather points for free parking and other promotions). For my 5-7 day trips, I usually do the uncovered parking for $5.99. For longer trips I'll do covered parking for a couple dollars more a day. Overall, I've not had any complaints and will park there again.

Our preferred location closed down so we decided to give this place a try. When we parked and were taken to the airport, our driver told every person who boarded the bus how tired she was, and how she'd been working since 3am (it was 2pm when we boarded). Not exactly what you want to hear someone driving you around say. When we returned from our flight, there was a bus at the airport however the driver was nowhere to be found.

We put our own bags on the bus. No help there--no big deal but a bit surprising since you're paying for these services and conveniences. The driver waited at the airport even though the bus was full. After finally realizing that yes, the bus was in fact packed to capacity, we took off. Upon returning to our car we found it was COATED in dirt.

Probably because they park you in an abandoned field. After paying $70 for a week, we don't exactly expect to need a car wash after that.they do have a "car wash station" that looked like a glorified sprinkler for your car, and they of course charged a fee for that. Park Bark and Fly? More like Park Bark and BYE. We will not be back and I will not recommend this location to others.
