I reached out to PCPS in a panic. I was leaving the state for my wedding and my plans for my original pet sitter fell through a few days before I had to take off. I knew they were a highly rated company so I reached out with an SOS. From the moment I spoke with the manager I felt at ease knowing this team would be watching my dog and cat. Max did a phenomenal job taking care of my fur-kiddos and sent me updates every time he visited my house. Just hired PCPSI to watch my cat, Bear, for the first time while I was out of town for 4 days, and I am very pleased. Paul did a great job taking care of my fur baby; he was on time for every visit, took care in getting my cat's food, water and litter box all situated, and hung around to play/keep him company. My cat was also nervous at first, but Paul took time to make my cat comfortable around him/gave him space when he needed it. Furthermore, PCPSI was very accommodating with the recent ice storm that happened in Dallas.

I was having issues with my flight, to the point of my trip potentially getting canceled, and PCPSI was super communicative and were willing to cancel my service free of charge, if needed, given the unforeseen circumstances. Will definitely be hiring them again!

Our sitter is Kasey, and she is absolutely amazing. She came over before we left the first time to get to know us and our little fur baby. It was absolutely clear, from the first time we met her, how much she loves animals. Kasey sends pictures and videos of Syd (our cat) every time she comes over and consistently communicates with us. She also keeps Syd's food and litter area very clean.

My favorite part is that she always talks to Syd, plays with him, and even sings to him while she is working. :) We brag about Kasey everywhere we go, because she is the only reason we can now travel again without worry or guilt. Park Cities Pet Sitters are truly a blessing, and we feel so lucky to be able to depend on Kasey to be Syd's surrogate parent when we are gone.

I love this company. Getting service is extremely convenient and so quick through the online portal. Canceling can also be done online and works just as well. I love being able to communicate through email. They are quick to respond and follow up very timely in my opinion. Shout to Brad who walks both of my fussy dogs. He is amazing, friendly, and trustworthy. They have awesome safeguard in case of emergencies or if the default person can't go walk my dogs. They think of everything and keep great records.

What a amazing service from incredibly professional and loving people. This group loves our fur babies as much as we do! Park Cities Pet Sitter is incredible! The ease at which you can schedule your pet sitting needs is super convenient (online. And you can also pay online as well). They screen their sitters carefully & they are of course insured/bonded, etc., etc. They also arrange for you to meet the person who will be the sitter for your furry one(s), to ensure you are comfortable with him/her.

You can always request the same person anytime you have a sitting need, and we definitely do. Our sitter (Philip) is fantastic with our feline, 'Miss Kitty, ' & we most definitely believe that she now considers him her "God-Parent" because he is so wonderful w/her! This business provides excellent service to me and my cat. They are very responsive to requests, even last minute. Stacey has taken care of my cat on multiple occasions and always provides great updates and pictures. It's nice to feel that she truly cares for my pet.

PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT THE SERVICE! I was going out of the country for a week and reserved a cottage for my cat in a pets boarding. 3 days before my trip i took my baby to the vet and. commented him about that. He told me my cat was very stressed and he recomended to find a pet sitter instead of leaving her at a pets hotel. i was going crazy!

I've had the chance to meet a couple of sitters from Park Cities and both were outstanding. Jan now watches my Penny when I'm away, and she does an amazing job. She even called before the first visit to make sure nothing had changed since she came by for a meet and greet. Talk about going above and beyond. Traveling is stressful. Knowing your furry family member is home alone makes it that much harder. It puts me at ease knowing Penny is being so well cared for.

Park Cities Pet Sitter is THE best service I have ever used for my beloved dogs. They are so caring, organized and detail oriented in their work with pets. I would recommend them to anyone! Their services are extremely reasonable. They always leave me notes of how they are doing, and call me to give me updates if I ask for them. I am always comfortable leaving my pets with them, for a weekend or two weeks.

Absolutely wonderful! I was so scared to leave my 'kids' for so long, but Park Cities (I'm embarrassed that I can't recall the sitter's name) went above and beyond! My babies got excellent care, and LOVE. It was clear the moment I met my sitter that she loved animals as much as I do. I have used Park Cities Pet Sitters since moving to Dallas over a year ago. They have always been able to meet my needs even on short notice. All of the care givers they have sent have been great with my dogs. I always feel comfortable that my "babies" will get the best care possible. It is so nice to use a company that has back up sitters in case something happens to my regular sitter.

I do not have the flexibility to leave work if my sitter can't get there. I would highly recommend them. Also, they have a great new online scheduling program that you can prearrange your appointments on 24 hours a day.

Also, it was a such a relief how sympathetic and accommodating they were with last-minute requests when elderly parents' medical emergencies required us to leave town immediately.

We've had three different petsitters over the years and have been very pleased with the attention and care our cats receive. Great and very professional pet sitting service. I have an elderly cat that requires daily medication, and I have a busy work travel schedule. My pet sitter sends me pictures of my cat from his visits, which definitely gives me peace of mind. I know my cat is getting the attention she needs, and I also know that my home is being checked on. I called Park Cities Pet Sitter on Friday 3/18/16 to see if I could get a sitter for my cat for the following weekend, starting 3/25/16. I asked if it was too late to arrange a sitter for Easter weekend and was assured it was not. I am new to the area and travel frequently so I want to establish a long-standing relationship with someone who can care for both my dog and my cat when I'm away.

The online reviews led me to believe that this was a reliable company I could count on, as a new customer and in the future. I was told that I would be assigned an individual pet sitter and that they would contact me later that day (Friday) or the following day (Saturday the 19th). *It is now 3/29/16, my trip has already occurred, and I have yet to hear from them.* Thankfully, I found someone else who was willing to care for my cat in my absence, because it was clear that no one at PCPS was.

PCPS is wonderful! I have absolutely no worries when out of town because I know my dog and cat are treated like like family. Lenny is my sitter and he is AWESOME! The online reservation tool is very convenient and setting up appointments is very easy. Great people and great service!

I had never used a pet sitter before, but a friend recommended that I try Park Cities Pet Sitter, and I was very happy that I did! I felt much more comfortable having my dog at home, rather than boarded - I've had bad experiences with boarding. My pet sitter was great - Domino loves when she comes to visit! I'll definitely be calling them the next time I travel.

We have used Park Cities Pet Sitters service for two and a half years. We love this company, and our Petsitter, Judy. We have several dogs, and one of them is terrified of people. At 75 pounds, he looks somewhat intimidating. But from day one Judy worked on gaining his trust, which took a lot of patience (and treats!). The first few visits were challenging; our dog didn't want to come back inside, so Judy had to have another coworker come help her which took well over an hour. PCPSI didn't charge us for the extra time, which we appreciated.

But we also committed to getting some professional help for our dog. It has taken months for our dog to come around, but Judy didn't give up on us, and now we've worked out a routine that works. The petsitters at PCPSI send daily updates if you want them, otherwise they will keep a written journal for you to read when you return. It's very nice to have the peace of mind when you go on vacation knowing that your pets will be loved and cared for. I highly recommend this company!

First off. I want to say that I am not a fake reviewer. I am (or at least I was) a real, live paying customer with Park Cities and then suddenly I wasn't. When our first Park Cities Pet Sitter left to pursue different opportunities, we were assigned someone else. Sitter #2 was much more timid and did not get along well with my cat, who at times can get anxious and nervous, especially around feeding time.

Long story short, I asked Park Cities Pet Sitter to assign us someone else when I booked our next trip. No answer. I tried emailing. I tried calling several times. I left voicemails. I was getting nervous bc it was almost time for us to take our trip and we had no sitter. Still nothing. After weeks of no communication or reply back, I got the message.

I was dropped just like that. If Park Cities Pet Sitter didn't want me as a customer anymore, at least out of respect return my calls and tell it to me straight. Don't make me call and call and call. That's no way to run your business or treat another human being. To the next person trying to decide if this company is right for you, I would only recommend this place if you like being ignored.

Customer service is non-existent. You will never talk to a real person. Just their voicemail. Update to the company's response below: ".so we let you know we would unfortunately no longer be able to service your kitties." They let me know by never returning my calls or my emails. I never received an email or a phone call of this nature saying that they were no longer able to do business with me.

I did speak to the behaviorist Erin who gave me a ton of suggestions and even offered to come over on the next visit and show the next cat sitter some pointers. She said herself that when she handled my cats (with much more confidence) there were no problems. I was totally willing to work with her and Park Cities. But unfortunately was never given the chance.

Excellent service, so much better than locking up your pets away from home while you are gone. Plus they do extras like picking up your mail and paper, making it look like you are still home. I have been very pleased with their services!

I have worked with many pet sitters and PCPS stands apart from all others! These sitters and staff are extremely organized, diligent, professional, and consistent. I adopted/rescued my cat and she does not always get along with everyone, but Donna is officially the cat-whisperer! I think it's worth mentioning that their online reservation tool is awesome. For those with busy jobs who can't call during office hours, the site is extremely user-friendly and clear.
