DR. Nelson is awsome. Took great care of my pet. The office staff where awsome as well. Great experience all the way around. Would definitely recommend and will return.

The Vet dosen't get to work until at least two hours after the office is open and this place hasn't had grooming services in months. Don't waste your time.

Called in 48 hrs prior as informed. Get there the day of, on time to be told that I was not booked. Had all my info on a sticky for all to see (had CC info) but was never added to the system. Asked me to come back later. There is a reason why we book at certain times. Horrible, staff gave off rude vibes just to cover up their mistake.

It was very quick to get an appointment with Parkway Animal Hospital and even called with an appt reminder. From the moment we walked in, both my dog Gracie and I felt very comfortable in the casual, no frills atmosphere. The staff was expecting us, knew our names and what we were there for. It was a short wait before going back to see the Vet and assistant.

They spent over an hour with us looking into our issues. The absolute best part was how the Dr. was so gentle with my dog, even getting down at floor level with her. Pricing was excellent and lower than at other veterinary clinics. The prescription dog food they had on-sight was lower than what I could have bought on Amazon or Chewey.com. The staff was extremely friendly and even called to see how my dog was doing on the medication. I am thrilled to have found this clinic for my dogs!

The vet refuses to give nausea meds to my pet even when nausea is a side effect. I had to buy Dramamine OTC for my dog. So sad I had to start over with a more compassionate vet.

Best vet in Texas and great staff all with wonderful pet skills people skills. Pets love them too. Dr Nelson isnt just a great vet, he us great person for the worried family!

Had my little dog fixed, There is know real pricing, They want to act like Baylor, change there price as the feel. Very Dishonest.

Dr. Nelson with his expertise, and animal/people loving heart, and his carefully animal loving staff are top-notch.

Dr. Nelson is the best vet in town. He's patient, informative with reasonable rates. He has a candle in the lobby to let people know if someone is grieving a loss in one of the exam rooms. If you're looking for a vet, he's your guy.

I love Dr. Nelson and his staff. I give them a 10 star! Dr. Nelson is very gentle and genuinely cares about your fur babies. His staff is super friendly and compassionate about what they do. I would not take my babies anywhere else.
