Paws Inn

They were very special in our time of need. They were able to board our baby and he gad a great stay. Plan to make this his go to spot when we leave out of town in the future. Staff was excellent with their care and service. Will return again. Recommend to all with babies.

When I entrust a business with the care of my dog, it should not be taken lightly. Much like when a parent entrust a childcare with their child. The owner of each one is the responsible. When you are given written instructions on how to care for someone's fury child that is what you do. You do not make any changes without first attempting contact with the owner.

Your employee Jackie appears to think it is alright to do this. This makes me believe she has your blessing to do so. Do not think that your responsibility can be signed away. After reading all your reviews I can honestly say that there's truth to this behavior and it continues.

Oh my they were AMAZING! My Prince looked soooooooooo good when I went back to pick him up. U was definitely pleased.

Such a wonderful experience for both myself and my fur baby! I was a little nervous because she had never been groomed before, but the minute we walked in she was super excited and happy for all the loves and belly rubs! 10/10 recommend!

First time ever using a boarder PAWS INN was the best! Staff and so kind and caring. When I picked up my year old puppy he looked so clean and well cared for. For every dollar paid was very well spent and affordable to beat. Would recommend them to anyone who needed their pet, groomed or boarded. Thank you Paws Inn!

I boarded my sweet dog here for two weeks and left three large containers of food. Staff started giving her different food after the first container ran out. I didn't realize until I got her home and saw the different type of food in her bag. My dog has been visibly uncomfortable, constipated, and sick since we brought her home because of the abrupt change in her diet.

When I called and asked why they gave her random dog food instead of contacting me, I was told by the staff that they just had so many dogs and were too busy, then she hung up on me as I was explaining how badly this had affected my dog. Another staff member said they didn't call me because owners are usually out of town - what? Of course we're out of town, but you have our cell number! Ridiculous. Will never use Paws Inn again.

My animals where so we'll behaved when they came back! They absolutely loved it! Staff was very thorough with explaining how they work and all. I know for a fact they took care of my babies. Only downfall is you can't go in but due to covid it is understandable. Always gonna come here from now on!

Staff friendly, reasonable fee. No hidden charges. All vaccines are checked before boarding. Little cute hankies with baths.

The employees at Paws Inn always have treated my furbaby (Bear) with great love and care. Great service, friendly, and reasonable price. I use Paws Inn for every kennel boarding. I highly recommend their services. I have sound mind knowing my furbaby is being treated well.

I have used them 3 times now. They take good care of my 2 German Shepherds. The boys also seem to like the staff.

I Give them a two stars because their prices are good. But I could tell my dog has not been taken out or fed properly. We came to pick him up and he immediately ran out to go to the bathroom. And his bed was soiled The people were nice but we got our dog from the pound and it looks too much like the pound to bring him back.

This is the only place I will take my dogs. They always look great and smell good when I pick them up. They are affordable and do great work. I highly recommend taking your fur babies to Paws Inn.
