They are extremely friendly and did a great job with an affordable full service lion cut for my huge calico cat.

It's been 10 years since my first review so I guess it's time for an update! I've been boarding my (now) two cats at Paws n Claws for a really long time, and I'm always happy with the service. Look, no cat I know of likes to be boarded, mine especially, but sometimes it has to be done. Paws n Claws makes the experience of boarding them the best it can possibly be.

Of course it's not home, but they love and care for my cats like I do and that really matters to me. I can drop them off and go out of town and be confident that they are safe and fed and played with, which is one less thing I have to worry about while I'm gone. Plus, I've been a customer for so long that they really know my cats and their personalities and how to make their stay as good as it can be. Thanks Amber, Stephanie and the rest of the staff!

Very cute and fun place. We catch the cutest toy ever! It made my day. Super clean, beautifully decorated and the lady in charge was very nice. Recommended!

A local friend gave us a recommendation to use P&C for our pups while in town visiting. The couple that owns and operates it are kind, open, and great communicators. They made us very comfortable leaving the pups to stay. They have an office kitty, Wally, who is amazing and calm. We got to introduce our dog Wally to kitty Wally.

For the traveler to Vegas, great place to drop dog off if needed. They were very responsive, staff helpful, and clean and neat. We needed for our dog a place over NYE. Fit us in and dog came back happy. Met other owners dropping off for daycare. Their dogs looked happy to be there.

Hey everyone with cats and dogs, come down and check out P&C! They have grooming, boarding and daycare for your babies. My dogs have been getting groomed here for many years. Their groomer Stephanie is awesome! My girls always come back clean and happy. The owners Amber and Ryan are caring and knowledgeable team who will always put their visitors first.

Our large dog, an athletic GSP, has been very difficult to board over his 9 years, and Paws 'n Claws has been a God-send! They have come through for us on numerous occasions in recent years and we can't imagine going anywhere else. They really go the extra mile. Paperwork is always ready when we drop our dog and they are responsive to our requests. We especially appreciate the large indoor-outdoor runs, as that makes a huge difference for our dog's boarding experience. Highly recommend this facility!

My dog loves his day care here. We bring him 3x a week just for the socializing. He comes home happy & tired. Once after coming home, he wouldn't get out of the truck, he wanted to go back-that's how well he likes it.

I have been bringing my dogs here for years! They are so nice and make the boarding process easy and simple! I love amber! She always takes care of everything I need! They let me call day or night to check on my fur babies!

When we are in Vegas Paws 'n Claws is the only place we trust with or Gia. She is a rescue and has trust issues. The staff is experienced and knows how to make her feel comfortable. Make sure you book well in advance because they fill up fast with loyal returning customers.

Pet friendly staff, all very helpful from making an appointment, dropping off your pets ( dogs and cats) answering your question by phone or email when away and checking on your pet, and making sure all items brought with the pets of returned during pick up, along with your excited pet. All three of my dogs enjoyed their stay and received exercise as well. For veterans they offer military discount.

I've had my dogs boarded here twice and both times were great. The pricing is affordable and accommodations were great. They were able to feed my dogs a refrigerated dog food I give them. The staff is very friendly. The 2nd time I had my dogs groomed here while they were boarded and I was very happy with the service.

We went to visit family in Henderson and we wanted to bring our pet with us. We found paws and claws close by and couldn't have been happier. Cheap price and very nice and clean inside and out. They groomed our sheltie and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend and will continue to have Sabie stay here when we travel to Henderson. 5 star review

Amber is so amazing. My Katie and Frankie just love her. She is so willing to work with you and is so understanding. I only trust Paws and Claws to leave my Katie and Frankie there.

Worst experience ever, they failed to tell us that that there is a waiting period in between vaccinations and when they are able to board a dog. Now we have to find a place to board our dog, and have to delay our trip.

I have really enjoyed using this business to house my small schnauzer mix. Amber is amazing and very kind and flexible with your needs. I really appreciate the care they have offered my fur baby. The prices are extremely reasonable and the extras are not costly either. We use them for boarding, grooming, and her stays include giving a medication and play time. They take all cards except Amex and are very responsive to voicemails and inquiries. 5 stars!

I was very nervous having to board our 1 year old rescue dog for a week, as she has some anxiety around strangers. I was so happy that the people at Paws 'n Claws understood her and were cautious, yet friendly with her. Thanks for taking care of Bailey!

Amber is awesome! I have boarded my cat here twice and I have also had him groomed here. I love this place! I am definitely bringing my precious cat-child "King" back whenever I need to. So convenient a King is always happy with no shown outside behaviors once I pick him up. So it's a win-win in my book. I absolutely recommend this place. Teresa R.

Just picked up my dog from staying there for a few nights. I could tell he was treated kindly. The staff is super friendly and the facility is very clean. The atmosphere is calm and friendly. I am also quite happy with their grooming services. I am happy I switched groomers and where he is taken care of overnight.

We have been taking our dogs to Paws and Claws for three years now, and can't say enough about how good a place this is. Been to other dog establishments and they don't measure up. Staff are professional and caring. Customer service is above par, always being greeted with a smile. The groomers are top notch, with talent and skill in the profession. I don't think there's a better place to to take a pet.

We have been clients of Paws and Claws for many years and different owners. We highly recommend them for pet grooming and boarding. They have taken care of our standard poodles for many years. The staff is terrific warm and courteous.

This business is under new ownership since March 2018. I am very pleased with the staff and the new owner. Everything looks the same but looks cleaner. I went out of town for a week. I needed overnight boarding for my dog. Drop off of my dog was very easy and simple. I was aware of the daily overnight rate and I was asked if I wanted to add additional services, there was not pushy upsell which I appreciated, they do grooming there which is good to know.

When I picked my dog up after 5 days of boarding, my dog seemed happy to see me but I didn't get the sense that she had a bad time there. It was good to see the cat that was always at the front desk was still there, Yes, the previous owners left their cat too.

This is our dog Lucy's 2nd time being boarded at Paws and Claws. Years ago, I wrote a Cityview review for them, but now I use yelp and wanted to add one here as well. The place is clean and I love the size of the indoor/outdoor kennels, it is much better than the tiny ones at our vets office. Both times we boarded her, I would call to check on her and they have always kept me up to speed on her behavior, if shes eating (or not), etc.

Not once did they ever act like I was bothering them checking in on her. Our dog is the most loyal and protective dog we've ever had. I know she's not the trusting type. She's not warm and fuzzy to strangers whatsoever, but the staff here understand that and are very patient with her. I really do appreciate them for that. This is the ONLY place I trust to take care of her when we cant take her with us on our road trips.

I have used Paws and Claws for boarding on several occasions (including grooming) and each time my 2 dogs have returned health, happy, and pretty (they like to roll in the dirt). The set up is great because my dogs can share a run and have "safe" interaction with other dogs in the adjoining runs. They have been very accommodating with my schedules and the staff is friendly and obviously loves animals.

I bring my own food (with instructions) which requires a little mixing at the night feeding and it is not a problem. After speaking with a neighbor about the positives with P&W, he asked for their card so he could board their dogs as well.

Just moved to this neighborhood and this groomer was very close so I thought I would give them a try. First issue I had was when I went to pay the bill, the total was $80 and I brought $100 bill. Being that it was the first visit, I didn't know they didn't accept $100 bills so they made me leave and go to the store to make change (I didn't bring my wallet).

Kind of hard to believe they didn't have a $20 bill in the till - but ok. I work nights so when I got home, I got ready for work. When I got home the next morning at 5:00 AM I noticed hard spots on Cinnamons ear when I was petting her. Upon closer look it was blood that had dried and it was on both ears. I called the groomer the next morning and questioned why I wasn't notified that my dog had been cut.

The receptionist asked the groomer if she remembered nicking my dog and she responded no. I asked for the owner to call me. The owner finally called back a few hours later and I explained the situation and she said that the groomer did not cut my dogs ears that my dog must have been scratching them. I told her that the dog was not scratching her ears at all and let's just say that the owner was less than helpful.

She then made it sound like it was because of the change issue at the front desk that I was calling and making a complaint. I then informed her that I would clean my dogs ears very well and see what's underneath it that's causing the bleeding. I hadn't tried to clean it prior to that because I figured they would want me to bring her in.

On cleaning the ears it was very clear that the ears were nicked on the ends of each ear. I understand that mistakes happen, but to completely deny it and not to be told about it is completely unacceptable. I will be taking my dog to MY vet to be checked out.
