I cannot say enough good things about Jenny and Paws of Potomac. She has been my dog walker for over 5 years and my dogs Sadie and Ozzy LOVE her and her son Sean who often accompanies her. Not only is she a professional but a truly lovely person. She has helped me coax Sadie to do her rehab exercises while on her daily walk. This has been so successful, she does not need hip replacement surgery.
She has the code to my garage and I have never had any issues. I trust her completely. She has also been very gracious about accomodating me when I needed extra walks or had to ask for specific times for walks because I had contractors in the house or needed the dogs out of the house when prospective buyers came for last minute showings. I will be moving to Northern Virginia sometime this year and wish that I could take Jenny and Sean with me. We will all miss them!

We love Paws of Potomac. We've been using their dog-walking service for over three years, usually five days a week. They're reliable, caring, and go above and beyond. I love getting the daily notes about the walk. They're extremely flexible and make it very convenient to make last-minute changes - an email by 9 am is all that's required.
When a new walker comes on board, they make sure to make introductions to our dog and take whatever time is necessary to make him comfortable with the change. One day our walker was prevented from entering the neighborhood because of road works. She wasn't deterred -- she came back in another hour or so and made sure Benny got his walk. I strongly recommend Paws of Potomac.

I highly recommend Paws of Potomac! I have trusted them with my dogs for years, five days a week. I used to have a Pug and now I have a Cocker Spaniel puppy who they have worked with since I brought him home at 9 weeks old! He's now 8 months and they know him well! They are responsive, reliable and easy to work with. I love getting the walker's notes on my counter every day! I also really appreciate their cancellation policy of "morning of" by 9am.

Having been a client of Paws of Potomac since last year, I can say that I believe this company provides superior customer service. We have two dogs and only needed lunchtime walks for our puppy. Andre and our walker, Kelly, came over to meet the family prior to our service beginning. When we began service, Andre was always reachable. Even at short notice. We even incorporated dinner walks on occasion. I love them! Extremely trustworthy and warm and friendly. Always reliable! Love, love, love!

I love Paws of Potomac and so does our dog. We've used them to walk our dog 3-5 times a week for the past three years. They've had a key to our house that whole time and we've never had a problem. Andre, the owner, is very client-focused and knowledgeable. He is a smart business owner: he thoroughly checks out the backgrounds and references of everyone he hires, his billing is very fair and always accurate, and he is always reachable.
He has personally answered the phone every time I have called, and he answers texts/emails within an hour. I've gotten to know a handful of his employees over the years and become quite attached to them. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this service. They are professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy animal lovers.

Andre (owner) was very easy to work with, he personally came out to meet out dog, Lola and to introduce himself, his company and the person who would then become our dog walker. He was super flexible, easy to get in touch with, and our dog loved the attention. The have company notes that they leave with a little info about how your dog did (and so you know when they were walked). We are relocating out of the DMV region, otherwise we would keep them as our dog walkers!

Andre (the owner) is really fantastic and comes out personally to meet you and your dog. He brings the person who will be your dog walker so the 4 of you can get to know one another. We've used POP for the last 16 months and have been very happy with them. Our dog walker would leave us notes so we knew when they came. Andre was very flexible with scheduling and we would continue to use them if we weren't moving out of state. If oyu are in the Rockville/North Bethesda/Potomac area and need a dog walker, give them a call!
