They have so much variety of good pet products. Great service also. I live in town but will be back.

Great variety and knowledgeable staff. Go to aquarium store for my family, the kids love the planted tanks on display.

We came to use the self-service dog wash. The staff were incredibly friendly and showed us where everything was. The entire dog wash area was incredibly clean and had everything we needed: shampoo, conditions, brushes, ear cleaner, nail trimmers, etc. Our dogs loved it.

This place is out of the way for me, but upon hearing about their large selection of pet supplies and variety of aquatic life, I had to check it out and it turned out great! The staff is soo friendly and helpful. The place was clean and they definitely did have a huge selection of pet supplies. Their fish room looked like it was under renovation with a lot of empty tanks which means huge potential for rare fish!

I will return for the new selection when it's ready. I love their call list feature where if they're sold out of an item or fish or in my case a snail (lol) they can call you when they get them in stock, no other pet store I've been to has this option so kudos.

Friendly, nice variety of things! Friendly nice people. Love the little store dog mascot. Super cute and friendly she was. Had a pup for sale, some birds and fish. Definitely a lot cleaner than most of the other pet stores I've visited. They have a place in the back of the store, which I believe is a self service area to clean your own animals.

Always friendly and helpful. If you need plantings, rocks, driftwood foe your aquarium. stop here.

Such a great store! Healthy animals, friendly staff, and good variety in products. Definitely somewhere I would shop again!

L O C A T I O N They share the same lot as Long's and McDonald's in the shopping plaza. It's a small pet store that carries dog, cat, insect, bird, and fish products. Sometimes they have animals on display and they're usually so cute! S E R V I C E When I first entered I'm usually greeted by one of the staff and they're usually really friendly and are able to answer my questions.

If something was out of stock they can order it and tell you when it'll come in (but call ahead just to make sure they have it in stock). O V E R A L L I like the convenience and location of this place it has what I need and the staff here are so friendly.

Love this place and all they have to offer my pets. So many unique and healthy dog food options, and they carry my favorite brands at good prices, Go Primal dog food! They also have cute furry friends that are healthy and adorable.

Wonderful staff here. Very helpful and attentive to our pet needs. Highly recommend this pet store for your local food and supplies.

It's always a joy to visit The Pet Depot. Their self service bath was well stocked, maintained, and had all of the neat gadgets. The employees are also very knowledgeable and personable!

Nice people, also provide curbside pick up. Bad note is, purchase a puppy and was badly SICK! But with my love, patience & time shes a full healthy dog.

We come here at least once a month to pick up dog food for our paw babies, once a year to get birthday gifts n dessert, any time our fur babies need chewy toys or just toys this is the place we think of first. the employees and very helpful n kind very friendly and ez to talk to and ask questions

We were shopping for goldfish for our newly completed pond. After very disappointing visits to the PETCO locations in Kapolei and Ewa we stopped by the Pet Depot in the Ewa shopping center. Our first impression was one of relief. The Pet Depot has everything we needed to bring our pond to life. All the employees are polite, informed and professional.

And "BIG" bonus, they are a family owned business with awesome product quality and prices that simply puts petco to shame. Warm shout out to Corrina, she made the experience a very pleasant and huge success. Much mahalo and aloha to Pet Depot and the crew.

Hands down the best pet spot on the south/west side of the island. Great staff and management. Always great products. Proud to be a loyal customer, always help me out.

We came for our puppy's 1st harness since they carried the one we wanted which the big chain stores didn't. The customer service was amazing! I think I was approached by every employee to ask if I needed assistance. Being in this shop reminded me of my childhood & riding my bike to often visit a local, family owned pet store. It's a fun experience! I thought the prices were reasonable as well and our puppy had fun shopping too!

Family owned business that we love to support. They are always willing to help and love to support local as much as possible! Staff are great!

This is Gray, my new White Face Cockatiel. I got him from The Pet Depot just yesterday. They claimed their cockatiels are not hand fed (not tamed/wild), but Gray seems to be more than just untamed. He is very vocal, and loves head scritches and kisses. He is a fast learner and is friendly. Great first time experience! :)

I call first he super nice to Explanation! I feeling I can trust him (RYAN)I drived 30-40min to go down there my english bad he really Patience helping me out about setup table and tank (he helping me and Explanation even he sooo busy. ) I get live rock and live sand and water People say need less 1month setup water my water only 5day? Test every things sooo good so today I go there get pretty nemo's I call tell he really good take care fish he know alot things aso he like patience to Explanation for u If you want start go there asking ryan!

We visited this store for the first time yesterday to buy dog food, the store being much closer than our usual spot. Our dog got sick after eating his meal, very gassy and later having diarrhea. We purchased another bag of the same food from our usual store today and compared the kibble. The kibble from Pet Depot was much darker in color and looked dehydrated, old. I went in because my koi was sick. Instead of trying to sell me expensive fish medicine, she recommended I try salt first. She even gave me a bag of salt for free! How nice is that. If I went to the other pet store, I would've walked out with 20+ dollars fish medicine for a 12 dollar fish. Thank you very much! (Not sure if she was the owner or manager )

So my daughters, all 3 of them, got ukus in August. Late review sorry. You're probably wondering why I'm in a pet store then? I should be at Longs getting Rid or something. But I freaked out bc my kids snuggle the dog and the dog has hair so I worried about transfer of ukus back and forth. Now, legit I always go to Petco for my dog. Even though Pet Depot is more close. I'm just always at the other shopping center and I really only take her for grooming and training treats.

But I might have to switch once Pet Depot reopens grooming. The titah (or tita. she wasn't "one tita!" But "my titah." like sister) was sooooo helpful. I would switch just bc of her. She assured me ukus is just a right of passage lol. And she didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or too expensive. In fact she saved me money. Even after I told her I go petco.

She then gave me tips on how to rid my girls of ukus and told me the diatomaceous earth secret (mahaloz!) and encouraged me I was doing everything right. I loved her. And we made it through ukus!

Love this place, reminds me of when I was a kid in Anchorage Alaska working at Davie Jones Pet Locker! Ordered a custom aquarium & w/ filter system. Quick professional service, lots of communication, and great products. Willing to take time to explain and teach! Mahalo!

My shihtzu loves to come to the beach with us, unfortunately she gets matted all the time. They are so patient with my dog. I recommend this place not just for grooming but they have fish/ aquarium supplies. I buy aquatic plants, fish food, & antibiotics for my goldfish. They have everything I need.

This is a great local Pet store located in the heart of Ewa Beach. They offer a ton of supplies to support any of your animal friendly needs. In terms of myself I keep goldfish. As a goldfish keeper I'm always keen on looking for new types of goldfish especially the kinds that aren't normally found in a regular pet store such as "PetCo or PetSmart" When I asked the Manager if they carried other kinds to my surprise she told me they can be ordered!

So I put my order in and in a little under 2 weeks they had the kinds of goldfish I've been longing for in stock! They are called Ranchus. So if you live in the area and need a place to go to for pet supplies come t Pet Depot!

LOVE this place! Started coming here about 8 months ago since I got a new puppy that needed to be on a raw diet. The staff here is always friendly and so knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me all my food options and help me to try new items. I love that they offer a $10 off reward after you spend s designated amount and offer brand promotions too. This place will offer you the best deals by happy staff.
