Great selection of harneses for my dogs but they were a little disorganized and messy, it took a while for me to find the right harness in the right size. I think customers just rudely left harnesses laying on the ground after going through them and the employees just didn't get a chance to reorganize and sort them. I was a bit dismayed nobody offered to help me though, when I went to check out they asked the proverbial "did you find everything you need?" question, lol. Meh. Good selection though and a nice sized store and overall they have lots of stuff so it's all good

Phenomenal store. I think I already completed a review for this store but basically they carry high-end dog and cat food, pet accessories and toys, insects for reptiles, etc. Prices are fair. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I personally know the owners and they are wonderful people. Cannot recommend highly enough. 11/10.

I love Pet Mania! We found our first bunny there and they were always quick to help us with nail trims and anything else we had questions on. So when we found our 2nd bunny years later (not from here) they still helped us with him as well with anything we have needed. They are a great resource of information about specialty pets and they take awesome care of their animals.
I have always been impressed with the level of care they provide to their customers. They have been a great go to place if I have questions about almost anything pet related. From what I understand the nail trims are being done in their wake forest location now but I still highly recommend them to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and personal experience.

Great store! I was going into Lowe's at 0830 in the morning and as I was driving by Pet Mania I saw the owner (?) entering the store. Knowing that the store didn't open until 0900 I called out to ask if they carried pooper scoopers. He explained that they did and to "come on in". He opened the store early for me and rung up my pooper scooper. I grabbed some diapers while I was there. They had a wide selection of all animal supplies. Will definitely return!

Variety is limited. Stars are for good service. Went in for leash and collar, they only offer one brand, hardly any options that even matched up because there were few colors in small numbers. On top of that, the collar became frayed and had to be thrown out in two weeks. On a puppy that hardly spent time outside to validate the condition of the collar thereafter.
