I have been using Pet Nanny for 13 years and they have been FABULOUS! They are ALWAYS there for me and my boys. I have had a number of sitters over the years and they continue to find the most amazing dog lovers to take care of my babies when I am not home. Over the years when I have been in a pinch instead of not caring, they have gone over and above and made sure someone stayed at the house with the boys until I got home, that is true customer service. They truly care, and that is something that is not easy to find! They truly care, and that is something that is not easy to find. I highly recommend Pet Nanny

We were so blown away by Veronica. She went above and beyond in our intro visit to get to know our dog and his many quirks, taking so many notes to make sure she captured everything. When she visited last night, not only did she give him lots of snuggles and help him to go the bathroom in the snow, but she took the time to send us a sweet photo *and* also took care of some dishes we had left out because we were in a rush to get out the door.

She did not have to do that at all, and yet the fact that she did really speaks to the time and attention she gives to her clients. She's a real gem, and we are so thrilled to have found such excellent pet sitters!

We have been a loyal PetNanny client for over a year now. We have had two primary PetNanny caregivers for our dog 3-4 days a week for an hour during this span. The caregivers walk and play with her as well as provide her with water and lots of love. We receive regular texts and photos from the caregivers at work about how our dog is doing. We have NEVER had a lapse in service.

If a caregiver is unavailable, then PetNanny always supplies a backup person. Our caregivers are very experienced with dogs and have provided us with many helpful tips about raising her. Also, PetNanny is incredibly responsive if we have an emergency or unexpected need for dog service. We have never doubted the level of care and attention that our PetNanny walkers have given our dog.

It has been consistently excellent. Many of our neighbors have commented on how loving our PetNanny caregivers are to our dog and about how much our dog loves each of them. We have already recommended PetNanny to several friends and family members.

Wonderfully easy and excellent pet sitter that is a much better alternative to boarding my anxious dog. All of their sitters are responsive and reliable. I have had several stay for a week at a time at our house with our dog.

This group has been watching my pup for years and I've recommended them to a number of friends. We've used them for vacation dog sitting and now that I've started a new job in the city we've added midday walks. It's a great value for the care of your pet in your own home. Also they are great with schedule changes and quick responses to last minute needs. An honest and loving team of pet lovers. Highly recommend!

After I contacted, Pet Nanny they e-mailed me an information form and also asked for my credit card information. I submitted both forms and never had a response. This Company makes it very difficult to do business with them. I would not recommend. There are plenty of other companies out there and I would suggest calling them instead of Pet Nanny!

My dog has had the best of care, from drop-ins when I'm away for part of a day to overnights for a few days at a time. I know I can count on the care-givers to give her lots of attention and playtime, as well as keep her fed and ensuring she does her business outside.

I am happy with my pet nanny. She is on time, Has an excellent disposition with my rescue and sends pics and emails daily. She meets my dog where she is and understands her personality. Excellent service. Bravo Sue Durant!

We have had nothing but the very best from Pet Nanny. Easy to schedule service-I do it right online. We have the same sitter every time as requested and our 3 dogs are well taken care of. No stress for them or us boarding at a kennel-we will never do that again!

Highly recommend this company and their service! Knowing that someone will be there to give my cat some company and playtime while we're away helps to alleviate some of the guilt that we have when leaving her. Our Sofie loves her sitters, and we love the daily photos and updates that they send to us. The sitters that we've had have both been so friendly and reliable. Can't recommend this service enough!

Pet Nanny main line is my go to for pet sitting and dog walks for my two hounds. the internet website for scheduling and instructions on my pets is very straight forward. Pet nanny is very accommodating in scheduling last minute when I've had to do so on a few occasions. Their prices are reasonable for this area. I have experienced 3 of their pet sitter employees for my hounds, all have been prompt, courteous, and respectful.

I enjoy that they text me photos of my hounds during the visits : I also like that Pet Nanny has expanded their service offerings and will water plants, get mail, do errands. I have not used this service yet, but Pet Nanny offers carpooling for your dog, which I expect to use in the future to pick up my dog from the vet or daycare when I am not able to. 100% recommend to dog owners in the area!

This is my first time taking the services of a pet sitter but I couldn't feel happier. My cat is a former stray cat, quite shy, but very dependable on the human presence. Therefore, I avoided going anywhere for extended periods of time since I adopted Hector. Pet Nanny Main Line was very organized and prompt with all the administrative information and asked me to fill in a thorough form about my cat's characteristics and all sorts of details. You'd be surprised, but not all pet sitting companies do that and I felt relieved to know somebody wants to know so much!

They assigned us Cathy, a very experienced pet sitter. When I first met Cathy I gave her tens and tens of instructions and details with my cat's routine. I even printed the directions and left stickers all over the places because I was concerned she might not remember all those many details. But she listened carefully and didn't get annoyed by my excessive teaching.

She kept me posted twice a day with pictures/short videos and texts/emails about Hector's life. I felt so close to my baby for the entire period (10 days!)! I asked her to also stay with Hector on the balcony a bit when it's sunny and so she did. She played with him at every visit and I know that b/c my cat is now asking me to play even more than before!

What a spoilt brat! Hector also bonded with Cathy very quickly even from her first visit and I could see him in the videos being happy with her. Cathy even did nice extra things: before leaving I had a washing machine accident and the cycle didn't finish in time and my towels and a pillow were doomed to stay wet for 10 days! I had to ask Cathy to put the laundry in the dryer when it was done.

I was feeling uncomfortable, but she didn't seem to mind and I found the towels nicely folded upon return. Thank you, that was very sweet! Also, even if she was instructed to clean the litter in the evening, her last visit being in the morning, she cleaned it in the morning to let me relax as I got home from my trip! I find these small details very important in describing a person's quality. Thank you Cathy and Pet Nanny for professionalism and reliability!

Mariann took care of our pups and sent us updates and photos all weekend. Pet Nanny is a very professional business with loving, caring dog sitters. We love it!

I was so incredibly anxious to fly across the country for a week and leave my kitty alone for the first time. I briefly thought of boarding him and couldn't handle the thought of my baby alone in a cage for an entire week so I started looking into pet sitting options and found Pet Nanny through a Google search. So glad I did! From the moment I sent in a request for a price quote to the very end of my service, Pet Nanny was always incredibly responsive.

My pet sitter, Katy, was absolutely lovely and equally as communicative. While I was gone, I received texts (and pictures/videos!) from her every time she visited. She left the cutest notes, too. While I was away, Philly was slated to experience a big snowstorm and I was nervous about my cat being left alone but Katy immediately texted me that, no matter what, she would make sure kitteh was taken care of.

I was able to full enjoy my vacation because I knew that my kitty was in amazing hands. I would unequivocally recommend Pet Nanny to anyone. The prices are slightly better than competing agencies and the service you get in return is unmatched. Thanks for letting me enjoy my vacation worry free!

I've been meaning to write for a while. Over Christmas, while I was away for two weeks, my neighbor, who I asked to sit the cat called me because she threw her back out. I totally panicked but called Pet Nanny, who I have used before. They replied right away, picked up the keys and my cat didn't miss one feeding. And I have used them several times. They always have great pet sitters and as a business, they are very reliable and responsive. I recommend this service to anyone. Great job!

Pet Nanny has been a lifesaver! After a whirlwind move to the Devon area, we had to scramble to find a pet sitter to walk our dog at lunch and also check on her over the Thanksgiving holiday. On short notice, the Pet Nanny team (thanks Sue!) responded to our inquiry and planned out all the details of what we needed and scheduled our initial visit with our sitter for two days later. Everything worked out great and we are thrilled to have Pet Nanny look after our dog. It's been everything we could have wished for.

We've been using Pet Nanny for several years, and I can't say enough good things about them. Knowing that our, ahem, sometimes high-maintenance pitty is in the hands of sitters she knows and loves is worth every penny. Carol watches our girl Tippy about once a month when we're away, and she goes out of her way to make her time with Tippy extra special.

She brings toys and treats (taking care to ensure they jive with Tippy's dietary restrictions) and always leaves a detailed diary of her visits. We'll continue using Pet Nanny because it's simply the best that we've found!

We needed a last minute dog sitter since we had the chance to get to the beach for a weekend. A friend recommended me to Pet Nanny and everything about the service (how they treated us and our dog Lulu) was great. Our dog has to take medicine at different times of the day, which can get complicated but the sitter seemed totally on top of it, and Lulu seemed great when we got home.

Their Pet watchman app also sold me on their service too and it was great having that extra peace of mind knowing our fur child was well taken care of so mom and dad could have some fun.

The Pet Nanny service was extremely professional! Our Pet Nanny, Allison, met with us and our cats before our vacation to learn of our pet needs along with our pet's personalities and hiding places! Allison sent me e-mail updates as well as left us a written log of each visit. When we came home, we found our cats happy and healthy and our home was neat and clean. Allison also took care of taking in our mail and cleaning our litter box!

I found out last minute that my boyfriend and I were both going to be out of town at the same time. We had just moved to Newtown Square the week prior from California, and did not know anyone in town, let alone the state! I am relieved to have stumbled upon pet nanny through yelp- what life savers! Its a very affordable service, and they were super accommodating with my last minute situation.

They set us up with Megan, a short drive from us, who was willing to stop by daily to check on our two cats. They provide a free app- petwatchman- which is really cool. It tells you with GPS when the petsitter is at your house, and for how long. I looked forward to the updates about what my boys were up to when I was gone- when the app wasnt working for a couple of days as it was being worked on, they made sure to get me Megans number.

She texted me daily when she was there and filled me in what the kitties were up to. I have another trip coming up, and my boyfriend travels for work, so we will be needing a pet sitter again. There is no question as to who we will go with. Pet Nanny gave me peace-of-mind knowing a professional would be there with them when I could not.

I cannot say enough good things about The Pet Nanny. I was so used to leaving my dog Ben with a family member but I was convinced by a friend to have a conversation with the Pet Nanny owner about their services. I travel a lot for work so it's not unusual for me to need extended care for Ben. The Pet Nanny's team is super friendly, extremely thoughtful and most importantly- professional.

The Pet Nanny lives up to their stellar reputation. Added bonus: just as an added sense of security, The Pet Nanny has their own app called Pet Watchman. It lets you know in real time when the visits are happening. So cool.
